Bought a used 2017 CX3 in 2018 here traded it for a CX5 a year later at another dealer. They transferred my extended warranty to the CX5. Just needed service on the CX5 so I had it towed there, did not want to do claim on my warranty as business manager advised me-I would lose refund of 1000.00 or option of 2000.00 off another purchase new or used if I remain claim free. WE were looking for a new car for about 6 months. I was really tired of the games, pushy sales teams and pressure to finance. We looked at about 8 different dealerships and were ready to take a break out of frustration. However, things turned around when we went to Mitsubishi Metrotown. Salesman, Allen Weng, took us out for a test ride. He was polite, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was straight forward and an honest salesman which was a welcome relief. Just a heads up on this Dealer's "Diamond Care" Extended warranty, if you trade in your vehicle somewhere else you still have to pay for it !!!! Still waiting to resolve the Warranty issue and I admit I signed it totally wouldn't if I would have known I would pay for it even after I sold car...hoping for a positive outcome. My next work car, on the side, will be a Mitsubishi, how can you beat a 10-year bumper to bumper warranty, and as the name suggests, even the transmission! While this dealership looks big, don't let the high ceilings fool you. A very cramped show room, with about 6 cars too many, and sales reps office just one step away. Ian here a true professional, low-pressure, and helpful. Showed their biggest car, the Outlander, a 3-row SUV. Every car is made in Japan, though that doesn't hold the same weight like it used to, back in the days. Like when Sony vowed never to make their products outside of Japan, but I digress. While a decent 4-seat chair lounge area, the coffee counter is less to be desired, though there is a small vending machine. read more

A somewhat disappointing experience. I'm happy with the new car but I did not feel like a valued customer. I was hoping for some free swag or discounted accessories, but no. Service department 5/5 I brought my jeep Patriot here for 5 years until I sold it. Cisco and Mike were always friendly, professional, honest and customer focused. They always took my concerns seriously, they didn't try to upsell me on unecessary services. I felt I was in very good hands and I knew there wouldn't be any surprises. If they had any questions, they would always phone me and patiently explain the issues and answer any questions I had, but never pressuring me into going one way or the other. Beware of this location. Do not sign anything until you are sure that you want to purchase a car. They will let you sign a non refundable deposit $1000.00 dollars but tell you that you can refund it. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! We dealt with Metrotown Mitsubishi a few months ago and I AM STILL ANGRY!!!! We went to there because we wanted to see if the Metrotown location had the exact model we wanted and see if they had better deals then the location by Coquitlam center. We had great service from the product advisor and their sale manager. We basically came up with the terms we wanted and waited to sit with the business manager to crunch some numbers. The terms we agreed to was no money down. It took the dealership two days in order for us to have the business manger LITERALLY LAUGHED AT US because we did not have any money to put down. He basically said to us that we shouldn't even sit with him if we did not plan on putting any money down. Although the terms we initialed to stated that we wanted put $0 down. We have never been so embarrassed in our lives!!!! The experienced we walked away with is that if you have no money....don't go there. YOU WILL BE THE LAUGHING STOCK!!! read more
