I asked if we could look, and we were there another 40 minutes and NO ONE ever said hello, looked our direction, or said goodbye or if we had a question of any kind. We are new residents to Morrisville. Needlessly to say, we will not be doing any business with this company. And, we have quite a lengthily amount of things we need to re-do at our new abode. Customer dis-service is more their mantra.

Unfortunately I gave them one wrong dimension and when I called, they said they could recut the wood for me (they just had to trim some off the existing pieces). The service and prices at this store were a breath of fresh air compared to all other flooring stores. I purchased odd lot 5 1/4 wide hardwood Australian Cypress. I called the store and asked what odd lot they had and there was actually more than what was listed on the website. When I told Frank and Lori (on multiple calls to the store) that I was weary of odd lot, they invited me in to come look at it. The store was busy but they took the time to move everything in the warehouse to get to my boxes to show me the quality of them (beautiful). Satisfied, I ordered all of it, plus some premium stock which was on sale to finish the job. I ended up purchasing too many boxes. The premium wood was already shipped from out of state so I waited for it all to come in before picking any up. No problem, they kept the extra boxes when they came in and told me to see how the install goes. Then, if I still don't need them, they would provide a refund. I didn't even need to call them to ask, Lori called to confirm I didn't need the boxes I left behind and offered me my money back. She also wanted to know how it went and if I needed anything else. Lori and Frank were very patient and helpful and they really went the extra mile. Over a year later I still love my floors, which I got for much cheaper than most places sell it.

Every missed delivery has forced me to reschedule my installer, and each delay has cost me thousands of dollars in non-refundable deposits and scheduling fees. Their lack of reliability has turned what should have been a straightforward project into a stressful and expensive nightmare. What makes it even worse is the poor communication and complete lack of accountability. Instead of providing honest updates or realistic timelines, I was repeatedly given promises that were never kept. At no point did anyone seem to understand or care about the financial impact their failures were having on me. If your project depends on materials arriving when promised, I would look elsewhere. A company that can't honor delivery commitments, communicate honestly, or take responsibility for the costs they cause their customers simply doesn't deserve your business. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, expensive, and completely unacceptable.

It was another salesman now bringing another couple over to display the sofa. He continued to point and press buttons with my son & I sitting there with zero disregard for any personal space. And the that him playing with buttons and knobs without consideration for the effect it was having on my son & I. I got up and we left, making mention to Ben on our way out.
