Easiest car purchase I've ever experienced. Originally went to Audi of Mentor to look at A4's and the salesman was more interested in speaking to my husband, even though I was the one making the purchase. I left feeling defeated but decided to try again at Audi of Bedford. I'm glad I did! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and to make the process go smoothly. They got me a great deal, about $200 less than Audi of Bedford had offered and spoke with me, instead of focusing on my husband. I will absolutely refer people to Bedford and will return again when it's time to get a new car. read more

Avoid this dealer. We negotiated a price on a used car and when drawing up the paper they added a $250 "documentary fee". I explicitly asked what it was and the salesman, Jim Cameron, told me that it is a mandatory fee for all car sales in Ohio. Being from Pennsylvania I naively trusted his lie. I've since looked up the law he referenced and learned the law is merely a limit that dealerships may not charge _more_ than $250.. they're able to charge $0 if they want. This money goes straight to the dealer's pocket rather than to the state as Mr. Cameron deceptively implied. I hope my experience helps to direct others away from this dishonest and predatory dealership. read more

We found a vehicle on Auto Trader and drove from Erie PA to Audi Bedford in Cleveland Ohio. I had called and talked to used car sales man Mike Hulgin and we made arrangement ahead time. When we arrived the vehicle was sitting outside detailed and ready to go. There were a few minor things we wanted and that wasn't a problem. We returned the next day to pick up the car. Mike was out of town on vacation and text us to make sure everything was taken care of including a full tank of gas. Mike and the manager as well as the finance company were excellent to work with. In the future if we need a car we will travel the 90+ miles to see what this company has to offer. read more

I've had terrible service here on at least 2-3 occasions. I own a 50K Audi and they charged over $1200 for 35K vehicle maintenance but the biggest issues was they brought it back in worse shape than I brought it to them. The valet guy delivered with a broken steering mechanism. How could they release a car like this. Then I brought back again for a warranty defect item and they said it was fixed and then the idiot light went on again within a week of supposedly fixing it. I've been to many different dealerships, and the level of sales service, or lack thereof, at Audi of Bedford was just, awful. I walked in on Saturday, with my wife, 85% ready to pull the trigger on a 2013 S4 (just wanted to physically see the car, and test drive it). We were in the showroom for a good 15-20 minutes, and were completely ignored. Yes, I do look young (I'm 30), as does my wife, but shouldn't all customers be treated the same, regardless of appearance? To make matters worse, I saw 2 pudgy sales guys sitting by their desks, about 15 feet away from us, totally oblivious to our presence, though I remember making eye contact with them. Many other salesmen just walked by us and neither acknowledged us, nor gave us a courteous "hello." Usually, I'm annoyed by the sales guys preying on you the minute you step foot on the dealer lot or showroom, but given this complete lack of service, I will definitely not be buying this $50k+ car from Audi of Bedford. read more

I agree with the other poster - this dealership is ARROGANT!!! I could not believe how poorly I was treated. I ended up walking out of the dealership and bought myself a car from another premium brand instead. There are many other premium brands to choose from (MB, BMW, Lexus, Acura, Infiniti all treated me with respect and professionalism but not here) - I did not want to spend $40K+ on a car, only to be insulted and treated like a fool. I purchased my car (built new to my request) March 2015 and have had a number of problems since. The needle in my fuel taken broke, which resulted to me believing that the fuel garage I had filled my car tank with had in fact not given me any diesel, causing a number of arguments, tears and driving around for an hour or so with an employee of the garage to show them that my fuel gauge was still in fact on red. This finally resulted in my having to call breakdown for a car which at the time was only 5 months old! My second issue happened a month or so after the first. I went to put the diesel nozzle into my tank, which resulted in the cap snapping and blocking the entrance for the nozzle to go in. Again I had to call breakdown. Whilst my car was being repaired (at Bedford Audi) I was informed the repair took longer than planed due to the fact that when they tried to remove the fuel cap from the entrance, it dropped into my fuel tank and contaminated it, which resulted to Bedford Audi having to replace my tank. Meanwhile, I had a separate issue going on. When I built my Audi TT, I chose the high spec seats. By doing this I thought I would have no issues with them. I was wrong. My driver seat started squeaking from the right, which resulted in me visiting Bedford Audi a number of times to which they tried different ways to fix it. Method 1. Tape up the inside of the chair (with what they described as duct tape) Method 2. Tape up the inside of the chair even more (again I assume with duct tape) After these 2 methods, the passenger chair went also. Method 3. Replace the frame of the drivers chair, and tape up the inside of the passenger chair. These 3 methods were used over the space of 3 months. After method 3, guess what happened? My chair started playing up again! I called Audi and was informed to bring it back in, which I did. They in turn, 'fixed' it by using method 1. And guess what has now happened? My chair has started squeaking.....again, and it was only 'repaired' two weeks ago! The best part about all of this, Bedford Audi told me, the reason that my chair squeaks is because my chairs are so high spec.... I wonder if Ferrari seats also do this? As you can imagine, I have had a number of visits to Audi back and forth, with no compensation apart from a 'just under full' tank of diesel. I have had appointments booked, which I have turned up for, and for some reason was not named, therefore had to re-book. I am extremely disappointed with Audi as I have had Audi's before, and paid £41,000.00 for this Audi TT in March 2015, and in result have now purchased a Range Rover, where as I was originally considering the Q7. For all future family and friends, I will highly recommend they do not buy from Audi. read more

