We recently purchased a used vehicle from Audi Langley, and unfortunately, our experience has been far from what we had hoped for and even worse put the safety of my family in jeopardy. The issues began during negotiation, where in this process, the dealership actually threatened to increase the price of the vehicle. Despite this we eventually reached an agreement on the price that included the worn tires being replaced. Only after purchasing the vehicle, did we discover that only two tires had been replaced. Shockingly, only five months later, during our first service, Audi's own service department recommended replacing those same 2 tires. When I reached out to our salesperson, we felt that his response was dismissive. He mentioned that if it were his Tesla, he'd continue driving on those tires and that it was not a major concern. Do we listen to Audi's Service dept or do we follow the Audi salesperson's advice. Looking at the current state of the tires (cracked and peeling rubber) any reasonable person would agree they would have been a safety hazard as well at the point of purchase. The explanation provided however, was that it was our driving in the last 5 months that caused the rapid degradation and cracking of the tire. Our salesperson mentioned that the tires passed their safety check and fit within their criteria but look at the pictures and see how the rubber compound is cracking. In our opinion it was not only the depth of the the tread which was already a safety hazard but the cracking as well. When I raised concerns about the compromised safety and the optics of this situation with Audi Langley, they acknowledged and agreed that it was "not a good look", and yet Audi Langley were unwilling to address the situation. Additionally, on this same vehicle we're now dealing with the differential making a grinding noise and faulty seat sensors. We cannot help but question the quality of Audi Langley's safety practices and "certified pre owned" designation. A friend of mine, who has been a long term customer of Downtown Audi, was surprised by our situation as he has never had any issues even remotely close to this at his dealership. Attached are pictures for reference. Note the cracking and peeling. The owner of a tire store confirmed the tires were 90% worn out and there is no way the wear or cracking could have been caused in the last 5 months/12,500kms. He noted the tires were all the way back from 2019. In just a cursory search on line there were numerous articles indicating "cracked tires can quickly lead to sidewall blowouts" I believe the tire shop mentioned the term dry rot. My family drove on these tires at highway speeds after being mislead that the car was in safe working order. In hindsight, we regret not considering other dealerships or brands like BMW or Mercedes. The entirety of this experience has left us questioning Audi Langley, and more broadly, the brand itself. It's disappointing to feel misled about something as important as basic safety for your family. Clearly this is not the level of customer service of a luxury brand let alone any car dealership. Bought my used A3 in september from Langley. Barely made it over the Duffy lake rd, heading home. It had to be towed back to Langley, we got it back and wouldn't started. It was towed to Audi Kelowna, the service was amazing but with 1000km on it in roughly 6 months it has to be towed yet again. Won't start. Audi Langley customer service is a poor representation of a brand that likes to boast luxury. They have been dismissive, I have never heard from the salesman or the general manager. if shopping for an Audi I would avoid Audi Langley. read more

My car's engine was suddenly making a lot of noise last Friday late afternoon, we called the dealership and they asked us to bring it in right away to see what's wrong? It turned out that the engine's thermostat was malfunctioning, so we had to leave the car there to have it fixed. Due to such short notice, it took awhile for them to locate a courtesy car for us to use but they tried and did it. I was really impressed with the professionalism of all the staff and their willingness to help, that's why they deserved a 5 star rating. read more

There are much better options if you really want an Audi. I have purchased 30 new automobiles and this is the only one I have reviewed. Bad experience starting with purchase through lease return. Hands down the worst buying experience I've had. The Sales Manager was rude and repeatedly lied. Ended up purchasing from Richmond Audi, same day - and for considerably less than this sales manager (Mehdi Nabavi) would consider (and I was treated with great respect). Unhelpful, rude and dishonest (I asked to see the dealer invoice - he brought me the MSRP details sheet and tried to pass it off as dealer invoice... just the first insult.... it continued on. I felt truly sorry for the nube sales person - he was lovely) I would have liked to have spoken with the owner, but staff refused to give me contact details (I've asked very politely). drove Five hours to look at a car that was promised to be in near perfect condition. when i arrived, the car was in terrible cosmetic shape. i was told, and i quote "everything is great, only a couple very small little marks here and there but nothing unusual" directly from the salesman. the interior of the car was full of scratches on the plastic pieces and the display had most of the anti-reflective coating scratched off and looked awful. the exterior was riddled with dings and very significant gouges. both driver side doors had been very obviously repaired and painted by a terrible shop and was covered in runs, poor blending and had not been masked off properly, to the point of the door handle not even being removed for paint. all four wheels were covered in deep curb scratches and the tires were not only old enough to be near the end of their life, but the sidewall on the rear left tire had massive gouges in the sidewall. most of the pictures on the listing purposefully omitted all this damage. i even asked the sales to look the car over himself and he blatantly lied about the condition. i wasted not only my time driving ten hours (five hours each way) but also money for fuel. i feel that this dealership and for sure this individual salesman are dishonest and will not ever recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from them. i expected more from a luxury branded dealership, but was treated as if i was buying from a shady used car dealer read more

