We had a security system installed in our house in 2013. The system stopped working after 8 years (nothing lasts forever). The man who installed the system had retired and closed is business and we were left not knowing where to turn. We connected with Audio Impact. And Audio Impact replaced what equipment had expired and were able to use the existing wiring and existing cameras. They were able to get our system up and running for a very reasonable price. Initially I had some problems getting used to the new software (which was a huge improvement on the 2013 software) and they were there for support after the installation.