The service department, is all smiles until they mess your car up, then trying to get them to fix the problem is like trying to pull teeth from an alligator. I had my A5 there to fix the oil consumption problem, which was a class action law suit against them, hid the problem, and lied to the to the public for years, I was told twice, when complaining about how much oil my car was using, it's the turbo, the turbo uses a lot of oil, then they had to admit, bad pistons and rings. Had the new pistons and rings put in, my car that used cut the tire loose and jump off the line, now goes Baaaaaaaaaa! From a stop I can stomp the pedal to the floor, the car bogs down and the tire will not cut loose. I have complained several times in the last year, only to be told there is nothing wrong with the way the car runs. After getting nowhere with them, I talked to the service manager, I told him the car used to cut the tire loose easily, he said it should cut the tire loose easily, and run like a raped ape, ( His saying not mine) When I told him it doesn't anymore, he said to bring it in. Showed him on the tile floor in bay, I put the pedal right to the floor, and to my self, counted to 2 one thousand, tire did not cut loose on tile floor and only traveled 15 feet, drove manager outside, showed him again, pedal down tire did not cut loose, engine bogged down, then he tells me , its a Techtronic transmission it doesn't work like that, (meaning its not supposed to cut the tire loose) Conflicting stories! Met with Audi dealer Rep. That was a set up farce! He told me the transmission doesn't cut the tire loose, my VW has the same Transmission, It cuts the tire loose easily, my A5 used to, but now it's not supposed to. Take my advise, to not have your car serviced at this dealer, just because you buy it here doesn't mean you have to service it here. Also check your invoices before leaving, I noticed a charge for a 4 wheel alignment, that I did not ask for, this I am reporting to the Ohio AG and BBB Filthy Practice, charging you for something you didn't ask for, But on invoice it says customer requested, I never requested this, and will submit to polygraph test, about everything I am saying. How many times have they gotten away with this, I wonder? My fenders are scratched up from them, and marred from where they tried to buff out the scratches. The last couple of times my car was there, I positioned a cam corder in the car, I have video of them abusing my car, you should see how they treat your car when your not looking. I purchased an Infinity QX56, traded an 05 Chrysler 300, Hemi, AWD recently upgraded paint job and mechanics. The interior was a bit dirty from everyday use. Turned in 2 sets of keys and owner's manual intact. The Infinity had 1 key, no owner's manual, a quick exterior wash, and the interior was deplorable. I noticed a bubble near the rear hatch door, they agree to take care of and to bring it back in. When I get home to do a further inspection on the vehicle, I noticed damage on the passenger side door. I called the acting salesperson about the interior's condition and the door damage. Of course they were going to take care of it all. They took my vehicle in the following week. They had it for 2 weeks, so I am thinking everything is taken care of. WRONG!!! The interior was untouched, damage to the door still there. I brought the interior dirt to the salesperson's attention, and he tried to convince me it was cleaned. REALLY!!! (the dirt was just an illusion). I went home and cleaned it myself. It took me 45 minutes of hard labor, but good results. I called and left a message with the salesperson about his and the Sales manager's lies and deceit. I will NEVER deal with that dealership just because of those 2 shysters. Would I recommend the dealership? Not really. However, I will say that aside from them, everyone else employed there seemed professional in manner. read more
