Supreme first class service, Arielina Hannah, Peter, Susan and the rest team are a great representation of professional service and are always greeting customers with a smile. I always feel welcome. Wonderful team! I've been coming for over 16 years and it's always been a pleasant experience. Today I brought my Audi A4 in for an oil service and service light reset. The approved invoice total was $394.78 for this basic maintenance service. When I inquired about the pricing I was offered financing as a solution - an option I found inappropriate for a routine oil change. For reference, I am currently looking at an active service promotion from Audi Hawthorne - a fellow authorized Audi dealership located approximately 12 miles from your location - offering a full synthetic oil and filter change with fluid top-offs and vehicle wash for $179.99, valid through May 31, 2026. That is a difference of $214.79 for a materially identical service on the same vehicle type at two Audi-certified locations. I am not suggesting that all dealerships must price identically. However, a variance of this magnitude for a standard maintenance item, with no clear justification provided, is difficult to reconcile as a customer who has consistently chosen your location for over a decade. read more

Worst dealership and motor vehicle company I've ever worked with. I do not recommend leasing here. They charge a turn-in fee of $500 and for wear and tear, which is expected when driving a vehicle in Westchester for 3 years. I've leased over 5 vehicles and have never seen this. 0/10. read more

Watch out for this place. I received reminder service 3x even though the service wasn't due for the next 7 months. I cane there because I had to replace a plastic cover for back wiper. When I came, the advisor mentioned that one of my tires got a 'foreign object' and they proceeded with a recommendation to replace ONE tire and alignment work. I was a bit surprised and shocked, but I proceeded agreeing with their suggestion. The next day, after discussing with my husband, he recommended me to ask physical proof if the tire got nail. I requested it. They never got back to me even though I called them more than 3 times. This is very disappointing considering I had a great experience last year with the oil change. read more

Just purchased a CPO A4 and had a great experience at this dealership with Edgar. They were transparent and gave me a pretty good deal on the price/financing. The entire process was pretty seamless which helped since I didnt leave too close to the dealership. I was able to quickly schedule a test drive where he explained a lot of the features of the car. By the end of the ride I was sold. He also went over , in detail, additional items about the car on the day that I picked it up. I've only had it for a few days but so far so good. I have been taking my car to New Rochelle Audi because it's more convenient to home that going to New Jersey where I purchased. I find that call them is difficult yo get through. Second I went for service in April 2024 with a loaner set up and after dropping the car and ready to go I was told the loaner was still with the previous customer. I was told 20 min wait. I sat n waited only for the car to not be available I had to go to work. So I was told the car would be dropped to my job. They did not call me nor was the car dropped to my job. Terrible. Now I need repairs done n am working with Service Advisor Chris. I have called NR Audi about 7 times in the past three weeks. He has not made himself available to resolve my issue nor has he set up my appt. Our last conversation may 31 he was gonna call me back bu 2:30. It is one week later n still have not heard from him. I find him to be unprofessional and I would never do business with them again. read more

