ow New I hate buying cars. Not only was this an amazing experience but it was pleasant all the way through . I know I'm likely a VERY difficult car buyer. I went to them after my wife's car was destroyed by a drunk driver with what I wanted, down payment and what I wanted to pay. Not only did they meet all my requests/requirements, but they set me up with a program they have for consumers whose car was deemed a total loss through insurance AND I was able to return my rental (which I rented in Poughkeepsie) at the Larchmont office. C'mon. Just take my money. The salesman I used was a guy named Stuart Wallace. Make this guy your friend and watch yourself drive out with exactly what you want. The one thing to watch out for is their turnover is VERY QUICK- if you're on the fence with what you want it's possible that it might be sold out from under you (it happened to the first car I picked) so partner with your salesman and return his calls asap! read more

I am so grateful for Carol, the sales person at Enterprise. She was patient with my unfortunate issues with acquiring insurance. She held on to the car I wanted to purchase until I resolved my issue. I started the process with one over the phone, and when I arrived, I was greeted by someone who matched my family and me with the best car option ever. We received a warm greeting once we arrived, and the manager and assistant manager took time to greet us throughout the journey. The assistant manager, Tricia, is the GOAT of the facility, and she stated, "I will never Leave Enterprise" catchphrase. Both Issac and Tricia took the time to review every need not only my wife and I had but also my son and our family dog, who were absent. The experience became well-rounded when Issac and Tricia informed me that I could return my rental at the car sales location because it was also an enterprise location - TALK ABOUT SERVICE! I went to New Rochelle for a car. I called and spoke with numerous people. After finding a car I wanted, I was advised to come in and take a look. I called back later that day to advise I would be in the next day. After arriving I was questioned why I didn't call to advise I was coming, then come to find out the car wasn't there on the lot. I was then asked to look at another car I was interested in, the sales guy said "the keys are in it, go take a look" . As I was getting in the car I noticed some of the employees outside in the lot were staring at me. As I got into the car I noticed this overwhelming smell of weed.....well, I figured out why they were staring at me. The sales guy came over and asked what I thought. I told him the car smelled like weed and his response "oh, that's a rental that was just returned". Obviously that wasnt true because this car was for sale which is why he had me look at. It was clear .... He knew the employees smoke pot in these cars. Of course I was shocked and right then and there realized what kind of people I was dealing with. As I went inside and asked him if I was able to go to the CT at the other Enterprise where the car was to check it out, test drive ....etc. I didn't want to be there anymore and I was told NO, they don't do that. He then picked up the phone, called my insurance company and requested an ID card. I stopped him asking him What he was doing considering, we haven't even spoke about money, taxes, payments .... overall the total amount of the car. He told me he needed my insurance card before talking about #'s. Of course that was BS and was totally shady on his part, but maybe He was high as well. Totally unprofessional and disgusting. End result.....I left and went to an actual dealer. NOT eneterprise......Im only judging on this eneterprise in New Rochelle, But I will never again consider going to an enterprise again.....not for a rental nor a sale Disgraceful !!!!!! read more

