They are patient, kind, and truly care about their customers! They were recommended to me through my coworkers after I had been searching for a good place to go get my hearing tested when I realized it had been declining for some time. Everywhere I called had a massive wait time and just didn't seem to care about your situation. I immediately called the Monroe Hearing Aid Center after being referred to them. I left a voicemail, but Brett called me back within just minutes and they had me in the very next day for a test. When they gave me my diagnosis, they began fitting me with hearing aids right away and were so patient with me and my sensitive super tiny ears! They were sure to keep my budget in mind and never once tried to pressure me into anything more expensive or anything I didn't need! I am fairly young to be getting hearing aids at only 33yo, and was so afraid of being judged for that, but not once did either of them make me feel anything but appreciated.
