While browsing through Aventura mall we walked past this place and I asked did they have anything dairy free. There's a total of 5-6 options that are dairy free, they use sorbet instead of ice cream. Let me tell you, these both taste amaze balls! Amaze balls! The passion fruit one really tastes like passion fruit. And the strawberry one you can taste the Rose inside of it. I loved it! If I could find one near me I'd eat it again.

I believe this is Aubi & Ramsa's second location. I've visited their first one in Miami's Design District. I am a fan of their ice cream flavors even more so than the fact that they are liquor-infused. The added liquor, however, is a big plus. We stopped by here after having a nice dinner at CVI.CHE 105. It's just a small kiosk located right by the mall entrance and near to many of the popular restaurants at Aventura Mall. These liquor-infused ice creams come in two sizes. Small size costs around $8 and the pint size costs around $20. Seems a little pricy at first, but the ones I've tried so far were worth every bite. On this night, we tried the Old Fashioned. I couldn't believe that it tasted exactly like an Old Fashioned drink and definitely one of the good ones, but in ice cream form. It had a pretty strong kick at the end of each bite. Amazing. So far, my favorite has to be The Highland Truffle. It's the first one on the menu.

Some of the best adult ice cream I've ever had. Their ice cream flavors pair well with the liquor mixed. I definitely had 3 different flavors on my first setting lol well worth it! Friendly Staff. Casual Dining.

I ran into this cute little stand in Aventura Mall after dining at International Smoke. First I thought there's a bar in the middle of the mall? Well kind of. Its liquor-infused ice cream. Sweet! They offer plenty of interesting flavors with different liquor options including Bourbon, Irish Cream, Vodka, Gin, Tequila, Rum, and Mezcal just to name a few. Since this was my first time here, I stuck to my favorite poison, The Old Fashioned. The friendly lady behind the counter handed me this miniature ice cream container. With one lick, I could tell the ice cream was high quality. However, I'm not too sure if I actually tasted any alcohol but nonetheless, it was pretty tasty. It was $8 for the small but they also had pints for $22. Will I go back? Absolutely! But I'd probably visit the original location in Design District. I would like to try the chocolate one with Mezcal or another flavor with more alcohol content...lol :)

I have never in my life been so blown away by ice cream. So much so that I would choose their ice cream over gelato in Italy. I couldn't decide so I went with scotch infused ice cream but man did I want to try everything on this menu. I will be returning again and again and my only issue is why they don't have one in West Palm Beach yet. If you're in aventura and you don't try this you are missing out big time.

Perfect little serving sizes and delicious ice cream. I was surprised how well I could actually taste the alcohol!

The liquor-infused ice creams here are delicious and they have several vegan/dairy-free options as well. My favorite (so far) is the passion fruit margarita. Next time I stop by here, I plan to buy one of each (vegan) flavors and I will update my review if I find a new favorite but the passion fruit margarita will be a difficult one to beat!!

I've been meaning to go to Aubi & Ramsa in Design District for so long, I was so happy to come across their little spot at Aventura Mall. They are on the first floor right across from Zara. We were so excited to finally get to try the liquor infused ice cream! We went ahead and asked for the most popular flavors, The Highland Truffle and Agave Dulce de Leche. Let me tell you, you definitely taste the alcohol in these! I was told these flavors were some of the strongest they had. The Highland Truffle is a Belgian chocolate ice cream mixed with Macallan and chocolate chunks. The Agave Dulce de Leche is Dulce de Leche ice cream with Milagro Tequila and caramel. My favorite had to be the Agave Dulce de Leche. The mix with tequila was great! On the other hand, my best friend loved the Highland Truffle. Both were delicious, we really enjoyed the flavors.

Wow wow wow wow. I don't know where to start. If you love ice cream and you love alcohol... you have to give this place a try! They have almost every liquor choice! My friend and I tried 4 different flavors and we were not disappointed. I got the passion fruit margarita and the old fashion while she got the dirty mojito and the jack and chocolate... yummmy! Passion fruit margaritas was a sobert type treat! You could taste the tequila but it did not over power the sobert! The old fashion: my fav! A creamy ice cream with woodford reserve. You could taste the woodford in the cream cream. I will definitely be back to try the other flavors. The service was great he was super friendly and was able to help us make our decisions

