I had Eva give me the haircut and she was very good. Brought me back to the shampoo wash room where I had a hair wash before giving me a haircut based on my specifications. The men's cut was done for a price much less than what I normally pay, and she did a great job following my instructions. I had to get my haircut in Florida for an event and they got me in right away. It's one of those places where you rent the chair with different salon owners having each having their own chair. My cut in my experience was fast and it was professional. I did have a great cut, and I left a great tip because of how well it went! The rooms are big and I've even gone with a friend to get her hair done for the whole few hours! I must give a Zero. I was asked to come in for a consultation, which took 5 mins. The appt took 4 hours!!! The stylist assured me I could get the correct color. When he kept shampooing and rinsing over and over, I started to become suspicious. He dropped the towel on my head and asked me to sit in the process room. I went to ladies room, and gasped! My silver highlights were green and blue! He never told me. When I got back, he knew I had seen it. His answer was, "that color was not my intention". Oh really, I wasn't going for green and blue either. He made a weak attempt at trying to put a base color over the mistake. I was not sitting there another 5 mins. The cut was bad also .. The gentleman at the desk KNEW I was on fire.. I called next day and asked for the and and number of the manufacturer of the color and for the owner to call. 10 days nothing. The stylist (?) kept saying he would put one color on. That's not what I went in for. Several years ago, when they were in Northlake/Military, I was there five hours, because the stylist was working on five other customers. Never again. read more
