Terrible pharmacy service! Been forced to use this "local Walgreens" for years now. It seems most of the employees over the years just don't care about their jobs. Very rude black lady transferred me back into the queue when I was mid-sentence trying to find out why I was told 30 minutes ago my prescription would be ready and she is saying I have none. I was very polite but seemed to not matter. The guy that I spoke to after was pleasent, helpful and found the prescription instantly and let me know I could come and pickup. read more

I don't like this Walgreens. I manage to find the stocker name which is Matt. and he must have the brain desease. I asked if he had meat because I was gonna make chilly for my family and he said "nah fam" with an attitude. He tested my patience and manage to get thru me. The pharmacy staff is the slowest I have ever seen! If you want your time wasted, this is the place for you. Whether you check in or not, you will have a long wait in front of you. The drive-through is even slower. Only a few times in the two years that I have been going to this location have I been able to get in and get out in just a few minutes. Most waits are well over 20 minutes. They make it impossible to stop by here after work to pick up the prescription and actually get home in time for dinner. They make it impossible to stop by here during a lunch break from work. To pick up a prescription at this location you need to plan ahead for a long wait. This is absolutely ridiculous. What's more Walgreens recently did something to their website to make it absolutely impossible to check in before coming to the store.. Doing this used to work quite well. Now it's broken.. I think it's time I go back to a mail order pharmacy again. read more

I recently went in to the bathroom and a store associate opened the door! Just to tell me it was closed while they were cleaning the women's bathroom. Then as I walked by the sign which was now positioned to block me they made a malicious remark, " I guess the sign doesn't apply to everybody", then laughed. I have diabetes and the pharmacy bathroom was apparently closed, I told them before they said that remark that it was an emergency. Disgusting, inappropriate and unacceptable. read more

Agreed with the other reviews if i could give less than 1 star i would. My photos were supposed to be matte cards with envelopes and when i asked about the missing 5x7 envelopes I was given attitude as she said if it was not purchased then you will not get it as they are allotted specifically for orders with envelopes only. Ok thank you well my envelopes are missing. Then she proceeded to give me attitude and then yelled across to the photo counter saying do these come with envelopes and the photo rep told her no. Meanwhile if you pull my order and order number both are wrong. My order should be matte cards -- not glossy photos and it should have envelopes. Neither of them cared to help me and she almost refused me returning it and got mad that i wanted to return my items on top of it. I was very uncomfortable not just by the experience but by how i was treated while everyone is in line waiting and watching us for something they did incorrectly from the start. On top of that after calling photo guy over again who was also upset that i was returning them they took my drivers license for return and as she gave me my receipt she had the audacity to say "if you order again - it WILL TAKE TIME as there's many other orders before you." First of all i never want to do business with walgreens ever again let alone ever order photos from people who refused to fix and own up to their mistakes or even just give me the envelopes while just using glossy photos not even cards that i literally paid for in my order... then when i called to submit this information i then got transferred four times before someone ACTUALLY took down my complaint. all around terrible experience on all fronts and there is nothing that will make me want to do business here or walgreens ever again. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I use the Walgreens app and every time I am notified that a prescription is ready, I get there and it's not. I wait in line at the drive through sometimes for 45 minutes to be told it's not ready. Then they tell me I need to come inside to get it. The excuse is always that they are short-staffed. Then don't tell me it's ready for pick up if it isn't ready!!! I've used Walgreens for years, but it's time to change. read more

If I could give less than zero I would the pharmacy is terrible they tell you they need authorization from a doctor with higher credentials when you call looking for your prescription then you call your doctors office and the idiots transposed the doctors number so it was their fault and they don't bother to call and tell you. 2 days later I was told 2 of my 4 prescriptions were ready and that I can come back the next day for the other 2 and when I asked where the other 2 were the tech asked if I wanted her to check to see if they were there I mean what a stupid question no I rather waste gas coming back the next day and guess what the meds were there it will take 15 min to fill and I'm in the drive thru so I ask if I need to come in so I don't hold up the line she said well you will have to check in and wait so I could either be courteous and go in or be an ass and tie up the line it's ridiculous read more

