Due to my mother living now with me in another state, It was very necessary to rely on an auction company for furniture, kitchen items, etc. After signing the agreement for them to sell items, communication became very difficult. We had an issue on the items from the main auction. It did get resolved but it was not easy. I thought good it's done. I thought that would be the end of any more auctions. Since I was not made aware of any future auctions. I received an alert of an upcoming auction. This happened to be a second auction that combined some of my mother's items along with 2 other people's stuff. Once I all of my mother's jewelry online, I was shocked. I had informed them before , that the jewelry needed to be put aside. I had made arrangements with a friend to bring them to me. Therefore, I had to sign up on the online auction and buy all of her jewelry back and make arrangements for a friend of mine to pick up the jewelry and ship them to me. I believe now that I should have returned back to Ohio and oversee all what was done. Overall a very stressful experience. read more

I bidded on several items. Infact like 20 or 30. I was expecting to win around 10 or so. When I found out I only won 1 item. They wanted me to drive 45 minutes to pickup a 4$ item. I told them no. They told me to pay or be banned. I offer to pay shipping they said no. This auction site is NOT on the side of the bidder. I am not paying for an item I don't receive. Intact the more I think about it, the more it sounds like extortion. There is no reason they can't offer shipping. I am not driving 45 min away to get 1 item and at that spend gas and time on it. read more

They are crooks. They cheated me out of items I paid for and didn't receive. The auction was held for a friend of mine who's father passed. The people at the pickup that ran it were rude. I am filing a claim with the BBB against them and my friend is, too. She's just waiting to get the last of what money they owe her. Out of a whole 2000 sq ft house they only received 750.00. Charging her bogus fees like cleaning, which they didn't do. I was there. This company is the worst. read more

Kyle and Taylor have a ton of sales thru Auction Ohio and they are impossible to ever get in touch with if you have an issue or question. So if you are buying something do not expect any customer service. I've found pickups at the auction warehouse to be painless and staff nice. Just some of the auctioneers are kinda lame. read more

I was so disappointed today, when I went to pick up my winning bid today for Auction : 112726. I have 4 winning bid. The problems is on winning bid #11. When we bid each Lot, we depend on the pictures that they provided to us, to determined whether to bid or not. When I was there, they jus shove me some plates and told me that's my mine. I look at it and I told them that It doesn't matched what I bid for. I think I am missing quite a few plates. They says that's what I bid for. I says no, no, look at what you guys post. I need what I saw and bid for. Then they says it was a mistake. And tell me either to take it or leave it. Attitude was bad. I say that's not right. If it is one missing plate I can foresee. But that's almost 5 plates. If you do make a mistake, at least give me a call or e-mail and explained the situation and not shove me with a few plates and says, hey! that's what you bid for. Or do you give me a choice to choose which 14 plate and says that's how many plate this bid is entitled for. I see what I bid not what you gave me. Is this what you called Auction???? read more

Warning: this company will give your furniture and personal belongings away. I wish I would have given my own cherished items away myself. At least I could have found people who might appreciate it, instead of paying money to this company to basically pick my items up from storage. One example, a solid oak desk, handmade Amish, they sold for $11. They used two trucks, I had so much, and I just received my check, after they took their part out. My check was for $424. My storage unit was 10 x 30 and full of good quality furniture and personal items. I am sickened that I ever trusted them. Do yourself a favor and go look at their warehouse first before signing a contract with this company. We wish we had. You will see that it is basically a junk yard. Do not use them! Give your furniture to a good charity organization if you can't afford storage fees any longer but do not pay this horrid company a dime to give your stuff away. I have been sick since my husband went there to pick up two items and reported back to me what he saw, after we had received the big whopping check and it was too late. We'd made the worst decision of our lives. My wonderful farmhouse is gone and now everything I once valued which held memories of our time at our farm is also gone. For $424. read more
