I owned an Audi years ago, in the 90s to be somewhat precise and purchased it from a private seller. I loved the car, and basically drove it in to the ground. Since then I've owned a Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was simple and and not that much fun to drive, I owned a VW Touareg which I loved, then a Passat Wagon which I also loved, on to a VW Tiguan which was a great car but too small for my needs, which lead me to a Tahoe which was by far my favorite car since owning my Audi 20 years ago. When it came time recently to trade up I found that I was back in the market for an Audi, an Allroad to be exact. This is a "niche" vehicle and they are slightly difficult to find, and being a "car person" I knew exactly what I wanted. There aren't many patient dealers out there, and being a woman with extensive car knowledge, there are almost ZERO patient male dealers or sales people. Everyone I spoke with, prior to dealing with Audi of Farmington Hills, were annoyed, vindictive, and only wanted to try to make me feel stupid when I spoke of what I wanted and my boundaries to work within finding my ideal car. According to these other dealerships (Rochester Hills, Fred Lavery, Ann Arbor) I didn't "need" an Allroad, how about a Q7? Or how about an A4 sedan? What about the Q5? I LOVE Audis, I think you can't go wrong with any of them, but I WANTED AN ALLROAD. Nobody listened until I arrived at Audi of Farmington Hills. It was fun just talking cars with these guys and gals, and while they didn't have the color on hand that I wanted for the Allroad, I drove off the lot that same day in a brand new car that I couldn't have been more pleased with. They were an absolute pleasure to work, and I have been back a few to times just to visit and talk shop. I feel at home there, and will not take my business anywhere else. Audis are not cheap, and when you want to spend like that, your dollar will go far with the sales staff at Audi of Farmington Hills. read more

I made an appointment for service at audi dealership in farmington hills for 1pm and I got there at 12:50pm checked in and waited until 2:30pm. At 2:30 I went to ask as of how much longer and Mark my service person told me we are going to wrap it up and get you going. After 10 minutes he came back and said we had issues with software update and we will take care the recalls later just give us a call back and make an appointment we will waive the charge for service for your inconvenience. On my way home I realized the oil change and viper fluid light was still on so I called back spoke to Marc he wasnt giving me an exact answer as of what went wrong so I asked to speak to the manager and came to a conclusion that the technicians who were supposed to take care of maintenance and recall didnt communicate properly and nothing was done after 2:45 hours . Please be aware this can happen to anyone so if you are going there and waiting make sure to check the status every 15 minutes otherwise you will be sitting there and wasting all day for their non sense actions. Also from going there last 3 years they are not the nicest people working there either. read more

Wow! This place is literally the "Four Seasons" of dealerships. It certainly didn't hurt that I loved the car that Audi of Farmington Hills (Slava) helped me find, but my expectations were completely surpassed when I was given a personal and in depth "walk-through" of my new Q5 upon delivery after the car had been beautifully detailed. The only thing it was missing was a big red bow! It also doesn't hurt to mention I had my two children with me who were welcomed and treated so kindly. This was a stress free, hassle free, amazing experience that honestly has me looking forward to the purchase of my next car! I ended up not buying from this dealership but I have to give these guys credit for how hard they worked to win my business. Travis and Torbin stayed late after closing so my wife and I could check out an Audi SQ5 when our schedule didn't allow us to test drive during normal business hours. They located a car with our desired specs and offered us a good deal. They even let us take one home overnight to see if it was the car for us. It turned out it wasn't, but that was just a matter of personal taste specific to that model. They followed up with me twice to see if there was a car from one of their other dealerships that would suit us better. I would have felt very comfortable buying from Audi Farmington Hills, and I was impressed with the dedication and professionalism from their team. Took my car in for a service recently with Explicit instructions not to a) flash the ECU (because I have a tuned chip) and b) not to wash the car (as I don't want to put up with the swirl marks they invariably leave behind). I made them put notes in the computer and write them by hand on the work order. Although the service was done quickly (and I presume correctly - although I have no way of knowing this unless I mark the oil filter with a UV pen and check it afterwards), they washed the car of course. Now I have swirl marks all over the paintwork. In addition, I presume they flashed the ecu since I feel that power is down from what it felt like before. The service guys are polite and the place is clean. There are hot drinks while you wait. I got a loaner which was clean. However, it looks like they can't follow specific instructions. read more

As a woman who has experienced some disregard by salesmen from other dealerships, I felt remarkably comfortable with Slava's polite and down to earth manner. My battery died in my Audi Q7 and I had to call roadside assistance. It was late Sunday night so I had to wait until today to do anything about it. I took it to have it checked, and the code said bad battery. I took it to a place close to me at first, but my battery is located under the driver's seat and requires special tools. Also, the computer has to be reset and this is something that has to be done at the dealer. I went to Audi Farmington Hills and spoke with service adviser Trent Pfauser. He got me in right away, explained what needed to be done, and gave me an estimate. After the installation, Trent explained the warranty (four years) and I was all set. I definitely will be returning to Audi Farmington Hills for my routine maintenance and any other services that I need. read more

Normally I go to Troy dealership but that's another 45 min so I thought I'd try the Farmington dealership and they delivered excellence service with a clean car. Mark took the time to check in both my cars and explain service performed including a discussion of tires. I felt comfortable and confident with this service team. I will be using the dealership again not because Troy doesn't measure up. Troy is as good. Ann Arbor needs to benchmark what excellence looks like and has 2 opportunities. The only difference between Troy and Farmington is that if the service team is in before start of the day they will log your car in early. I loved the service I received today. read more

I factory ordered my car and Slava was excellent step by step through the whole process. I originally was going to purchase my car from Ann Arbor Audi but there service was so horrendous I was looking for other options and my gosh did Slava answer the call and exceeeed all expectations. We own a 2015 Audi A3 and purchased it out of state. We could take it anywhere for service. I researched our choices and chose Audi of Farmington Hills. They are not the closest but I appreciate the effort they show. I have had them do the 5k and 15k services. the manufacturer offers an option called audi care, it helps in combining the cost for service intervals and charging a flat fee. The dealership helped me understand how it works and if it would be advantageous in my situation to purchase. Also had an engine light on experience. Reserved a loaner for next week and had a sensor replaced under warranty. My Audi of Farmington Hills experience has been excellent. read more

There wasn't much to do, it was only the very first service for the car and I was promised they get it done within 3 hours. It took them a lot more and I tried to call and ask about my car in the evening but nobody took the call. Only the next day I got informed that my car can be picked up again. Furthermore I asked for an estimate to repair a deep scratch at the door. That's when I learned that they don't do bodywork. But nobody gave me the name of the shop to go to. read more
