They never did complete the "free inspection" they offered me (I paid them $150ish for them to slap me with their outrageous quote so I wouldn't quite call the inspection free), even after keeping my car for multiple days and saying they would do it. I trusted them, stupid me. Not even a hour after leaving the shop my check engine light came back on. Went back in, was told my key will need to turn 100 times prior to it recognizing a new catalytic converter. Went back in a week later and was told my new catalytic converter is now bad again. And they are willing to replace it, but I will have to pay full price again as it's not under warranty due to me ordering it online. I have been in multiple times with no help.
