Saved me probably thousands of dollars because I thought I needed to hard wire my home but he said a thorough Eero mesh network would do the job. He walked through my house carefully, testing and adjusting each placement. Despite back-to-front and upstairs-downstairs structure that should cause problems, it works flawlessly. Steve has done 2 tv mounting and component hookup projects for me over the past year. I had old equipment and an old universal remote and he was able to get everything set up and working for me. He took time to show me how to use each component so I was able to operate my tv, soundbar, dvd and vcr players, and cd player on my own after he left. He was reasonably priced and accessible and reliable with respect to making the appointments. I initially reached out to this company through yelp asking for a quote. For some reason several other companies reached out to me as well. I was interested in this company because I did my research. I got a response from Steve and he said he doesn't service my area. I responded how disappointed I was and how much I admired the work and reviews and I read. He said he would come. He quoted me a price and suggested what type of mount to buy. Steve's was communicative, on time and professional. Only mishap was we needed certain cords for the surround sound that I had to run to several different stores to find. So I suggest making sure you have all cords needed on hand, it will make for a smoother experience. I will definitely recommend Steve to anyone looking to mount their televisions. I appreciate that he came out to visually inspect the location of the installation during the quote process to ensure there wouldn't be any significant obstructions adding cost or preventing the project from being completed. His estimate was done free of charge. When it came to the actual installation, the quality of work was superb. The type of work did require some penetrations into dry wall. Those were minimized and easily patched in a purple hours with a great painter.