We went to Audi because of a referral of a decent used car on the lot. ( not a Audi ) We got beyond Exceptonal service from Medhi Nabavi. We didn't buy an Audi but that didn't mean he didn't value us as a customer. He went above and beyond as well as Richard making the financing part of this super painless and very very easy and QUICK! They were fun to be around and were ready with answers at all times. Plus the coffee is good! read more

Will never go back for service. was on hold forever to get to the service department to start off. I had full service done on my Q7 last Oct 2015. Last month, Belly pan underneath fell off while driving highway on a nice clear whether. They are the one who bolted up the belly pan last time but do not want to be responsible for the damage. will go to other Audi for my services and recall, not this place. read more

The service at this dealership was terrible. Brought my car for oil change service at 1 pm and until 5.30pm and the car is not ready for pick up. Not even a call to update the status and you had to call and chase them. When I picked up my car the next day, they don't even clean the inside and outside of my car. I went back and approached the service reception, the staff said they only wash the outside of the car and wash the floor mates. I told her that she should go and look at the car. Then the other male staff immediately stand up and said we will do it again. This dealership is a joke. Can't believe they represent Audi. I can get better service at any Lexus dealership. I will never bring my car back to this location for service. Bad customer service and experience I had. read more

Outstanding experience at Audi Langley. I drove 40km from my house to come here and by my car. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealer. Everyone was fantastic! Reception was very friendly and welcoming. Mehdi was very patient with me as we went through all the options and colours and helped with the decision making. Once I ordered the car, he kept me informed of the status from factory to dealer lot! He was great! Rick in parts is very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me going over accessories and options. Richard in finance got me in and out super quick and it was extremely painless. I've already recommended a friend to buy an Audi here which he did and is super happy as well! I will be going back for my next Audi, for sure! Good bunch there! read more

Worst ever. Sold my daughter a used Mazda knowing it had a coolant issue. 8 months into having the car the coolant filled the oil pan. Mazda says it's a right off now.Yet she still has to pay for the car. Shame on you Audi. You said you did a full mechanical inspection. I call BS. Got my car serviced there and pretty sure they just marked everything "good" on inspection sheet without checking anything. Break pads are "as new"? They weren't when I last had it serviced in Calgary? Also doubt they road tested it, clutch burned out within a week of servicing, could they have saved my flywheel? I guess I'll never know. Told me its "about right" for a 2 year old car with under 60k to need a new clutch...can't recommend this place read more

I actually can't believe how terrible of customer service and experience I had. Wasted DAYS here when I could have just taken my car elsewhere and had it fixed same day. Sylvan was absolutely terrible. The receptionist told me they had a courtesy car available for me on Sunday I could pick up. Then he calls Saturday 1 minute before close (no eggaderation) to tell me that I can't have the courtesy car, there are none and that they'll take a look at my car Monday. (Dropped off Friday night) Monday I told them I wanted to go somewhere else and I would just pick up my car. He said he'd call me when he had a price for me on what they already did. They took all day to call me back so I just came there to pick up my car. I saw the guy hand him my keys, but he chose to stay with another customelr for 30 minutes before allowing me to leave. He couldn't be bothered to give my keys to someone else to finish my transaction. Keep in mind they didn't even do anything to My car, they broke the lock and put the spare on. This process takes a max of 20 minutes. It's now been 3 days. I should have read the other reviews. Also when I was calling to ask about my car, they would say they were all busy. I had to show up just so they would give me my car back. Not to mention on the Friday night when I dropped it off they were super rude and unhelpful and made me make two trips for absolutely no reason. I actually can't believe someone with so many bad reviews is still employed. will never be back to this location. Oh and over charged me after the all of this!! read more