The worse car experience period. The only redeeming factor about the place is that they had the car my wife and I wanted but the car seems to be a lemon. * Theo (salesman) while nice, was terrible about following up with us. I called right when they opened and got Theo and asked to check stock and he enthusiastically said sure. FIVE hours went by so I called him to only get the response, give me another hour. * We e-signed documents since we bought the car while moving and we were sent a contract for a lease even though we spoke about buying the car. Mistake or pulling a fast one? * I was told our trade would be paid electronically and take a 24-72 hours (normal). Over 10 days go by and the response I get was, this is perfectly normal. I get antsy and call accounts payable and they said, oh a check is being signed today! I call the GM Joe Mara and he starts to berate me asking why I called AP (never got an answer from Theo), and why I am giving him attitude? Theo finally sends me the payoff via Dealertrack and they have the wrong account number! Silence from Joe Mara... The payoff is finally resolved days later. I can't seem to feel like if I hadn't checked in NOTHING would have been done. * 1300 miles in and the new car smell hasn't even worn off and the check engine light comes on. The car looses power while my wife is driving the car and she is almost rear ended! She is a nurse (RN) who commutes from Hartsdale to Brooklyn everyday and currently has a broken foot. *Car is towed to Classic Audi's service center on a Monday and they have ZERO loaners, but our service advisor Remo tells us that the camshaft sensor has gone bad and the car will be ready Tuesday. I ask him if he is sure since I have to take two hours off of work to get there by public transportation before they close and he says yes. I get there at 5PM and I am given the keys the check engine light is still on and the car starts even worse. I loose it and I am finally given a loaner. * I am told that the solenoid has gone bad and that it should be in any day. I keep following up with Remo since I NEVER get a call back from him. He tells me it should be ready on a Tuesday. Again I call to confirm that my wife can pickup the car because she would have to leave work early to get there and then Remo tells me now the camshaft needs to be replaced. If this finally is what's wrong with our car it's a big repair since it dings our resale, again on a brand new car with 1300 miles! * I speak to Joe (GM) and Kief (Head of Service) and they basically said I the consumer need to file a claim with Audi Corporate. So I have to get all the documents together and send them out. I ask Remo to get me a couple of documents so I can submit ASAP so we can get the ball rolling. I get the documents and submit. About a week later I get an email from VW saying, "Due to missing information this case is being cancelled and will not be monitored for replies; please draft a new email." Remo forgot to send page 2 of an invoice and now we lost a whole week and now need to resubmit our request in full to Audi again. I understand Classic Audi didn't maliciously sell me a lemon, but at no point has anyone been reassuring let a lone helpful and no one has taken any responsibility. After my wife was almost rear ended she doesn't want to step a foot back into our car unless it's replaced or we are bought out and I can't blame her. read more

This place is a joke. Bought several cars there over the years. Recently, one of them was recalled. I phoned to schedule an appointment and asked if they could also turn the 'service due' light off. They say 'sure, but it's going to be an additional $74 dollars'. So, while I'm bringing in my $50k luxury car in for a recall because they used inferior parts, which in turn could maim me in an accident, they want an additional $74 dollars to hook it up to a computer, and hit a button that turns off the light. Literally a five second job. Skip this nickel and dime shyster of a dealership. Go somewhere else, where you're treated like not only a human, but a valued customer. read more

Oversold a bogus protection plan - paid $395 for $200 worth of coverage that requires jumping through multiple hoops. Certified the car with the lowest possible numbers which were inaccurate - within 3 months the car needed front abs rear breaks, alignment and new tires. In addition they refused to trade in the vehicle for an upgrade or reimburse for unused protection plan. ignore every call, email and never available to give support. read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I bought a 2014 Audi Q5 from them two Saturdays ago and was told it would be delivered on the following Wednesday. On Monday I was told it would be delivered on Thursday because they needed tires to CPO the car. On Tuesday I was told it would be Friday because it needed a second key. On Wednesday I was told it would be the following Monday because they needed parts from Germany. On Monday I was told it would be Wednesday latest. The car apparently didn't go into the service area until late on Friday so no work had Been done. Apparently now it was at the paint shop having the bumpers sprayed. Seriously? On Tuesday I was told the car could now NOT be sold to me because it was under a unfixable recall and could not be released. So they busted my deal and sent me back the money. After talking to Audi USA and another Audi dealer, they ran the VIN number and I was told that my car was not under recall and was not stopped to be sold and was still for sale as a CPO car. In fact it's still for sale on their website today on the day it was to be delivered to be sold. Do yourself a HUGE favor. Go to ANY other dealer and buy a car.. had I read all the previous Yelp comments I would have never started here. And in case anyone thinks I don't know what I'm talking about, I've owned over 90 cars in my life.. worst experience I've ever had buying a car. This review is in reference to the service department of Classic Audi A year ago I came in with my rear tire deflated, suffered the injury of a nail. They took my car and I had to sit there for hours with no offering of a vehicle. They then put the wrong tire on and assured me it was correct. Got home the light came on again and took it back the next day and shocking it was the wrong tire. They replaced the tire and was so kind to me on that return visit Fast fwd to today. I come in for what seems to be a bubble in the tire. After inspection the guy insulted me telling me it's fine to drive it until I had enough money to fix it, so long as I didn't drive to far away. So I suppose now he has access to my bank accounts (insert sarcasm). I replied, please replace the tire and fix it immediately thank you. He then directed me to speak to a service consultant who he walked me to. This man was speaking to another worker he never looked up to say give me a minute or anything. He just ignored me. Let's not mention that the receptionist didn't even look up to greet me. The intake person was the only one who was prompt or pleasant. In any event after standing and being ignored for 10 minutes someone else finally asked if I was being helped and proceeded to process my paperwork. He then advised that I would need to wait for approx and hour or two to get the tire replaced...again no extension of a courtesy car if I needed to do anything important while I wait etc. and two hours later... But for safety concerns I would have driven the distance and go to Audi Manhattan. Did I mention that I took it to New Country Audi For Service a month ago and called attention to the tire but they said it was fine. Yes pass on them too. read more