Ice cream & alcohol? Why didn't we think of this sooner. This is a craze that I'd be happy to get on board for. I've had alcohol infused popsicles before and I'm sad to say I was't the biggest fan. It was a bad balance of alcohol to sweetness BUT Aubi & Ramsa have mastered it. Well... I've only tried one flavor but it was da bomb! I got the Chocolate & Amaretto because amaretto sours were my fav in college and who doesn't love chocolate? The dark chocolate balanced really well with the sweetness of the amaretto. I loved it and my mom loved it. That says a lot because she hates alcohol! The lady behind the counter, Caroline, was super helpful and gave all the joy of having a conversation with a bartender. She helped with flavors and recommended you pick an ice cream based on your fav alcohol. She answered all our questions (my mom had a lot) and she gave us the tip of buying a insulated bag if we wanted to take some to go or give some as presents. The bags are only $1.50 & fits up to 6 small ice cream cans or one pint with 3 small ice cream tins. Thanks, Caroline! Plus, it's right bar the Zara, Top Shop, & Blue Bottle Coffee on the first floor of Aventura Mall. I really can't wait to come back and try out more flavors. I'm definitely stopping by every chance I'm at Aventura. I'm hoping that Aubi & Ramsa brings one of their stores more north toward the Ft. Lauderdale area!

We tried the strawberry daiquiri and the Kentucky creme brûlée. My favorite was the Kentucky creme brûlée it had a very bourbon taste to it. It's located right inside the mall by the entrance closest to the tall slide.

Wow was I impressed with this little ice cream bar. Cute little kiosk outside of Macy's in the Aventura mall. Set up like what should be an actual bar, with the menu and ice cream selection in order of the liquor type. Service was great!!!! The conversation with the staff was engaging and I'll definitely be back to try more flavors.

Love the concept. Love the ice cream even more. The flavor of alcohol in each creation is prominent, but not overpowering. The quality of ice cream is impressive. The price is very fair. It's not much more expensive than what you spend at any regular/premium ice cream shop. You can tell the ingredients used in their ice cream is top quality. Definitely worth the experience. Highly recommend the Highland Truffle and Old Fashioned.

As seems to be the case with most places nowadays, the tables were dirty and everything seemed to be all over the place. We did appreciate that one of the sales associates came over to explain the whole "concept" to us and guide us through the ordering process. The whole operation is so tacky with their fake periodic table, etc, but sure, OK, let's go with it, eye roll. The ice cream situation itself, despite the whole "scientific" nitro-hoopla, is not that great, Our daughter got chocolate with gummy bears, and the chocolate was pretty melty while the (fully intact) gummy bears were hard as a rock. And the gummy bears were extra large and seemingly all orange-flavored?? Our kiddo complained that they tasted like pure orange peels, and she barely ate half of her cup. The "ubelicious" was good flavor-wise, but again, the ice cream was kinda melty and the pieces of oreo in it were massive. One of us got the biscoff, which was the thickest of the lot, but it was almost too thick that it felt like creamy cement. So, overall, nothing was quite right here. Prices are steep, and the vibe just wasn't our thing, and the ice cream wasn't anything to write home about. So, overall, meh.

What makes…read moreit stand out is not only the flavor but also how much healthier and fresher it feels compared to traditional ice cream. They use fresh milk and freeze it right in front of you with liquid nitrogen, so it never sits in a freezer or develops that icy, hard texture. The result is smooth, creamy, and unbelievably fresh. Another thing I loved is how light it felt afterward -- I didn't get that heavy, sick feeling you sometimes get after eating sweets. It's indulgent but still feels good for your body. I'd recommend Nitrogen Chill to anyone who wants a unique ice cream experience that's both delicious and better-for-you.

Keep an eye out for the charming blue-and-white stand topped with American flags, set back from the road, it's easy to miss, but worth seeking out. The Siciliano family has been serving the Miami community for decades. In October 1961, Louis Siciliano opened a sub shop at 711 NW 119th Street in Miami. Although the original location has since closed, the family legacy continues with Siciliano's Frozen Custard and the neighboring Sub Center and Siciliano's Subs, all operated by members of the Siciliano family. Don Drybread, Louis Siciliano's great-grandson, originally opened the custard stand as Uncle Tony's Frozen Custard before renaming it Siciliano's in honor of his mother's side of the family. Siciliano's specializes in frozen custard, which differs from traditional ice cream by containing egg yolks and being churned with less air. The result is a denser, richer, silkier dessert with a smooth texture. It's also served at a slightly warmer temperature than ice cream, allowing you to savor its rich flavor. The custard is made fresh throughout the day, ensuring the perfect consistency every time. Custard is offered in the classic flavors of vanilla, chocolate, and a twist of both, available in cups or cones with your choice of nuts, candy, fruit, or sauce toppings. The menu also features sundaes, sorbet, milkshakes, and their signature thick Hurricanes. For something a little different, Carolyn's Creations transforms the custard into treats like cannolis, dessert tacos, and ice cream sandwiches. I ordered a medium vanilla custard topped with butterscotch and it was so satisfying. The rich, creamy custard made the perfect treat on a hot summer day. There isn't any indoor seating, but there are picnic tables next to the Sub Center, which is great spot to savor your sub or custard.
