We requested two TVs to be mounted and wires to be concealed in one room. Stefan was great. He was quick to respond and very courteous. He was super efficient and even told a few great jokes while he worked. Our hdmi cables were too short to conceal, so he provided a longer 4k/120 hdmi cable at a very reasonable cost. The overall cost was very reasonable as well. The TVs were perfectly mounted. There was a small issue with one of the brackets right out of the box and Stefan did additional, unsolicited research the next morning. He sent a with helpful information about it, which turns out to be a known issue with this particular bracket. I will definitely work with Stefan again in the future. read more