This is by far the worst car dealership that I have ever been to. The salesman, Pete, was the rudest person I have dealt with in my 45 years of car buying. Anytime I had something to say he just talked over me not even listening to what I wanted or needed from my next automobile. All he wanted to do was take a deposit from me even though he did not have a car available for me to test drive. Then when we left he was laughing about us and degrading us to the sales manager. Five years ago I was moving to San Diego and Ivan at Classsic Audi assured me that they would take over the lease on my Q5 with no additional cost since I had very low mileage. I brought the car in ahead of time, they checked it out and assured me that it would not be a problem and I would not have to pay anything additional. Every week I would call Ivan to check in and remind him and the answer was always - YES, no problem. The day before my flight to San Diego, I brought the car in, and after 30 minutes, his general manager gave me a different story. Now they would only take it if I paid additional money for it. I got this "news" at 4pm the day before my flight. All promises went out the window. I would never again trust these guys and certainly would never give them my business. I've heard of dishonest car dealers, but never expected this from Audi. read more

We live only a 4 minutes drive away from this place. So naturally, when we decided to get a Q7 we thought it'd be an easy experience. There is this "neighborhood dealer" and things will be smooth. But the lack of professionalism I saw from these guys is shocking! Three times I went there (yes, THREE) couldn't test drive a car. And what's more shocking - two of those three times I had appointments! After the disappointment first time (they were closing early), the second time I called the front desk and took an appointment. But after I went in, they told me there is no one available. So what is the meaning of "appointment"? More than that was the attitude of the salesperson I was "supposed to meet". He didn't even try to accomodate or anything. Just said blamed the front desk lady dismissivlely and said "I don't know what she told you". I stood there in disbelief for a minute and walked out. After that I had started looking elsewhere, but decided to go in one last time (3rd attempt). I took an appointment, and guess what early closing again. And again, I have less problem with early closing than the attitude. The sales person could have informed me before going in! And could be less smug in telling me that they cannot to anything for me that day. His behavior made it pretty clear that they don't even care. After that I didn't even bother to step in. I am, however, loving my new Q7 that I got from the another dealership. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. Go to the Mohegan Lake dealership, they're wonderful. Or go to CT or Long Island - they are also are waaay more responsive and professional. read more

