So I had to go earlier in the day. It wasn't that big a deal, but the online scheduler should have mentioned that. It also kind of irritated me that they couldn't go to lunch 15 min later? In 16 years of working I've never gone to lunch on time because I believe the customer comes first. It just seems they put customer service behind everything else. We purchased a used vehicle from Ciocca Volkswagen of State College on September 10, 2024. USAA, our bank, sent them a Dealer's Funding Request Form that day. It's 2 pages that the dealership fills out with the vehicle information and emails or faxes back to USAA to which a check will be sent immediately. Ciocca has yet to do this! We have called daily, left voice messages, and emails with anyone we can in order to pay for this vehicle! WE ARE BEGGING TO PAY YOUUUUU! Why the rush? I mean, we are driving a vehicle around for "free"...but we need to ship this vehicle to our next duty station THIS WEEK and need either the title or a letter from the bank in order to ship it. We also found out, the vehicle is still registered to the man that turned in this vehicle as a lease! We are beyond frustrated and can not understand how a business would allow us to have a "free" vehicle for an entire month! I can't imagine what other odd business dealings they have going on. I called to set up an appointment around 2pm and was told by JR (body shop manager) that he could take me the very next day! I was so shocked and happy. I brought my car in the next morning. JR and the rest of the staff were very kind as I had no clue what I was really doing. JR called me when it was finished and even called the insurance company on my behalf to complete payment while I was attending class. When I picked up my car, it looked amazing. They washed it too - which was a nice bonus because even my own dealership won't do that unless I specifically ask! I was extremely thrilled with JR's service and the entire experience with Blaise.
