The breakfast buffet was nice, complete with an omelette station, and plenty of variety. This is a ski lodge in the winter, and the room we had was big enough for four people, with two bathrooms, fireplace, and a nice view of the lake. It also had an outfitted kitchen, with full refrigerator.

I tried calling but it was after hours so I sent email instead. The hotel staff was very understanding and professional by responding back to me the next morning and helping with the cancellation and refund. They were very considerate and inviting me back when the situation becomes better. I will definitely book them if I go back there. Well, I decided - she'd never been to one before and I was really hoping for a good one. Initially we were planning on going to Scandinave at Tremblant but my neighbour was like 'if you don't want to pay 60$ and you want something with fewer people, check out Le Geyser." And I'm sooooo glad we did, Le Geyser was just perfect for us. Le Geyser is just 10 minutes past St Jovite, and the map marker on Google is currently wrong so either map from here on Yelp or follow the directions on their website. Also note: reservations are required. We were able to call and reserve 40min before showing up so I don't think you'll have a problem getting a spot, and I like the idea that the owner is interested in keeping the place peaceful and not overcrowded. The owner is an awesome woman who welcomed us kindly, a little shy with her English but willing to help my cousin understand the benefits of the infrared spa, the salt water hot tubs, etc. She moved quietly throughout the space while we were there keeping the fire lit and gently checking in - a really comforting presence in this beautiful homey space. My favourite aspects were the hot sauna, the cold salt water pool with waterfall, sitting by the fire and watching the river through the spectacular autumn leaves. There is a gorgeous shared kitchen here and 4 rooms for rent so I totally want to organize a tiny getaway here. The water course is super affordable- 29$ with tax- and the change rooms, showers and relaxation areas were all simple, lovely and completely calm. I would love to see the hot tubs upgraded someday to be more like the beautiful stone-circled cold pool, less with the foam and plastic, but honestly they were super relaxing, perfect temperature, lovely view. We had 5 people and they were able to accommodate us all. They were very attentive although a small language barrier. I don't speak French. But a warm friendly environment and a fantastic massage. Just what we needed after a few days of skiing! We started in a small sauna for about 20 min, then went outside for the hot tubs (about 5 degrees f outside) so getting in the hot tubs was fabulous. There were two hot tubs... nothing fancy but relaxing...The views were beautiful and being outside was refreshing. After the tubs we went into the large sauna which was warming to the soul, then tried the cold outdoor shower (but it was so cold it was frozen) totally understandable in this weather... so we went inside and had cold showers, then we relaxed with hot tea and in a warm and peaceful room in zero gravity chairs. Our group was me and my best friend and our teenage/ young adult kids. They enjoyed the experience too. I read that Some of the other spas in the area don't allow talking so this was a great choice for our group as we wanted to spend tome together and have fun. I would bring flip flops, a bathrobe and towel if you go. There are lockers with showers and changing rooms too

Unfortunately, the management here does not respect your privacy or peace. While I was minding my own business and trying to relax, a staff member physically approached and interrupted me to demand my email address. When I questioned why I was being bothered, the staff member admitted they were sent because the Operations Manager, Kimberly Tassé, "wants visitors to have this receipt for themselves." I did not ask for a receipt. Using staff as proxies to monitor and disrupt paying monthly members under the guise of "customer service" is a highly passive-aggressive tactic. It made me feel singled out, watched, and completely unwelcome in a space I paid to use.This hotel is happy to take your money for a monthly pass, but their management will make you feel like a nuisance for actually "lingering" or using the facilities. If you want a truly relaxing, unbothered environment, do not buy the monthly pass here.

What could be more perfect after a day at the most amazing spa in the world and a cozy Italian dinner than a perfect bed and breakfast experience? Not much if you ask me.... Where to begin? The home is picture perfect and nestled in the woods surrounded by leaves upon glorious leaves. An inviting front porch appropriately decorated for the season and a backyard filled with hues of yellow and a hot tub! Perfection! The room was lovely. Immaculate and cozy. The most comfortable bed complete with crisp white linens and super plush pillows. Their signature feather (plume is feather in French) was found creatively dispersed in the details including a throw pillow and on the door to each room. I loved every thought out detail such as the maple leaves as a nod to Canada. We took advantage of the oversized tub and lovely smelling bath accessories. We loved the playful addition of the rubber duckies! The robes were perfectly folded and a treat to put on after our relaxing bath as we cozied up. The room has a CD player, DVD player and and a small flatscreen with satellite. We had a fantastic nights sleep in this space. The house was super cozy as well and filled with local artist as well as the owner's own artwork. All were of gorgeous local scenes. Amazing! They are all for sale also! The food was unreal! We were graciously handed a menu to fill out before bedtime with a place to select a time we would like to enjoy our meal. I was a tad confused as there were so many options. You each choose one from each category. So much food and it all sounded incredible! It absolutely was! The hosts take pride in their culinary skills and it surely shows. Each dish was created, plated and garnished with the upmost care. They also have a hydroponic garden in the basement so your meal is garden fresh. The menu was very creative, but didn't stray from the local surroundings. They will certainly cater to your dietary needs. The night before our stay was Canadian Thanksgiving and we were invited to join in for a full dinner. They even went out of their way to make me veg friendly plates! The hosts couldn't have been friendlier, kinder and more knowledgeable of the area. It was an absolute perfect night and up there with our favorite bed & breakfast experiences.