Everything was fine until my son had to use the restroom so I left my items at the damn pharmacy which I voiced to the pharmacy. Then, I took my son to the restroom in a rush and as we finished in the restroom before we could get out two employees rushed into the restroom almost knocking my son over then came out once we came out! Been using this location for some time now. Honestly hadn't had any problems, usually really quick and helpful. That changed last night, I arrived at 9p to the pharmacy and was told my prescription was out of stock. The pharmacist told me he would call another location for my prescription. I stood there waiting, he never said he would be a few more minutes or anything. I had to say something to someone else about waiting for a long time. It wasn't until then I was asked if I wanted to take my prescription they had and pick the other one up from a different location. That could've been resolved 20 mins prior. Poor service read more

This Walgreens pharmacy is awful! I requested a refill for my prescription in the app and a few hours later received a notification that it was ready. I got to the store to find out that not only had my refill been cancelled, but the pharmacist closed my prescription and could not give me a reason why. After going back and forth with them for several days to get this resolved, I ended up requesting a new prescription from my provider. Again, I received notification that it was ready but when I arrived at the pharmacy it was not. At this point I realized they were incompetent and rude so I decided not to fill at this location. I then called the Trophy Club location to request to have it filled there. The day I went to pick-up at Trophy Club, they advised me that the prescription had been pulled back to the Aubrey location (I never requested this). After a long call to the Aubrey location, the pharmacist at the Trophy location was able to get it back at their store and fill it. Overall, this took a little over a week. Final thoughts - I would never return to this location and I do not recommend it. read more

It appears everyone has the same feedback for this Walgreens Pharmacy. STAY AWAY!! My son had been sick the last 3 months and we need specific medication for him. Today the Dr called in his prescription in hopes to keep us out of the hospital. When I arrived at the drive through we waited for about 15 mins before anyone came over. It looked like she was helping someone inside. Once helped, we were told that they didn't have that medication and I would need to wait until Monday. I explained to her we couldn't wait that he was sick and asked if she could call another Walgreens, she told me "No" to that no one had it. I asked her to at least try and I was told I could call Walmart or CVS... oh you mean your competition?? When I told her I wasn't leaving until she called she got the pharmacist involved who told me I needed to leave and they would call me. I explained to her I was not leaving and I was a paying customer. They got a 3rd woman who didn't have a name badge on (Brown curly hair, white, big tattoo on her forearm) who told me I needed to leave that she wasn't going to help me. When I asked her what her name was and that I was going to be reaching out to corporate she told me she didn't care, and that she didn't need to give me her name. These people handle your medication. They better be giving their names out and wearing their badges. We eventually left and received a call seconds later saying that the other Walgreens actually had the medication. Wow imagine that. I asked the pharmacist what her name was and she said Jayda. The woman with out the badge who claimed she was a manager, I found out is not a manager and is named Shayna. I would stay away from this pharmacy. The customer service is lacking, they are clearly very lazy, and rude.. I'd hate for someone to possibly die because they are told they don't have their medicine, and that "no one" else has it. We have left a message with Walgreens corporate as well. read more

In the past, I stopped using the pharmacy because the staff was unfriendly and the prescription service was not organized or accurate. Then, with an insurance network change, I had to change pharmacies and had several to choose from. After deciding to give Walgreens another try, I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements and have had consistently positive experiences. The automated check-in is efficient, my prescriptions are timely and accurate, and all the staff are welcoming and friendly. I also appreciate the communication for prescription readiness and refills. The company must have listened to and responded to feedback. What a change! read more

I know that all pharmacies are taxed right now and are super busy They have medication in stock that other places do not and I usually receive a prompt (normally same day) text when my meds are ready. It's nearby and convenient, but multiple times I've been to the pharmacy the customer service isn't great. I drop off a prescription and I'm told 30/40 minutes. I come back 1 hour later to be told it was delayed. When you put the order in why didn't you call the moment it came back as delayed and ask if I want it at another Walgreens that has it same day, or won me? I waste gas and time I can't get back. And still no prescription. Then I'm told they can't tell me what Walgreens has it, I need call around. Really?? Need new and/or more staff, and better customer service. read more

