My exhaust finally arrived yesterday, a little earlier than I expected, after being told it would be built at the end of January. Everything was nicely packed with no damage, even to the boxes. Installation took only a couple of hours on a cold garage floor, with no issues other than needing a couple of extra hands to help align and hold pieces during installation. PROS -- easy installation, no leaks, nice weld and great quality CONS -- SLOW delivery, but I would recommend Nameless nonetheless. EXTRA -- The midpipe and deleted mufflers are a little much for an Outback, so be warned that it is very loud (Comparable to my old stage 2 tuned STI) -- but that's what I bought them for. read more

Just bought a strut bar brace and a new exhaust system for my car, and the quality is excellent. The strut bar is the best I've seen on the market. And the exhaust system... wow! There's a reason why so many told me to get my exhaust through Nameless. It's perfection, it has a fantastic low, throaty growl. I love it! Their customer service, and response time is awesome! Recently, I've been having problems with different car parts companies responding back to me in a timely manner, if they even respond at all. But Nameless responds immediately. They answered all my questions, and were very communicative during the process. Because this local PNW company is now in higher demand (and rightfully so), the production time on the exhaust systems is about 60-90 days. But let me assure you, it's well worth the wait. After ordering from another company and having issues with getting my order shipped, I called Nameless Performance. I believe it may have been right after they closed. A man answered said he is the owner or someone high up, I don't remember, I asked my questions about an exhaust I was wanting to buy, he answered them, I asked when I would expect it, he said they have a batch being manufactured and if I ordered soon I would see it towards the end of the month (3-4 weeks). Well, at the end of the month I got an email saying it's been shipped! Great customer service, my exhaust was everything I wanted and more! Super easy installation, overall love the company! I like their exhaust but their logistics is crap. Paid extra for 2nd day shipping and when inquired was told "just cause you paid to have it shipped faster doesn't mean it goes out the door faster." Doesn't mention the "1-2 days to get orders out of the building." Just use general shipping and save yourself some money. read more

I never write reviews, but they go above and beyond in terms of quality and customer service. I was able to chat with Jason about a question I had at 10pm regarding an exhaust leak. Furthermore, I sent them some photos via email of the leak and they replied instantly informing me they'd thrown a new flare section of the midpipe to get welded on for free along with the replacement gasket I ordered. These guys reply quicker than my girlfriend does. All extremely knowledgeable and helpful. products and welds are amazing I'll be a customer for life. read more

A little over a year ago I purchased my first item from these guys; an axleback muffler delete for my 2015 Subaru Legacy. Unfortunately the part was out of stock but they called me right away and asked if I would be interested in a slightly different (muffled) option that was in stock. I declined the offer and chose to stick it out. Still, I really appreciated the swift contact. After selling the vehicle about half a year later and upgrading to the new 3.6, I upgraded to the 5" mufflers and absolutely love them! The quality is excellent!! Additionally, I am still really impressed with the customer service! I called very last minute asking if they could potentially delay shipment as I wasn't sure I'd be home to receive the package due to travel plans. The guy I talked to told me that he had just upgraded my shipping to a faster method (free of charge) that day as he felt badly that they were not able to ship out within 24hrs. They are quick to respond, very professional, and the company as a whole seems to be made up of really decent people. I'm very glad my car buddies convinced me to give Nameless a try - I have no regrets and my car sounds excellent! read more

Exhaust had fitting/leak issues, they asked me to try exhaust sealer and then said they'd weld it if that was the issue. Later on, when I found the sealer fixed the exhaust leak, they refused to weld it. They also changed their return policy to try to avoid giving me a refund, but I had evidence they did this and Visa forced a refund. These dudes will lie to you, and try to upsell you on parts you don't need. Your experience may be different, but I suggest you stay far away from this company. Over time I've also had to have their exhaust re-welded a few times. read more

I though that a small company like this would care about their customers and product quality, but I was wrong. They told me that I neglected taking care of my car and exhaust and that is why it's rusting. Instead they could have offered a replacement or at least a repair at their cost. They wanted to charge me money to replace their rusted out cheap quality exhaust tips, because I was a few month out of warranty. Since then I have had a turbo x exhaust on my car for over 2 years and not a spec of rust. I recommend that people do their research before spending money at nameless. Just Google nameless exhaust rust and you will see what I mean. I now have $600 worth of metal sitting in my shed. I'm embarrassed to list this product on Craigslist the way it looks. read more

When I bought my new WRX, I knew one of the first things I was going to do was give it a new voice. I spent weeks watching countless videos and talking with other owners, looking for just the right sound, and it kept coming back to Nameless. This crew takes their product seriously, and it shows in the parts they put out. The build quality, the finish, and the sound are all bar-none. I ran into some alignment issues and they were very responsive online with several suggestions on how to address it. After working through their suggestions, my left exits still weren't sitting quite right, though completely livable. Their response? Come on up to the shop. We'll get it on a lift and see what's what. Obvious perk of buying local. A few hours later, my car is on a lift in their shop with the owner personally working on it with his crew. About an hour later, I rolled out with perfect fitment and some swag. They didn't even bat an eye at dedicating an hour of their time, without charge, complete with fabrication modifations, to making sure the exhaust fit exactly the way I wanted. After searching and searching for the best sounding axle back for my rather stock FR-S, I settled on the Nameless with 5" mufflers. I am someone very particular with what I add to my car and not only does the part I choose have to perform well but it also has to look good doing it too. The Nameless, for me, checked all my boxes as the construction is top notch, made with quality materials and supplies my vehicle with a nice deep, clean growl that is audible enough to be highly satisfying without being over bearing or having any drone. It is the perfect tone in which the sound matches the power of the vehicle by giving it an addicting, sporty, aggressive rumble that the car was lacking from the factory. When I first received my item, everything was fine but my only gripe is that the fitment was a little off. I reached out to the company and everyone there was willing to help make certain that I was fully satisfied with my purchase. We tried some trouble shooting but since nothing seemed to help, they offered to pay for the shipping to have me send it back to them for further inspection and necessary adjustments. It took them only a few days, after receiving the part back, to identify the problem and have it promptly sent back to me with the adjustments made. I quickly installed my revised part back onto my vehicle and immediately was filled with excitement and relief to discover that they had done an awesome job in making sure that everything lined up and looked right to my standards. Been a customer for a couple years now. Back when I got my Subaru wrx STI sedan I wanted it to sounds little more aggressive but keep it mainly stock. Ended up going with the 3inch muffler delete and it really opened up the subaru rumble. Later I got the midpipe to go along with it.. paired with a catless downpipe my STI sounds so much more aggressive and was exactly what I was looking for. There customer service is by far the best I've ever encountered with a parts company. If you ever need help with installation or buying extra parts (mine needed hardware) talk to Tyler!. When I called they said they would ship it out which is great except for the fact that I took the day off work and would then have too take another day off to have it installed the guy on the phone didn't care why should he they only sold it too me.
