On July 11th I was at urgent care and needed crutches and a boot. My husband walked over next door to the pharmacy and bought me a boot size Medium. Based on the size guide, he was right I would need a Medium Boot, but when I saw it I knew a small would be better. I asked him but he insisted that I'm a size 8.5. Ok, let's try it. Sure enough it was too big and I didn't use it. The next morning I gave it another try and it was just too heavy and big for me. I called the pharmacy explained to Brooke over the phone and she told me to bring it in. I drove out and when I walked in I was greeted by Kris and he helped me try on the small. Much better. So much lighter and a better fit. ((See the difference in the pictures.)) Both Brooke and Kris were very helpful, kind and polite. They will go above and beyond to get your Rx filled. Sometimes that means haggling the doctors or assistants that don't do their jobs. I appreciate that because as a mom, I don't have hours in my day to do what others should be as they earn a paycheck. The store itself has limited items but it's a small place so I wasn't expecting Walmart selections. Overall I give them 3 stars because they flat out told me if my Rx were too costly and they stood to lose money from ordering them they would refuse to fill the Rx. This is leaving me with going to another pharmacy all together for those meds should I need to so and at this point I am opting to find another pharmacy. Kind of disappointing but they made it clear they are an independent pharmacy and will not lose money to fulfill a customers order. read more

This place is on point in terms of customer service and speed. Had never heard of it, as there are several options between our home and the pharmacy, including industry leaders, but had no choice but to shop around when confronted with skyrocketing costs for a maintenance medication. Apparently, this is a preferred provider, which brought costs down. What won us over is the speed in which scripts are filled. No hours long waits. Left a doctor's appointment at 410p yesterday and received a text at 429 that my script was ready. read more

My first and last time coming to this pharmacy, I was not treated nice at all when coming to pick up my prescriptions and as I was done paying, one of the pharmacist told me that my medication was not going to work and was pointless to take. Nobody asked for their personal opinion. Extremely unprofessional and rude. read more

You can call as much as they want and you will never get an answer, but in person you can get mediocre customer service and wait for your prescriptions since you can't get ahold of anyone on the phone to double check that they've done their job correctly, which majority of the time they don't. read more

Be nice to the gatekeepers of the chemicals that keep you vertical! Having worked in health care for 20 years, I feel I can speak for these employees when I say, they all want you to be on your drugs just as badly as you want to be on them. Knowing that, the pharmacy ain't the place to cop an attitude. They did NOT prescribe your meds. They SUPPLY your meds. And supply chains get backed up. That's why you can't get your Extra Crunchy Jiffy Peanut Butter for your chocolate no bakes you planned to take to Aunties this Xmas. Did you yell at Walmart for that? Probably. If you are so desperate for your drugs that yelling ensues every time you pick them up, then employ yourself at a pharmacy. You are sure to have a pulse on the supply chain then. I purchase some American flags that you mount on the rear windows of your cars for holidays. I walked out in the parking lot after purchasing them and mounted one on each side of my car and drove home. By the time I got home the flags were all frayed and falling apart. I called the Aubrey Pharmacy and told the girl the situation and she said that's strange, we all up here mounted them on our cars and had them on there for over a year. She never offered a sorry, offered a refund, are and exchange. I will not be back. read more