By far the worst leasing experience EVER!! Do yourself a HUGE favor and AVOID this place! Don't waste your time or energy. Back in 2013 I leased an Audi A4 with them but the dealership was under different management. When the lease was up I decided to lease another vehicle from them (out of loyalty) and boy do I regret even deal with such an unorganized, unappreciative, unprofessional and misleading group of individuals. The most distrusting thing they did was lie to my mother about her credit score and approval Tier level. They said she qualified for a Tier 5 credit and they supposedly fought to get her a tier 3.. ALL LIES!!! Later on at another dealership we learned that My mother had Tier 1 credit! Note: by law a dealership is suppose to share/show you your eligibility and show you your credit score. This dealership is UNTRUSTWORTHY, you can feel the bad vibes and a clear sense that you are getting robbed. Worst experience ever and feeling ever! *The long version* My mother and I were shopping to lease a vehicle and negotiated with classic audi for a whole week. We finally came to an agreement and proceeded to close the deal. Everything was fine up until the day of pick up. (At the very end)... After signing all paper work, receiving my keys getting the whole tour of the vehicle, plates were on the car, insurance and registration paper work submitted and printers, I even had my home synced to the Bluetooth. They also pulled the deposit, first month, taxes and DMV fees out of my account. Total of 3k (the whole 9 yards) I was ready to go home a happy customer until the salesman then lead me to the "financial Guy's" office where he then proceeded to tell me that we didn't qualify for the Tier1 credit approve that my mother actually was approved for Tier5 and they claimed that they fought for her to her Tier3... (All lies) We were sooo confused because we are not the type of family who are financially irresponsible. This was our 2nd lease at audi and never been late with any payments. My family has outstanding auto credit and has purchased multiple vehicles in the past. (BMW, Acura, Honda, Nissan, Lexus and audi) This experience was by far the worst ever. Long story short, they tired to increase my monthly payment by almost 100 dollars and blamed it on our credit! We felt offended, disappointed and disrespected! They showed us no proof of credit reports, bank denials, NOTHING!!! So We respectfully walked out... I then went to Lexus in Larchmount and got a great deal on a 2017 RC350 F sport saved myself 80 dollars a month included maintains package and qualified for Tier 1 plus credit with a credit score of 720 ... VERY professional right to the point. Did everything by the book, showed us proof of credit score and credit approval NO SURPRISES and extremely Quick ! Beware of Classic Automobiles, Inc. 541 White Plains Road Eastchester, NY 10709 I just want to let you know about my terrible experience with Classic's service dept: When my Audi A8 started to make a loud noise in the transmission, I brought it to Classic for them to diagnose the problem. The noise was so loud that Sal, the service advisor recommended I not drive the car for fear it might blow up. After keeping the car for week, Sal the service adviser told me it was something to do the heater valve. I asked if he was sure, because it didn't to me that it was coming from inside the engine block. Sal, confirmed he had his best guy look it over to be sure, so I said, OK, let's do it. Two weeks and $2,700 later, I picked up my car only to have the noise return on the ride home. I called the dealership emidiatly, spoke to the service mger who told me to bring it back in. This time, they said it was the transmission. He said I needed a new tranny and it would cost $7000. I went on Audiworld.com website, where several bloggers told me all I needed was to change the transmission fluid and filter. I did and the noise went away. It cost $411. Meanwhile, I spent $2,700 of unneeded repairs with classic. They never reimbursed me. I even wrote a letter to Arthur Miller, the owner but never got my money back. These people are crooks thieves and criminals! STAY AWAY. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. read more

* Went to Classic Audi to lease two vehicles. * Alberto Valencia approached us, showed us some vehicles and we decided on the Q5 based on the model he showed us. The model apparently was fully loaded, which he never made clear. We know this now, in hindsight. The car had back-up camera, blind spot monitors, keyless entry, wireless audio, etc. Everything our current cars had and we wanted in a vehicle. * He offered to sell us the vehicle he showed us, which already had many miles on it, but when he checked it was already sold or had a sale pending. He told us he could get the vehicles from another dealership because he didn't have the color combination we wanted in his warehouse. We never spoke of any other model other than the one he showed us! * As he is searching for the vehicles we have a conversation about two things. 1. Back-up camera and 2. Tech package. We mention to him that Acura's back-up camera offers different views, but as long as we have a camera we're fine with just one view. Then, I consider getting a vehicle with the tech package. Alberto clearly states, more than once, that the tech package "only brings navigation and Audi connect." We decided against it as we all agreed, including Alberto, that we use the Waze app and navigation isn't necessary. * What Alberto failed to mention is that the tech package brings so much more! Including the back-up camera and blind spot monitor that we wanted and have in our previously leased vehicles. * Alberto gets the cars from another dealership, we go to pick it up, sign the lease, and drive off with the vehicles. It isn't until we are home backing up, that we realize we have no back-up camera! My sister, who lives in another city, calls frantically asking where the back-up camera is. Needless to say, I was fuming. I called Alberto and had some words with him and he hung up on me. * What it came down to is that Alberto showed us one car, which we fell in love with, then misled us into thinking we were getting that same car. Instead, we drove off with the base model. It doesn't even offer wireless music streaming. Just Bluetooth for the phone. This may not be a big deal to some, but we had this feature in the car we previously leased. These are things we want when we lease a vehicle. * My husband sat down with the manager, Tim, the following day. He was not apologetic, and basically told us it was Alberto's word against ours, and doubts Alberto, who has so much experience, would do such a thing. My husband explained to Tim everything that went down, and asked how it was possible that the three of us, who dealt with Alberto each time, could have all misunderstood. * After a couple of hours of discussions we walked out of there stressed, angry and disappointed. Tim stood behind the actions of Alberto. He also said that Alberto works off commission and that it's the buyer's responsibility to do their homework. We thought we had done our homework, but never expected this. At this point they had the upper hand because the lease was already signed. We had to have the camera installed ourselves and paid it out of pocket. * I had to call two people that I initially told about Classic Audi (when we thought were getting a good deal) to inform them of the situation and to advise them to avoid Classic Audi at all costs. My coworker went on to lease a Q7 from another Audi dealership and had a pleasant experience. * My opinion is that Audi is a luxury car that sells itself, and the sales representatives are not used to working hard to get a car leased or financed. People walk in choose what they want and make a deal. As Alberto said, "this isn't Toyota." They are lazy. Even when the lease was signed my husband asked Alberto to show him the features of the car to which he replied, "there's nothing to show, it's pretty basic." * There is so much more to this review. I wish Yelp would allow me to write more but it does not. We are contacting Audi because Alberto also made racially inappropriate comments about the "type of people" that go there. Overall it was a horrible experience. From the lack of attention to detail from Alberto to the way the situation was handled by Tim. This is definitely a lesson learned! Update: To add insult to injury, after we paid for the camera to be installed out of pocket (we have a receipt), we got a call from the dealership asking if we ever paid for the camera to be installed! As if they would let us walk out of there without paying. They asked us to please provide them with the receipt since they had no record of it. We took that moment to remind them of a check they were supposed to mail to us months ago, which we took as a loss because we didn't want to deal with them. Only positive I can say is that the manager investigated and mailed us the check months later. We also found out at this time that Alberto no longer worked there. read more

