I purchased a used 2007 Porsche from Porsche of Melbourne, When I got the car for my daughter , I was told that it was perfect. Guess what it isn't, they tried to put aftermarket wheel sensors on the car and my lights were on, however they fixed that problem. 121 miles later I tried my top and it didn't work and I was told that it would be fixed, I have only put 121 miles on it. I bring it in and they want me to pay half of 3400.... That isn't going to happen. I work with a lot of Majors and Colonels and they told me to go there. After today they will no longer be going there because in our community you have to have honor.. That's it just do the correct thing. read more

My Audi Q5 is 5 years old and the starter failed. I called Audi of Melbourne for help and they could not call a tow truck for me or offer any help. So I called Mazzarella's in Vero and they called a tow truck for me and diagnosed the problem quickly. If you read the reviews you'll notice that Audi of Melbourne is great on the sales end of the deal. But you will not see much good news here after they sell you the car. Audi of Melbourne left me hanging when I needed help. Don't let the hot food and the massage chairs lull you into thinking that they will go the extra distance when you need help. read more

My AC has been shot for over a year. It works when I'm driving, but doesn't work when the car is idle. I've been suffering through it because I've been taking care of other things. I'm finally able to take it in, but before I do I call and tell them what's wrong to make sure my extended warranty will cover everything. They said their should be no issues. I called my warranty company and they said the same thing. I drop my car off and after the diagnostic I'm told nothing will be covered because they assume my AC is broken due to a small fender bender I was in more than 8 months after the AC initially went out. I tell them the AC was shot before the fender bender, which was not my fault, and that I have photo evidence of both when the AC when out and when the fender bender occurred, both with time stamps. They proceed to tell me that "there are a lot of honest people in this world and a lot of dishonest people in this world" and that they don't know which one I am so they're going to assume the AC was broken when the fender bender occurred even though they have no actual way of prooving that's true. Then the supervisor, Andy, proceeds to threaten me and say that if I'm going to give them a hard time about it that he "can make things a lot worse for me" and submit the diagnostic they wrote up to my warranty company to stop me from getting the repairs covered at a different auto shop. So basically they gave me no other option but to pay for the diagnostic and the repairs, everything they said would be covered under the warranty to get me there under false pretense. Completely unethical and unprofessional for no apparent reason except to get more money. They have no way of proving their diagnostic to be accurate, and will not accept photo and video evidence that the AC was broken long before the fender bender, which was so small it didn't even leave a dent. I've filed a complaint with the States Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau, and I will be filling out a Customer Satisfaction Survey. Minimum, because they have no proof that the ac is broken due to the fender bender, and I have proof that it was broken before that, they should have at least allowed me to take my car elsewhere for a second opinion instead of calling me a liar and threatening to make sure all my future repairs would be questioned by my warranty company and lessen my chances of getting anything covered. I wanted to share my experience for anyone who might be taking their vehicle there to be serviced. They will tell you your warranty will cover everything to get you in there, but in my experience they will do everything they can to find a reason to not let that happen. Going so far as to write up a diagnostic with no evidence for what they state caused the problem, when I have proof the problem started long before. Update: after calling corporate and being on the phone with them for 3 hours, Audi of Melbourne decides not to charge for the diagnostic, but when we go to pick up the car Andy, the supervisor, proceeds to call me a liar again, and repeated in an extremely condenscening and unprofessional tone that he could still send in the diagnostic to my warranty company to prevent me from having it covered. Despite the photo and video evidence of the timeline, and in his diagnostic report they didn't test anything, they simply saw a small scratch on the fan module and said that was the cause, but didn't do any tests. He also said, again in a very condescending tone, "I gave you a free diagnostic, I thought that was pretty nice of me" when him and I both know corporate made him do that. And this was after he called me a liar and threatened me, which I have on video. The "diagnostic", if you can even call it that, was simply a look over. They even stated the module might still work, but they didn't test it because they saw a scratch. I have video of Andy's unprofessionalism will be submitting it to Audi's corporate office. read more

Susan is the BEST . Immediately met with a smile and a warm welcome. Very easy to work with and honest. We went to sell a car that we no longer needed, this was the second dealership we had tried. The first one tried to hustle us from our vehicle and into another, when they knew we didn't need or want another car, and offered us pennies of what our vehicle was truly worth. They kept us there for hours just to leave with nothing accomplished. Susan made it simple, she asked us what we were hoping to achieve, told us what she could do, and went right into delivering amazing service and an awesome experience; this process only took about 30 minutes. I was luckier than the other guy, my 15,000 mile service on my Q5 was free, but it took 2.5 hours...too darn long. I could have asked them to pick up in Vero Beach, but the logistics take even more time out of my day. I could have had a loaner-had I been told it was a lengthy service-I probably would have. The shining light at Audi of Melbourne is the wonderful waiting area. Lots of comfy seating options, lots of yummy food items and coffee, and other beverages. Three computers, four television stations and the nicest lady running it all. I have been a customer of Audi servic in Melbourne for 4 years. The car was bought out of state. Their service responsiveness has always been complete and through. I generally wait for the car because of their excellent waiting arrangement. Their costs seem to be higher than independent repair shops but I want my car to be safe and last a long time. Best waiting area ever. Hot food, massage chairs, computers, wifi. If you have to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change, do it in luxury. And they got all the bug guts off the front bumper when they washed it. Niiiice. Could use an upgraded bathroom though, one stall isn't awesome when you gotta pee and someone is birthing a pineapple...at least that's what it sounded like while I was waiting. This new Audi facility is very nice. Salesman Tony was very good, informative and helpful. Kudos to him and Mike from the service department for being thorough and knowledgeable. My issue with this dealership is (and as petty as you may want to take it) they did not provide two key fobs with a pre owned car because it's not required. Mind you this was an Audi corporate fleet vehicle and they lost the key. And Who asks about keys when buying.. its normally a given you get two minimal. I didn't know this until I took ownership. So beware and ask the question. The dealer management will gladly sell you a second fob for $540 after you spend quite a few dollars on a nice vehicle. I have bought several BMWs and Audi in past and never had issues with this (again) rather petty but annoying unfair tactic. I find it very disappointing on this dealer management style when buying a higher end vehicle. read more

The only reason they even deserve a 1 star vs 0 is because the lounge is nice! The service department doesn't have a clue what service is. They obviously have incompetent people working the phones because everything wad screwed up when I arrived. When trying to figure out the service with the service manager (Sherrie I think was her name) because the advisor presented such an attitude, she was also rude and unable to act with respect. And I guess she felt powerful when she didn't have my car washed (always has been before and was the only one that didn't get it that day as far as I could see). Hate to use the word, but both advisor and manager were just bitchy and didn't try to correct the problem at all. Very unprofessional and I'm already looking to have my service done elsewhere. I dropped off my recently purchased A5 Cabriolet for routine service the week before Christmas and I received a phone call from Mike Conway, my Audi Service Advisor who informed me that the straps on my convertible top were not up to Audi standards and Audi would be replacing the top at no cost to me covered under the warranty. Not only was I beyond impressed with how the situation with the top was handled but I had an AMAZING first experience with my Q5 loaner vehicle, the service advisors and their service department and I actually got to meet the service technician Richard.
