DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!…read more This was probably one of the worst and unprofessional situations I've ever dealt with a company. We called Paul's to come out and perform pest control services on our house and property. First, I called and spoke to someone after trying to call maybe three or four times on different days and spoke to a woman and she asked me a few questions. They ask you about where you want services, square footage of the home, and if there were any current problems we were having in the home that they would have to treat right away. So I answered those questions and those were the only questions they had. I was upfront with her about a current issue we were having with a certain bug and all she replied with was that she would let the guy know. No explanation of any type of bugs, or specialty circumstances that would be more cost or anything like that. She explained to me it would be $150 for the initial treatment and the inspection and then it would be $40 a month going forward. I said send over the contract and she emailed it. We signed the contract And sent it back to them. After they get the signed contract the guy calls you to set up the initial treatment and inspection. They charged our account $150. The gentleman comes out to do the inspection and seemed very knowledgeable. We had a great conversation. We got talking about the house and issues we were worried about having in the future and what their services would provide. Just a reminder, we've already paid the 150 and we've already signed a CONTRACT with them. After he did his inspection, he explained that due to the number of rooms, areas bugs could get in, and the current issue we were having that the cost would not be honored for the $150. I explained to him none of this was brought to my attention. He told me straight from the company's mouth that they're supposed to tell you these things over the phone and the calls are recorded. So he said he was going to go back and talk to his manager and come back in and let me know. Now I'm frustrated because he's trying to explain that the money we paid and the contract we signed was not going to be honored. He comes back in and I'm expecting either a slight increase or him to say we're going to go ahead and move forward with what we agreed on since you signed a contract and the agreement with our company. I was shocked when he came back inside and said again, due to the number of rooms, the current issues we were having, and the areas bugs could get in, the price would be a lot higher. He even told me I should go with another company and said he would charge me around $500.00. When I explained that none of this was told to me and I signed a contract and agreement with their company and they gave me the price with my signature based on the information they required, all he could say was "I understand". I honestly don't know how they have any customers. Good luck, please stay away from them and save you some money and headache.

On 7/9, we had the privilege of scheduling a pest inspection--because nothing says top-tier service like giving pests a head start while we wait eagerly for their arrival. Then, on 7/10, a mysterious service person (not even a technician--how exclusive!) graced us with his presence at precisely 10:30am, surely just to make us feel special. Next, in a stroke of genius, he generously offers us a quote--an extra $1900 for vent coverage--like he's practically giving us a Christmas gift. Who wouldn't jump at the chance to overspend? Of course, we graciously accept the 'service' minus this dazzling upsell, even signing up for a monthly contract, because consistency in chaos is what we live for. Our son calls from work, and I abandon everything and rush home, only to find the service guy has already left--like a phantom of pest control. Around 1:00pm, I leave a check--it's almost a tradition now. But wait, at 5pm, he re-emerges, taking the check, running it through his ACH machine, and then, just like that, he's gone--no treatment, just a magic trick. Meanwhile, we clarify the sacred contract--yes, the one that says payment is after treatment, because that's the natural order of things. At 6pm, I muster the strength to call customer service, where my newfound friend "May" and her sidekick Kassandra--who's super sorry and promises to manage everything--promise that some local hero named Brian will show up on 7/13 between 2 and 4. Because nothing screams professionalism like scheduling a rescue mission two days later and perfectly timing it with their convenience. Then, on 7/12, Brian, the miracle pest-slayer, texts my son confirming he'll grace us with his presence between 4:30-6:30 pm. We've even left the cabinets intact--what a considerate setup! But on the appointed day, at 6:45pm, the technician is a no-show, and our trust is further validated by his apology and the stunning news that we've been "removed from the schedule entirely"--without warning, of course. I arrive at 5:30pm the same day to find nobody there, and my son at 6pm informs me that Brian's boss decided he's not on that route anymore. So courteous! I call customer service again, desperate to speak with May or Kassandra, but instead get a gentleman whose name I've forgotten--how charming. I had a great experience with this company, from start to end…read more I came home from an extended trip to find a bunch of small, blank insects in the kitchen and dining room- I had no idea what they were and tried some home remedies, but no avail. I sent online inquiries to a couple of exterminators in Tallahassee, and Arrow was the first to call back. I explained the situation, and had someone scheduled in a few days. The exterminator came (wore a mask too, even though it was not necessary), identified the insects as sugar ants, and put some poisonous (not toxic) bait in my kitchen and sprayed the outside of the house. What puts them above and beyond was that I had to call them a week later because the ants did not go away, so the same exterminator came back and put more bait around; this second go-around did the trick. This was at no additional cost, which was so great. The customer service from the start to finish was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable as well. I hope I do not have to call them again, but if I do have pests I will be sure to call them!

I called one week later, the weeds had not responded except to grow more. He said to give more time, and I did. Monday was three weeks, no death of weeds, only lots of more growth and the yard is embarrassing. I called yesterday, he told me he did not know what his schedule was set for. I reminded him of the three weeks follow up, and the fact that not only did the weeds not respond, they populated. I have had no service, or call. I am disappointed, and frustrated.