I bought my A8 at Classic with no real problems. Although I never loved the car, that's not their fault. The problem was when I returned the car at the end of the lease. Some salesman called me from there to talk about my lease end options. I told him that I was not planning to buy another Audi and I just wanted to turn the old one in. He said fine just bring it in whenever I want and ask for the lease return manager. When I brought the car in I could not believe how rude and obnoxious the lease return manage was. He said "who told you you could just bring the car in any time". Finally after telling him that I was just going to leave the car there if he didn't take it he grudgingly got some dopey drone to take of the plates and accept the car. This guy spent the whole time telling me all the things I was going to be charged for in the turn. At the end of the day after leasing a $90,000 car, no "thank you for your business", not even remotely pleasant. I guess once they know you aren't buying another Audi, they couldn't care less about you. read more

I suggest you avoid Audi's (as nice looking as they are). The quality appears good at first glance and drive but the poor workmanship and poor service soon become obvious. We purchased a 2019 Audi Q7 in Jan. 2019 for $68k. It was a quiet vehicle until the roof rack was installed. The rack creates a wind noise at highway speeds, we're told is "normal". Pieces of interior plastic trim have come off in the first 8 months of ownership (no kids being driven either). This was followed by the interior roof handle in back seat coming out entirely as a result of hanging 4 shirts from it. Two days ago the automatic sunscreen cover retracted into the roof and will not come out. I just called the service DEPT. To schedule yet another appointment. (Went to voicemail). Each call to service DEPT. Involves waiting to be transferred to dept. which then takes you to a voicemail to leave a message. They usually don't return your call. The service dept often forgets to repair things you told them about. I switched service calls to another nearby dealer, Audi Hawthorne, hoping to avoid above hassles. I experienced same poor service for this chronically breaking new 2019 Audi Q7. It is our first Audi and will be our last. Only 8 months on the road and I would hand the keys back and replace it with a Mercedes if I could. 28 months to go on the lease. Yikes. Still trying to get thru to make service appt for sunroof repair. As nice as it drives and looks, I can't recommend this car or the unreliable service that goes with it. read more

Should have read past reviews before going in. I've gotten better attention/assistance at a Kia dealer than here. Very poor representation of Audi. Like some reviewers, things did not start off great at Classic Audi. But it ended in an extremely positive way. We couldn't have been happier with our Audi and with Joe Marra, Richard Benitez and Allan in finance. We made an appointment and requested the specific cars we wanted to see by email. Yet they did not have the cars at the lot. The initial salesperson seemed to try to make it seem impossible to get our cars to the lot and to steer us to (more expensive) cars that were on the lot. Frustrated, we almost walked out. HOWEVER, the general sales manager Joe Marra stepped in and took control in a most professional and customer-oriented way. Within a short time, our requested cars were there. We got a new salesman, Richard Benitez, who truly listened to our needs and was not pushy at all (and heard the last of our venting...). We had only excellent service from Joe, Richard and Allen the finance department. We left THAT DAY with an impeccably detailed and serviced car, got an excellent deal, and felt they handled a bad situation in the best possible way. The cars and deals there are great. Joe and Richard are the best I've experienced in any auto dealership! read more

