I'm not a car expert, and there wasn't enough time to thoroughly look through everything to see how it compared. One of the very important items I needed was a tow package with a 2 inch receiver. The salesman I was working with assured me that they could make it happen. After nearly a month, the added items were installed, but there was a HUGE problem. A tow package with a 1 1/4" receiver was installed. I told the service department that there must be some mistake. They treated my like I was the idiot because they said that Honda doesn't even make a 2" receiver that fits my car. I had a long talk with the salesman that I had worked with, and he did not take any responsibility for the mistake and showed no remorse. I asked if they could take off the tow package and credit me back, and they said they "couldn't" do it. I went to U-Haul to get the correct receiver, but they really struggled with the install because the removal of the incorrect tow package was very difficult due to the poor workmanship by the dealership. All I can say is this... I won't buy another car from Stirling because they are not trustworthy and honest.

Six months later, I brought it back in for the same code, except now I was 11 days out of warranty. Suddenly, their story changed -- they claimed they found metal in my fuel system and tried to stick me with nearly $20,000 in repairs. They went around my insurance company, pushed aftermarket warranties, refused to take responsibility for what they had already done, and wouldn't even let me see my own truck without being escorted. They wanted to charge me more money just to take additional pictures. The entire situation felt shady, stressful, and wrong. I finally told them to stop touching my truck and had it sent to McCord, where I originally purchased it. That decision changed everything. McCord took care of me from start to finish. Within three weeks, my truck was fully repaired -- and I didn't pay a dime. I told them we will go shopping as we had another vehicle and asked how long it would be and went over our scheduled appointment time. They informed me Kayla was aware of appointment and it would be an hour. We left and came back at 11:40. Check in and saw vehicle parked and asked for keys and how much the total charge would be. We where then told at this moment that it hadn't even been worked on yet and where asked if we needed it back at any particular time!? Well we scheduled an appointment, dropped it off well before and came back at said completion time. So many customers are late, very rarely do they show up as scheduled and let alone make it easy by dropping it off. We where then proceeded to be told it will be almost 2pm before it's done. To swap two tires? Not very pleasant experience. I hope next time I can remove this review. I always give a second chance.
