Chocolate & Amaretto - Liqueur Ice Cream & Espresso Martini - Coffee Ice Cream
    Jesined C.

This spot is so great! If you love ice cream and you love alcohol, this place gives you the best of both worlds. Aubi & Ramsa makes delicious ice cream that is infused with alcohol. Each flavor is unique and type of alcohol can vary. Ice creams that contain vodka, tequila and many other different types of alcohol. I decided to try the espresso martini ice cream which was infused with vodka and wow was it amazing. It was like a strong cafe con leche. Think of espumita with a shot of alcohol...yum! My sister enjoyed an amaretto chocolate ice cream and she absolutely loved it. If you are ever at the Hard Rock Casino and are craving a sweet little treat, this is the spot to go. You will not be disappointed. PS you can take the ice cream to go since it comes in little pints, or you can sit and chit chat while you enjoy your ice cream. The service was quick and the girl that took my order was very friendly.

this little ice cream place specializes in liquor infused high end ice cream they come in the cutest little containers and taste insane. The price point is about $12 each, but it's well worth the price for how good they taste. it's similar to a bar experience, but with ice cream. definitely worth a try.

The best ice creamery ever. A unique & fun spot inside the Hard Rock (strip mall area). Such a cool concept, & a fun hangout spot. They have unique flavors & the ice cream truly delicious.

This was a cute little place. The fun of going here is the sophisticated vibes inside and the unique dessert. We went after the Hard Rock the Holidays event. All the ice cream is pre-made and served in little containers. We ordered a virgin strawberry margarita for our daughter (there were only two virgin options). I had French Strawberry Mimosa, and my husband had Chocolate & Amaretto. I thought they tasted good. It was a unique experience but not somewhere I'd necessarily seek out again. My 3-year-old knows we had leftover of hers but she never asked to have more.

Imagine going to an ice cream bar. Audi & Ramsa serves prepackaged spiked ice cream, located at the MGM. The dessert is great and the vibe/service were just as good. They are open late so you can go before or after hitting the slot machines, catching dinner or hitting the club. Additionally, they serve alcoholic beverages and light hors d'oeuvres. This would be a really cool spot for a private event or for a date night. 10/10 I recommend.

What a cool idea! We went to the Hard Rock for a concert and, while walking around afterward stumbled on this little gem for an after-dinner dessert. I got the Key Lime Martini flavor and my fiancé went with the Lucky Brownie. Both were SO good! The alcohol wasn't overpowering at all and the flavors were spot on. Such a fun and well-done concept!

Located inside the shops of the Guitar Hotel, this boozy ice cream shop is a nice but pricy treat. We stopped in to give it a try on a show night and it was pretty quiet. We ordered the Kentucky Creme Brûlée which was bourbon based with was full flavored and delish if you like bourbon. The ABC on the other hand was Irish Creme based and sweet and smooth. Both recommended depending on the vibe you're looking for. They also offer affogato which is basically 1/2 of the small container with the espresso.

It was perfect! Nestled in the guitar hotel--you'll miss it if you're not paying attention, as it appears to be just another shop. The space is intimate hosting a bar area and a few tables and seats throughout the small space. The waiter there does not come out to serve you as all orders are taken at the bar area. The space has signs that indicate you must be 21 years and older but there isn't any difficulty or issues if a child accompanied you. There are vegan and non-alcoholic options which I found to be thoughtful. It was hard to choose but I went with a tequila ice cream option that was amazing! Nice dessert spot or simply a chill spot to have a pick bite and/or convo.