I find it difficult to believe a pharmacy wouldn't have tubing and mouth piece for a nebulizer available. They only sell them together, which is over $50 with insurance. A nebulizer can last years if taken care of, but the tubing and mouth piece gets hot, dirty, and can break easily. It's recommended to change out the tubing and mouth piece every month. So does that mean each month I'll have to buy a new nebulizer just to get clean tubing and mouth piece? I guess I'll either have to start a nebulizer collection or just go to another pharmacy that doesn't try to rip off their customers when they need breathing treatments daily. I'll add that the pharmacy technician told me to go to a medical supply store. I usually go to CVS since they carry these items separately. I've learned my lesson and now know we can't rely on Walgreens. The only saving grace to this place is the great staff at the front registers. read more

I have been getting prescriptions here for 15 months. My Rx was on automatic refill so it was always ordered and I would get a call when it was ready. This month, it was no longer on the automatic refill list. I guess that medical prescriptions are only important if they feel like it. I called it in and was told it would be here in 3 days, possibly 2. I went to pick it up on the 3rd day and after sitting in line for an hour and a half, was told it had not been ordered. This is a prescription related to a chronic illness! I always need it...it isn't a "sometime" kind of deal. I was trying to navigate my way without it for 3 days only to find out that the tech didn't order it. I will have to move to a much better pharmacy....don't bother using them, they can't handle doing their job correctly. read more

I don't understand why Walgreens has done nothing with their pharmacy that has such long lines inside and outside in the drive-through lane. This is gone on for years and Walgreens has made no effort to increase the amount of associates at this pharmacy or open more lines. I have called and spoke with the manager of the store and called their national headquarters and express my concerns. They don't seem to care and nothing has changed. I do not recommend this pharmacy. I had a question for the pharmacist and first thing he said when he came to the window at drive thru was "your doctor didn't give you instructions on what to do?" And all he did was read the instructions on the bottle. The lady at check out was rude, rushing me, and after I asked to speak to the pharmacist she looked at me surprised and asked back twice "you need to see the pharmacist?" I answered yes. She asked again like it was a bother. She also went swipe crazy on my debit card that it locked it for suspicious activity and after I called my bank it had charged me 4-times and had to be unblocked. I definitely do not recommend this location. Most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to. So sad. read more

When added up I have wasted gallons of gasoline waiting in line at the drive through pharmacy pick up. When I have asked questions of the pharmacy staff that have been condescending at best. The store itself is usually out of stock on items that are on sale for the week. Ordering items to be delivered is a disaster. Walgreens uses Door Dash to make its deliveries, and refuses to take responsibility for any problems with the delivery. When I spoke with the store manager about receiving a text that the delivery was made he simply told me to call Door Dash. I don't have a contract with Door Dash, Walgreens does! I've been on the telephone on hold with Door Dash, who admits that the delivery was made to the wrong address, for more than 40 minutes. After getting frustrated many times with CVS in Little Elm we thought it would be better and closer to go to the Walgreens on 380. You know the whole grass is greener thing. Well after doing so we have regretted that decision Time and Time and Time again! For starters Little Elm CVS is 24 hours. They have anywhere from 2-4 pharmacist and usually as many pharmacy techs. Where Walgreens on 380 only has one max and they close at 10 during the week and 6 on the weekends. Our first bad experience with them was when they told us our prescription would be ready by 10 on a Saturday. In reality they close at 6. We didn't know this at the time. Then today. Oh wow! We called in the prescription yesterday and are told it would be ready by 11 the next morning. At 2:45 pm it's not only ready they are saying that the insurance was denied. Well of course it is because we don't have insurance! Upon trying to explain this they don't understand and want me to come inside. I refused and sat in the drive thru. Finally after about 20 minutes the pharmacist comes over I explain to her what's going on and they get it fixed a total of 40 minutes in the drive-through while everybody waited on me. It's just absurd I will be transferring my prescriptions back to CVS as soon as possible and will never go back to Walgreens for pharmacy or pharmacy supplies again. read more
