Shiv took the time to understand and respect my needs and concerns regarding a vehicle. He presented the sale professionally, clearly explained the process, and kept me informed every step of the way. I gave Shiv many different options to consider, but he confidently assured me that the Mitsubishi Outlander was the best fit for my budget and needs. I truly appreciate his honesty, guidance, and patience. Nosh, thank you so much for taking the time to show us the vehicle. We absolutely love our Outlander and could not be happier with our choice. What stood out most was that the entire team made the experience stress-free and comfortable. At no point did we feel pressured or forced into a decision. Instead, they provided support, knowledge, and reassurance, making the process enjoyable from start to finish. Most importantly, you made my son's day. I will never forget the smile on his face when we drove away in our new vehicle. That memory will stay with me for years to come. Thank you again to Shiv, Nosh, Kel, and the entire team for your exceptional customer service and professionalism. Cheers to all of you, and I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a positive and memorable car-buying experience. From Baljit Johal

I was honest with what was going on mechanically with my car and they used it against me at the trade-in. I don't know why I expected the salesman or the dealership to be honest with me, I guess because they said they had a transparent process and offered the lowest price they could afford with no dicking around; only I got the shaft. So today I am taking back some control and hope to feel less taken advantage of when I'm finished this review. First, I didn't notice the broken trim on the driver's side mirror. My fault, I should have asked for a second opinion on the vehicle inspection but I trusted the "certified used car" process. I can only fix this broken piece if I buy a new mirror and have it painted to match my car. This is not an insignificant issue nor an easy fix for me. Second, my car came with ONE car key. One. Not two. I didn't find out about that until I went to pick up the car and they handed me the keys once the vehicle was transferred into my name and the insurance was moved over to the new car. I was told the old owner/lease holder was going to drop off the spare key and then Jason would be in touch with me. After two weeks I had to get a spare key so I paid an exorbitant amount of money for one chip key and programming ($125?). Next time I buy a car, I will research the dealership before I purchase, I will get an unbiased car expert to look the car over--no matter what assurances I get from the dealership--and I will definitely ask about how many keys come with the car. I will also keep my mouth shut about my trade-in vehicle and I will always remember to never trust a used car salesman. Does anyone know how to get the "Jonker" letters glued to the back of my car off my tailgate?

Then later I discovered they sold my personal info to SiriusXM. Then proceeded to lie and make excuses, it was not them. From the service manager all the way to the general manager. I personally had to investigate and found information on the Internet to prove them wrong. Shameful word like " no other customer has complained of this" to we are a "family business and would never do this" when in fact they did. Service manager tried to tell me it was another business. When in truth the car is in my spouse's name and serviced under a totally different family name. Then on top of that they started sending me text and emails to trade my car in. I never gave them permission to do any of this. I highly recommend you go some place else this family happily sells and uses your personal info for profit.

We ended up choosing 2026 Tuson Premium Trend. Absolutely fantastic car with every option you could possibly want and then some I did not know I needed. The value is simply unmatched. The screen is just crazy, sunroof is fantastic, effortless navigation / media, beautifully clean interior design. Dylan was easily one of the best salespeople I ever dealt with, it was a pleasure, knowledgeable, accommodating and patient. Everyone we dealt with was great, with Dylan and lady doing the ICBC car insurance (my apology for not remembering the name) being the highlights.

It was astonishing. I called the service manager Kevin and he immediately listened to my concerns and he had me bring the car in and checked everything I asked him to. And credited me back $159. But the fact that it happened to begin with is unbelievable. My trust is lost and I'm appalled by this. Then they had the audacity to ask for 10/10 review.
