What makes it even worse is the poor communication and complete lack of accountability. Instead of providing honest updates or realistic timelines, I was repeatedly given promises that were never kept. At no point did anyone seem to understand or care about the financial impact their failures were having on me. If your project depends on materials arriving when promised, I would look elsewhere. A company that can't honor delivery commitments, communicate honestly, or take responsibility for the costs they cause their customers simply doesn't deserve your business. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, expensive, and completely unacceptable.
