    Avoid at any cost. Worse Audi dealership. The front desk lady kept hanging up on me. RUDE.I won a car on ebay and they didnt honor the sale.

    I am writing to convey my disappointment regarding a recent experience at New Rochelle Toyota…read more My husband and I scheduled an appointment via telephone for June 16th at 1pm with the explicit purpose of viewing and test-driving a Corolla hatchback. During this preliminary call, we were assured by the representative that this specific vehicle was readily available and in your inventory. My husband and I both left work early in order to make time for this visit. When we arrived, we were informed that the Corolla hatchback we were supposed to see was only in your computer system and not in stock. It makes no sense at all. This sequence of events was very frustrating to us. It showed a blatant communication breakdown. It is a waste of time, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. Obviously, we never got a single apology. I would never recommend or go back. A terrible experience! There are plenty of trustworthy, honest dealerships in the area that are eager to assist you, so don't waste your time here.

    Management needs to handle customers with care…read more I love my Nissan, however my experience at Nissan New Rochelle has been a nightmare. A year ago I had a Nissan 2023. I turned in my lease and upgraded to a 2024, which I love. I started seeing an outstanding bill for my 2023. I immediately reached out to the dealership. I was told, it was an error and not to worry about. In October, I disputed the claim after talking to Wayne Inniss, the manager. He sat down with me and stated this was clearly an error. He shared they sold my car last year and there was no problem, so this made no sense. Wayne texted it let me know he was working on it back in October. I called regularly and went in to discuss the situation. I called for months and continued to go in. This account went into collections. I spoke to the collection agent with Wayne on the phone in Nissan. I NEVER received anything from Nissan stating I owed anything until I filed the dispute in October: I sat down with Wayne and he stated he spoke to Executive Manager, Michael Persico. The first time Wayne reached out to Michael he said he was on vacation, Wayne, stop returning my phones calls and when I go in he continues to state he still has no answers after eight months. Wayne has reached out to the collection agency once, but still has not handled the situation. This is my third Nissan, I am so frustrated that Wayne has handled this situation that does not make me feel like a valued customer. I would've appreciated it if he could not have resolved it that he just called me and let me know that but to ignore my phone calls and to make excuses and to say that his manager is never available is unacceptable. Currently, I have multiple disputes with no resolution as of yet.

This time my mother came…read morealong with me and the manager Dennis Acosta didn't want to bother with me so he sent over his new assistant manager Justin Adams. This man was a misogynistic prick. He would never have spoken to us the way he did if we were men. It makes sense that Dennis has him because Dennis is spineless. After speaking with him he told me to bring my car back in. They had it for a few days and after I had to contact them to ask what was going on with my car they told me it was ready. It was NOT fixed. The new service manager sat in my car with me and we both watched and felt the heat come out hotter the more we lowered the temperature all the way down to 69. I got extremely upset because this location broke my car. The service manager being new had no idea that the techs broke my car when they did a coolant flush. While I was getting upset this man told me to calm down so no one yelled. Meaning Dennis Acosta or his bulldog Justin Adams. The service manager then called one of them and then he told me they weren't taking my car back to fix and to call a lawyer. They broke my car and refused to fix it. I learned from other staff in the service department that Justin Adams is not liked by a lot of people at that location because of his attitude which again is very misogynistic. I can't put into words how disgusted I am. Also the receptionist lied to my Mother's face. My Mother went up to her to ask what Justin's last name was and she said she didn't know. That was a complete lie. When my Mother told Justin that the receptionist lied to her his reply was "Oh she's just trying to protect me." That is so unprofessional, disgusting and disrespectful. The day I picked up my car I was waiting for another gentleman who was actually a nice man, and it took a bit. I was in the back in the service department and went up to the reception area in the front and asked for the gentleman. The receptionist who was not at all ever in the back therefore not knowing I was already dealing with him told me the gentleman "was very busy right now" and I had to tell her yes he's been helping me. The disrespect at this location is abhorrent. There is always a heavy turnover of employees at this location and it's no wonder why. I've had to bring my car to real mechanics and pay out of pocket for things this location broke and refused to fix. Hyundais are great cars but this location should be shut down.

My experience today with Greg Wilson at Mazda was phenomenal. My expectation was it would take multiple trips to get a deal and that I'd be put through the ringer. None of that happened. Ladies, if you are in need of a car, go see him and I believe it'll be one of the best experiences you'll ever have buying or leasing a vehicle at a dealership. I decided to update this review to include my experience yesterday with financing & pick up of the vehicle. I worked with Mariah who was terrific. By far one of the best experiences I've had working with financing was yesterday. Mariah is clear concise and patient. And to that I say Bravo Mazda!!

    This is the fourth time buying a car from a dealer. One of the worst experiences ever!! We…read morepurchased a certified 22 cx9 signature. We couldn't take the car on the same day cause the inspection wasn't ready. We pick it up next day. We noticed the grill was damaged and the whole passenger side was scratched. They gave us a IOU TO FIX THE DAMAGES IN ONE DAY when we bring it back. So we did following day. Left it for about four days, nothing was done expect buffing out the scratches. We took the car cause we needed it for the week. NEW ISSUES! Our key fob stated to malfunction with the blind spot sensors. They told us to drop it off and leave it for few days. So we did for five days. They fixed the grill and gave us another key fob. We got home and while parking we noticed non of the cameras were working!!! So much headache and frustration!!! Oh yea, they didn't even change the oil before selling it so I'm guessing nothing else was checked. My stupidity for not checking before signing. Advice to the reader: 1. Don't get fooled by the positive reviews. They will give you a chance to win a price if you write a positive review on them. 2. Get a pre approved loan from YOUR BANK before going. They jacked up the interest from my own back to get me to finance from them. (Total scam) 3. Go to another dealer!!! HERES AN UPDATE After driving few hundred miles I had to replace the front brakes and pads and replace front and rear differential fluids. Costed me additional $1600! Things that should have been taken care of before the sell. Everyone should read the real review, all their negative reviews from Yelp!!!
