Our mother was…read morehospitalized, and the doctors and nurses needed to communicate with her, but unfortunately her hearing aid stopped working, leaving her unable to hear or respond to important questions. We quickly searched for help even though we had never been to this office before and did not have an appointment. The young lady who helped us was so energetic, caring, and understanding. She immediately took the time to look at the hearing aid and was able to repair it in less than 10 minutes and at no cost. Thanks to her kindness and professionalism, our mother was able to hear again and communicate with her medical team. Not very good experience. I went here to get molded ear impressions. When I called I was told it…read morewas $50/impression, when I got there and had (2) sets done I was told after they were done (incorrectly) that it was $103/impression. I was frustrated but paid. Then I had to go back because the impressions were not correctly and rejected by the company I was working with to have custom ear molds done. So I went back with directions and specifics with a video and documents from the manufacturer of what they were looking for and had (2) more done. They were rejected again. At having to go back a 3rd time I was told I would get a "discounted rate" to have them done. For obvious reasons I didn't go back and went to another Audiologist. So basically in my opinion I paid $206 for a failed service/result with clear expectations. I'd highly suggest going somewhere else.