Wow very dissapointed and no longer a customer of Enterprise Car Sales of New Rochelle or their franchise as a whole! My wife and I wrote a previous review giving Enterprise sales a three star (love the car) adding the reason why it was not a four or five star was because of misrepresentation and confusion about the vehicle between Enterprise facilties which resulted in us being given incorrect information about the vehicle we purchased after signing. The true testament to the 3 star was more so how management handled the situation which they acknowledged was their fault. Regardless of what the issues were, we certainly did not feel like valued customers of Enterprise through their managment department. On top of the fact that at the point of all the miscommunication, we had now lost other car options and felt "stuck" with Enterprise so we were feeling taken advantage of as well. As a result of that review, we recieved an unwarranted request from the community relations team at Enterprise to call the management office to resolve the situation. The representative seemed optimistic that things could be corrected and their seemed to be acknowledgement that matters could have and should have been handled differently from Enterprise's end especially in regards to my wife and I not feeling like valued customers. Management stated they understood our concern and would report the issue to corporate in an upcoming national meeeting for advisement and resolution. (3 weeks later)-We get a call today from management stating our suggested soulution had been denied by corporate nor did they have any suggestions of their own to keep us or our future family and friends as customers. This was like adding insult to injury because my wife and I wrote the initial review not requesting ANYTHING because we were rejected on all our request the first time around. We were just stating our experience at the request of Enterprise who kept sending this survey email out so after the second or third time seeing it we said ok they want a review lets be honest and give it. And mind you, the customer realtions review comittee asked US to call after they read the (reluctant) feedback so they could rectify the situation. We did not even ask for a response of our review. Why write a response to our review asking us to call you if you if you had no intentions of doing anything more than you did to rectify things inittially which was nothing. They did not take our modest, reasonable suggestions when things initially took place nor offered their own suggestions then or now except more excuses and a simple "sorry but there is nothing we can do. Sorry for the miscommunication, sorry to lose your future business." I guess one thing they are not sorry about is the large purchase we made....Almost like they got the sale so who cares. They would have been better off just taking the 3 star review and leaving things like that, because now not only have they lost our future business and hopefully our friends and family and others that read this, but more importantly and humbling they lost our respect! Feeling very taken advantage of by a corporate giant. Those that know me/us know Enterprise was my FIRST car rental place and know I recommended them for my travel partners and cts and I know my wife and her friends and family were frquent users as well. We called to set up an appointment to see a specific make and model car at the New Rochelle location of Enterprise. After a 2 hour sales pitch, we were told that there were no cars on the lot to look at of that make and model despite being told that there was 3 of that car to look at when making the appointment. Our sales rep took all our contact info and was overly enthusiastic about contacting us via e-mail, text, and phone to let us know when and where he could get one from. After 12 days of no contact, I called him to follow up. (Seems it should have been the reverse, huh?) He was unavailable, but his asst. manager took down the info and complaint. He said that the original sales rep would follow up and he would also assist in any way he could. That was a week ago. Can you imagine? Just to be clear, we had all the funds set up and were going to buy the car in cash. We made it clear we were not unqualified buyers who were wasting their time. We wound up going to a dealership where we were given a 2 minute sales pitch and fantastic courtesy. Enterprise was a waste of our time. read more

The so called manager/Jim has got to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL person I've ever had to interact with. First, he had to reiterate his 6 yrs of experience when he initially sat with my family. He didn't have clear answers to any of our questions. Every time he was challenged or we expressed our feelings, he had a few unprofessional responses. He had a bad attitude and when I told him he did, he said " that I had one too". I told him that he would never work for a reputable company with his poor attitude and big EGO. He responded by saying " that he makes lots of money". I couldn't believe him. We kept exchanging words and he wouldn't back down in front of my family. He made himself look so bad and he knows that he would have been fired on the spot had he pulled that crap anywhere else. I feel sorry for him and I hope the company can pay for him to take workshops on professionalism, interpersonal skills, anger management, and respect. I'm glad we returned the car and purchased one at a highly professional and reputable dealer. Jim, is clearly in the wrong business. I went to Enterprise, to purchase a car, I told the sales rep(Miguel Lopez) that I was approved for a loan from a bank, but he said that they don't work with that bank, that I need to apply for a car loan with the banks that they work with. Since I am a member of one of banks that they work with, MCU, I told the Miguel that I wanted to apply through MCU. The sale rep gave me an application to fill it up. The problems is that the sales rep gave my application to the finance manager, and the finance manager(real scum bag) ran my credit score 10 times without my consent, now I have 10 hard inquiries on my credit report which lower my credit score. I contacted the sales Miguel the next day I told him what the finance manager did, and Miguel threw an apology at me, and ask me if I was still interested on buying the car, basically not caring about the problem they cost me, by the way they contacted every bank EXCEPT the one we agreed on(MCU). Be care full when you go to enterprise car sale, they are very dishonest, they try so hard to say that they're not like dealers but they're worst, they're like every other sleazy, no name, used car dealership. read more