Stay away from this dealership. ..the sales dept will try to rip you off but the service dept WILL rip you off and waste your time...my experience with this dealership has tarnished the Audi name...this will be my only and last Audi I own....Stay away. .. read more

I had a terrible buying experience with this place. It's as if they never sold a car before. After agreeing to purchase a car there were several unnecessary steps introduced by the dealer. First I had to return to their office because the finance person had me sign in the wrong places on the form. After that I was told we could not have the car registered in my son's name because I was the co-signer and the car would have to be registered in my name. This is not correct because we had bought a car a year earlier under the same circumstances and had no issue. Again, I had to return to the dealer to sign some papers. The last problem concerned the registration which we paid audi to provide. The registration was not delivered to us for 2 1/2 weeks. The dealer supposedly expedited the process. I contacted the dealer and they absolved themselves of any responsibility for following up on this or finding out what the issue was. Usually the DMV process takes about week. We were unable to use the car for 3 weeks as the temporary registration had expired. The dealer said to just drive the car until the permanent registration arrived and if we got a ticket they would pay(yeah sure). This disregard for customer satisfaction once money has changed hands indicates that this is not a place where I would want my car serviced. Nor would I recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle here. I love the Audi brand. I have owned 4 Audis (A3, A4, Q5 and Q7), and still own 2 today. I recently moved up to Westchester county from South Florida. I was a good customer at Audi of Coral Springs, where I bought 3 cars (and I traded 1 in ) in a span of 2 years. I will always buy Audi...but never will I buy one from Classic Audi, due to their rude and inconsiderate behavior. I currently own a Q5 and a Q7. After moving to Westchester, and using the public transportation system to get in to the city for work, I realized that our family only needed 1 car at this time. I had equity in my Q5 so I went over to Classic Audi to see if they would take it off my hands. Brand Specialist Tracy Keith was polite and courteous, but checked with the management every few minutes because he was apparently new. I was offered a low but fair price for my Q5. I wanted to got it over with so I decided to go ahead with the sale. As I did not have the copy of the title with me I was asked to return the next day with it. I returned the next day as soon as the dealership opened to go ahead with the sale. When Tracy arrived, I gave him the necessary paperwork, and waited for him to complete the process. After a few minutes he returned and regrettably informed me that they will not buy the car form me. The manager apparently said that they did not want to wait for the real title to arrive from Florida where I purchased the vehicle--that they had no space for it to sit around. Now I am not mad that they didn't buy the car. I understand if its not worth it for them. But why didn't they tell me this on the first day? They knew from the beginning that I bought the vehicle in Florida. They still made me an offer! If they did not want to buy the car then tell me the first day so I don't have to waste my time coming in the next day! I ended up taking the vehicle to Pepe Infinity, who offered me a better price anyway. It may seem petty, but I WILL NEVER SPEND A SINGLE DOLLAR AT CLASSIC AUDI. Being considerate of your customers' time (I assume most of their customers are busy professionals) is important. read more

I purchased an Audi in June 2016. The sale went fine except for two post sale issues. The first was a requested cancelation of a Complete Protection ($1,995) Plan (for tires, wheels, keys, etc.) that I requested several days after the purchase. While I understand that an insurance company must process the refund, to date (end of August) the insurance company indicates that it does not have any paper work from the dealership requesting the cancelation. I sent Jeff at the the dealership, who sold me the Plan, several follow-up emails, but no refund as of yet. The second issue was an incorrect emergency key that I was given at the time of the sale which does not work for the car. Alain at the dealership, who sold me the car, indicated he would request a replacement, but again, to date, no replacement key. It has been frustrating spending time over the last several months working with this dealership on these post sale issues. It seems like customer service/satisfaction ended with the sale. I like the car, but would not purchase another one from this dealership. When it comes time to service the car, I am unsure about whether to service the car with this dealership. I mentioned this in an email to the dealership last week, but no response as of yet. My next stop is to contact the Better Business Bureau here in NY to see if I can get these issues resolved. read more
