I had an outstanding car buying experience at Audi Bellingham. I bought a Q4, and I had a particular requirement for the car that Shawn the manager went above and beyond to accommodate. It wasn't easy for them, but they wanted to make me happy and make the deal work. They did both. Lukas, DJ, Jasmine and the other sales staff were extremely competent, polite, and nice to work with. It's my first electric vehicle so I had a lot of questions, all of which were answered patiently and correctly. This dealership really shines in post-sale support. They do not ignore their customer once they have the check in hand. Shawn was even willing to have someone drive to my home to resolve issues and answer questions, although that wasn't necessary because everything was handled promptly and efficiently at the dealership. Yesterday, the fuel cap on my 2024 Q3 wouldn't open. I live out on the islands, and it was quite a concerning moment as I certainly didn't have enough fuel to take the ferry and then drive to Audi Bellingham--and the Owners Manual simply says, "For fuel filler emergency relief, see an authorized Audi dealer." After no one at the gas station could figure it out, I drove to the local auto repair shop, and still no one could get it open. I was starting to get pretty worried. I called Audi Bellingham, and Nick Leader was so kind and so helpful. He listened to the challenge, and while he affirmed that the solution was to bring in the vehicle, he took the time to find the same vehicle on the lot and record a video of what the fuel cap looked like when it could open. Additionally, he provided detailed instructions on how to approach trying to get the door open, so we could refuel and bring the car in. After 90 minutes and four people trying to figure it out, it was the video that unlocked the solution! With the video we were able to determine that the mechanism was a rotary actuator, and we needed to depress the actuator manually to release the door. Nick truly saved the day! This type of customer service is exactly what we all hope will happen when we need help with our car. Thank you Nick and Audi Bellingham for saving the day. The most unhelpful "customer service" representative EVER. Called to schedule routine maintenance for my leased car. First, he couldn't find my car under my account, even though I leased the car through them and have only ever had it serviced by them. Through the whole conversation he was quietly mumbling, so I could hardly understand him. But whatever. Then, because of where we live, the logistics of getting our car serviced can be a little challenging--generally people who help schedule these things are understanding of that and willing to help. He more or less said, "Too bad. I don't know what to tell you." I REALLY wanted to ask to talk with the service department manager, but didn't want to be that person. So I said I would call back, bye, and hung up. Seriously. You buy a nice car expecting the service department to be equally nice and helpful. I will not be buying another Audi from this dealer, and maybe not another Audi. Don't have time for this. read more

I recently bought a used Mazda from this dealership, and Lukas Smith was fantastic! He helped me learn everything I could about the car's specs and history, as well as ensuring I got a good deal. He drove it to the off-site pre-purchase inspection on a Saturday and let me do two test drives. He stayed in great communication and I felt I was constantly kept up on any new information, as well as having each and every one of my questions answered. When this was Roger Jobs Audi, for the most part they did a good job, and sure, they charged a premium, but the work they did was generally trustworthy. However, since Swickard bought them, they have jacked their prices *way* up, cut staff, and the service reps no longer bother to return calls - it can take literal weeks to actually get an appointment! At $250/hr for general repair/diagnositic work, it is just insulting that they can't even be bothered to return my repeated calls. Their service levels are still pretty good, but they are much more concerned about making money than actually providing a good service. I will not be bringing my car back to them any more. read more

we were on a trip to Bellingham, WA when our left low beam headlight failed on our Audi A4 Quattro. We contacted the dealership after we arrived in Bellingham to see if we could get an appointment to have the light replaced. We were told they were booked solid but if we dropped the car off the next day they would try to work it in. We dropped the car off and a call was received at 5pm that same day informing us the car was ready and they would wait for us to pick it up. When we picked it up the we noticed it had been washed and the interior was spotless . I am not a big fan of car dealerships but this one has it together. read more

7hrs of diagnostics at 240/hr, to find out i need an electronics module, comfort control module, and a new sunroof motor. 360 for new spark plugs... car is worse off now. The didn't seem to know anything and for 240/hr, they should of had it figured out fast. $9000 to get right for a 2008? Never own an Audi.
