I'm all for making your workers happy but they already get there pick of the litter as it is. well being i work in the field and service 45 to 54 cars a day I will be more then happy to pass along my experience to my customers. i will provide a contact info to a representative if needed. but its to late for them. far to many people selling stuff to get stuck on one if they are not willing to try.

She knew we were on a tight schedule, I told her the price I was going to pay, and I was wowed by the speed of the process. Previously I had come here to test drive a few cars, both new and used, and they were all well maintained. After the sale I have heard from Alex a couple times to follow up and also thank me as a customer. Like our first visit, there is a chance that you may get the unabashedly pushy salesperson who wants you to commit before talking about finances, but that's protocol for most car dealerships. When they get it right that you're a responsible person (student) on a budget and time-crunch, their service shines. This was Alex O's strongpoint - she should be deemed the Leitzinger student liaison. I am glad we worked with her when I was ready to buy. There's heritage at play here as well as modernity; it was clear that this team has been selling to Penn State students for generations and they have a special straightforward approach to this clientele. The Audi/VW/Nissan inventory drives the sense of modernity. The A8 in the lobby sparks visions of a fantasy ride into another world. One day A8. One day you will be mine.

My daughter is a student at State College and had a challenge with her VW bug speedometer not working. She brought it in on April 3,2026 to be evaluated. We ordered and paid for the part then ($561.) She brought her car back several times to have it fixed and they kept saying we need a code from Volkswagen. It is now July 21st. I left several messages, no call backs. I finally spoke to a person who said it is next to impossible to fix this problem and provided me a $350. refund for the part however I still have to pay for the diagnosis even though it can't be fixed. Do not use their service department especially if you have a college student. They will take advantage of you and them! They should not be in business.

The experience was actually quite painful and humiliating. I was offered $500 for a trade-in for my other Mercedes - although it had high mileage, it was impeccable and well serviced. The offer was actually quite insulting so I kept it for my grandchild. I didn't need financing and they refused to come down in price at all - but the transaction still took over four hours to complete! Then the VIN # was never transferred for the Mercedes app so I had to go to another dealer for this (who I will go to for future purchases). CarPlay still is not working. They only cater to people who are purchasing a new Mercedes. Will never return to this dealership.

Currently experiencing some of the worst customer service we have ever dealt with!…read more Our family is getting stationed over seas within the next few weeks. We purchased a used vehicle from Ciocca Volkswagen of State College on September 10, 2024. USAA, our bank, sent them a Dealer's Funding Request Form that day. It's 2 pages that the dealership fills out with the vehicle information and emails or faxes back to USAA to which a check will be sent immediately. Ciocca has yet to do this! We have called daily, left voice messages, and emails with anyone we can in order to pay for this vehicle! WE ARE BEGGING TO PAY YOUUUUU! Why the rush? I mean, we are driving a vehicle around for "free"...but we need to ship this vehicle to our next duty station THIS WEEK and need either the title or a letter from the bank in order to ship it. We also found out, the vehicle is still registered to the man that turned in this vehicle as a lease! We are beyond frustrated and can not understand how a business would allow us to have a "free" vehicle for an entire month! I can't imagine what other odd business dealings they have going on. Beware!!!