Small batch made artisanal ice cream and premium booze, it's a match made in heaven! Aubi & Ramsa, is named for owners Matias Aubi and Rafael Ramirehas who spent eight years studying how to make ice cream with liquor inside of it. Get your fix in the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood. They also have stores in Miami, Tampa, New York, and Nevada. The cute shop is set up like a bar where they can make all your grown up dessert dreams come true. They serve 20 flavors in a 3.7 ounce size for around $12 and pints sell for $20. Ice cream and sorbet are infused with beer, wine, and spirits. Creative flavors include Kentucky Crème Brûlée, a crème brûlée ice cream made with Maker's Mark and caramelized sugar sprinkles, The Coco Loco, a coconut cream ice cream made with Don Juo Blanco and coconut flakes, The White Russian, a coffee liqueur ice cream made with Belvedere Nola and English toffee bits, and Lucky Brownie, an Irish cream ice cream made with Carolans Irish Cream and bits of organic brownies. They offer seasonal flavors and they can custom make flavors for events and parties. Everything is prepackaged so no samples, sigh. I had previously enjoyed a Strawberries and Rosé, a strawberry sorbet made with Veuve Clicquot rosé and St. Germain in the Design District. After a concert at the Hard Rock my friend and I stopped in for a treat before heading home. $10 is a bit expensive for what is basically the size of a push pop but it is made with quality ingredients. This time I ordered the pina colada made with rum and my little ice cream really packed a punch. My friend loved her Chocolate and Amaretto. This is a cute place to stop if you are at the Hard Rock and in the mood for a unique twist on ice cream.

This cute small ice cream bar is located inside the hard rock casino. Every time I come here, I always try to get a new flavor of ice cream and I never get disappointed. Only down side of it is that you end up paying $10+ for a very small tub of ice cream infused with alcohol. This is a price you pay at a somewhat luxurious place I guess. The service was great, the girl who helped me out was nice and helpful. Really recommend coming here. Don't bring your kids though, only adults :)

This classy little shop is in tucked away in the shopping area of the Hard Rock. The staff is super helpful in walking you through their menu and explaining their flavors. All of the stuff we tried was SO good. I ended up with the chai martini scoop and I highly recommend it, especially for a lover of fall flavors.

Fun place in hard rock casino. Pricey but worth the experience. If I had more time I'd try more flavors. Enjoy! Make yourself happy before you lose money in the slots. Ha.

Enter Yo Mama's Ice Cream, a place we have visited before and genuinely enjoyed. My wife went with the coffee ice cream, which she said was absolutely bursting with coffee flavor. The kind of coffee flavor that makes you feel like you could start your day with it and conquer emails before 8 a.m. She paired it with cookies and cream, which unfortunately did nothing to help the situation. Instead of elevating the coffee, it dulled it, like turning down the volume on your favorite song right when the chorus hits. I went with cookies and cream mixed with rum ice cream. A combination that sounded adventurous and ended up feeling more like a shrug. Overall, this visit just was not at the level we have come to expect. The shop itself is still nice and welcoming, but the ice cream was a little loose, a little too melted, and the flavors did not have their usual punch. It felt like the ice cream equivalent of a band playing at 80 percent effort. And then there was the waffle cone. Calling it crunchy would be generous. This thing was hard as a brick. Chewing it felt like a dental challenge I did not sign up for, and I eventually had to wave the white flag and abandon the cone altogether. Not a bad stop by any means, but definitely an off night for a place that once set a higher bar for us. Will I go back? Probably. Will I make a special trip for it? Not a chance. If I am nearby and already craving ice cream, I would stop in again. If it requires going out of my way, I will keep driving and let fate, and maybe a softer waffle cone, decide next time.

Unfortunately, I will never know if any of it actually tastes good. I have a nut allergy, the kind that in 25 years of living and ice cream in 30+ countries has never once stopped me from ordering. I asked about a specific flavor, was told it contained no nuts, and then was promptly informed I could not order it due to my allergy. After some back and forth I was told the only flavor I could order was vanilla :( I appreciate caution around allergies, I truly do. But most establishments handle this with a standard cross-contamination warning and let the adult with the allergy make an informed decision. As someone who has worked in an ice cream shop (without a problem) it makes me question their food handling and cleanliness... I left without ordering anything. But everyone around seemed to be enjoying the $9 scoops of what I can only assume were life-changing flavors The place looks great. I hope they revisit how they handle allergy disclosures, because I genuinely wanted to love it and I'd like the chance to actually try it someday.
