However, later found out that there was substantial damage done to one of the speakers I had installed (MSRP $999/each). I reached out to the owner and was told there was no way their team could've caused that damage and to return my products to the vendor. Pictures show this is clearly not an issue from use, as the driver is pretty much shoved in on one side. Notwithstanding, some of the work was not performed as initially discussed (i.e. ethernet cables to cameras were run outside instead of through soffits/attics), and the team was quick to make holes in the ceilings and walls (which ended up being in the wrong places). Given how things have shaken out, I cannot recommend this company for any work. Let the work speak for itself in the photos and see the other reviews online regarding damage. The free work Ron mentioned is shown below with the one ethernet cable hanging from the side of the house. I paid in full afterwards, so if I had high expectations or demands that were "met," I think the highest expectation I had was for them not to damage the very thing they're installing. I actually have texts from Mo partway into the installation where he essentially told me to install things myself because he thought they were too valuable for him to install (which was part of the services I hired them for). Also beware of some of the other positive reviews, as one just popped up that of course mentions "no holes" for similar set up and the initials match one of the employees on Yelp (Mo N.), but on Google and Thumbtack it shows two different names altogether for the same review. Seems like they're padding the reviews and photos so you won't see the work they did at my home.... They're also now threatening me via text to stop updating my reviews for calling them out. There's been a handful of 5 star reviews in the last 24 hours after posting my review used some old photos from their Thumbtack and website (which they removed and replaced).

Their price was higher than the others, but their solution to in-wall wiring was more comprehensive and flexible than any of the others. On the day, they showed up on time. They asked me a bunch of questions about where exactly I wanted the TV on the wall. They were very careful and meticulous, even about things like how to lift and move the TV, and they had no trouble with some power wiring complications related to how my TV interacts with my home automation system. When they arrived, they took time to move my furniture, clear and cover the work area. They treated everything with care and respect. Paul carefully examined the TV, wall, mount and surface area. Paul gave me options about the location of the mount and positioning of the TV. As they worked, explanations were provided frequently and regularly. I was kept involved by making sure everything was meeting my expectations. Pedro even stated that they take their time to make sure they do exactly what they would want in their own homes. Another company I had spoken with had quoted me more than twice the price, I guess because the cameras they use are fancy or something? I don't know, because the ones Ernesto installed are great and doing precisely what I wanted. When I was on my search for home security cameras, I kept mostly finding things like ADT, SimpliSafe, or something else that was largely about selling you the monitoring plan; the equipment I think was less expensive but then you're paying for the monitoring. I am not generally a fan of the everything-is-now-a-subscription-or-service thing nor do I want to be beholden to whatever rates a company decides to charge. Some of those also were self-install options, which didn't interest me at all. They hooked up several cameras at our home to provide various views, including the basement since I wanted to be able to see what's happening down there when I'm upstairs. The system has a hard drive that can support up to eight cameras. We can save photos, videos, and also play back to see what happened earlier in the recording on the various cameras. Although they could have provided a monitor, we don't really have a place for it so we simply have an app on our phone through which we can view the cameras. I'm not sure why, but I thought it would go much more quickly than it did. I have no frame of reference to know how long it should have taken so that's not a criticism. It took about six hours total but having it done well was the most important part. I would highly the crew at 606 installs for their professionalism, reasonable rate, and excellent work.
