Had them replace a head unit on my bike, explained in detail what was going on to the previous unit, to the guy up front and the installer. They Installed a new stereo, within a few days, unit was doing same as old, took in when available and guy said he found water in unit, sold me a "water proof" unit cover. Looked great, went well with bike, and needed one. 3days later, unit starts doing the same thing. Cutting out, flashing some amazing colors, changing volume, and changing in and out of BTA. So now back again, the 3rd time, now the guy refuses to help me. Refuses to give me back my money without a OG box. Told me it could take up to 6 months to get the unit I want on my bike. I checked on Amazon, Boss had one for $53. and would have it in 4 days. l wanted was a great working unit on my bike so I can wind therapy in peace. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Worst experience ever. Quoted us a price then went up on price then said my son needed parts that I know was already in the box. All we wanted was a speaker we have already purchased from them to be moved over to another vehicle. Not the smartest way to get return customers read more
