I scored two sweaters - one brand new, upscale brand with tags for $12 and one for $4 (it was a 50% tag). Couldn't be happier! Can't wait to go back when it's a season change to see if it's still as good as it was in early winter!

I was on a mission for household goods which were at the back of the store. The prices put me into a shock. Glass vases usually $2 at garage sales were $8. The bright colors, 60's-70's vibes, and fun name caught all of our attention. We didn't hesitate before nodding our heads in agreement, we had to go in! From funky clothing and jewelry to home decor, art, and kitchenware, this place just screams hippie wonderland... Take me back to the 70's please! It was wonderful. Towards the back of the building is a mini record store and that's where they hooked me! My record collection is largely oldies thanks to my grandmother. I'd much rather shop local and support these businesses than buy similar things at big box stores. And they have amazing prices compared to other thrift stores. I ended up purchasing 4 things - a dresser, two chairs, and a coat 'tree'. An employee walks with you, marks what you want to buy, then checks you out. They will then help you load big pieces. Shout out to Seth & Wayne for being an amazing help to us on a busy weekend.

This consignment shop is varied and chock full. Seriously... we're talking constant clothing…read moredensity here. (Pardon while I take a little bit of geeky pride in that phrasing.......... Okay. Done. Back to business.) Deja Vu is one of those stores where you will find something.... if you look long enough. There doesn't seem to be a consistent style of clothing here, so be prepared to find examples of every era. This is the kind of place I would go if I were looking for something for a period costume and didn't have all that much time to shop. There's a ton of things here, although there is a lot of variation in quality. My biggest qualm was with the jewelry, which felt way too overexcited-about-the-holidays-and-missed-when-big-brooches-went-out-of-style-ey for me. I honestly enjoy any opportunity to point at something and giggle, but this was too easy. The coat section has some honestly gorgeous finds. I am personally not a big fan of the fur coats, but I ran in to a couple of wool ones that I would love to add to my closet. I'm going to go with the coral reef metaphor for this place: there's tons of variation and something for every animal to eat if it spends enough focused time hunting.
