While their tools are usually made in other countries and not of professional Snap-on or Mac Tools quality but targeted for home do it yourself'ers. A few days ago I asked them to come get my machine to perform the 350 hr service "in-house" so that it could be pressure washed and when they brought it back to my house "Rocky" their delivery person plowed my driveway for me prior to putting my tractor away. I can not say anything more than these people are fantastic!! I will be upgrading my tractor soon and will be buying from them, no doubt about it!!

Now that it's over the 2 year limited warranty they tell me I have to pay for it all including picking it up!! The A/C has gone out ever year I've had the tractor. Heat works fine. Having a brain injury from being blow up in Iraq, it is very important I keep my body temp within normal limits or I can die or go the hospital. Knoxland does not care, and will not fix this under warranty! When they never properly repaired it in the first place! I am totally disappointed in Knoxland equipment and their sub-par service department. They do not represent Mahindra well at all and I would suggest any tractor dealership other than Knoxland. They will lie right to your face and fail to follow through with their promises! AVOID KNOXLAND AT ALL COSTS!!

Two and a half weeks after my father's death he received a bill in the mail (after the obit in the paper and many people knew) for $16.50. This isn't a large corporation like a target or Walmart. It is a business in a small town where everyone knows each other. Maybe they didn't know he died....hard to believe. Almost impossible to believe actually bc when my mother went to pay, an employee hung his head knowing my father had died and we were sent a bill. Shame on you.

The Lumber Barn and it's staff have been incredibly helpful. They offer free local delivery, quality products. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a local building materials provider who could offer such great products, with a personal touch on service, and a price very competitive with the big box stores. I shop here for all my home repair needs whenever possible. Would love to see them expand their hours to 6pm so I could stop by on my way home from work. I would think they would also get a bit more business this way from others on their way home as well. The only time I shop anywhere else is when they are closed and I need something that day.
