That is a rip off as it should only cost upwards of $200-$250 for all services rendered. I've called other places and found better rates. Beware this place nickel and dimes you unless you purchase from them. What a joke

We quickly searched for help even though we had never been to this office before and did not have an appointment. The young lady who helped us was so energetic, caring, and understanding. She immediately took the time to look at the hearing aid and was able to repair it in less than 10 minutes and at no cost. Thanks to her kindness and professionalism, our mother was able to hear again and communicate with her medical team. Dr. Kimbrell took time to answer all of our questions and to explain everything to us. The day after surgery after we got home, we had some small complications and we called their office. It was a Saturday and Dr. Kimbrell took our call and was very gracious and helpful.
