Read Clarke retired after a lifetime of commitment and service to the community and this store was sold to Rocky's Hardware, a New England chain based in Springfield MA, with 48 stores including in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida. Rocky's is family owned. Although most of the original employees are no longer working there, it still remains a super community place in small-town New England. The employees are super friendly and eager to assist. The Ace Hardware affiliation means they can take advantage of a worldwide supply chain. Since the turnover, stock variety has visibly increased. Another addition to their offerings include online ordering. It was sad to see the old family move away. But if it had to, Rocky's is a welcome presence in the community.

Seems like it's designed just for browsing and impulse-buying of Le Creuset teacups rather than to service people at home actually experimenting with and (trying to!) make creative food on the reg for their families. A few days ago I asked them to come get my machine to perform the 350 hr service "in-house" so that it could be pressure washed and when they brought it back to my house "Rocky" their delivery person plowed my driveway for me prior to putting my tractor away. I can not say anything more than these people are fantastic!! I will be upgrading my tractor soon and will be buying from them, no doubt about it!!

Now that it's over the 2 year limited warranty they tell me I have to pay for it all including picking it up!! The A/C has gone out ever year I've had the tractor. Heat works fine. Having a brain injury from being blow up in Iraq, it is very important I keep my body temp within normal limits or I can die or go the hospital. Knoxland does not care, and will not fix this under warranty! When they never properly repaired it in the first place! I am totally disappointed in Knoxland equipment and their sub-par service department. They do not represent Mahindra well at all and I would suggest any tractor dealership other than Knoxland. They will lie right to your face and fail to follow through with their promises! AVOID KNOXLAND AT ALL COSTS!!

They were advertising for 297 jobs badly needed in this city. Be sure you signup for their email coupons and flyers as the savings can be substantial. While their tools are usually made in other countries and not of professional Snap-on or Mac Tools quality but targeted for home do it yourself'ers. But prices are affordable and a fraction of the cost of the pro tools.

I threw my old chair out during spring cleanup in my town because I expected to receive the new one. No communication whatsoever from them, until I called. Was on hold forever so requested a callback. They did call and said there was a problem with the shipping. That was 4 days ago. Says still processing. I only ordered from them because of the gift card. Could have bought from another seller, for $100 less, and not worry about the gift card.

I did not have a receipt but the product had a label that was from Ocean State Job Lots. She looked up my name from my rewards card and refunded my money. I found a different mop during this visit and that money she refunded, helped me pay for another style mop. I shop here often and the prices and sales are so great. I always receive excellent customer service and having the rewards card is great. I also like that they help and give back to people. Last year I bought a winter coat for a Veteran and they give you a gift card that reimburses you for your purchase of the coat. So you are helping someone and Ocean State Job Lots is paying you back so you spend nothing really. This is my go to store for so many items and it's just a fun place to shop because of the huge variety of everything! Keep it up and thank you for caring about people.
