I had requested a quote the night prior and received a call the next morning. He explained all the different options, and making sure I knew what I was getting. I ended up going in that evening and purchasing four new JBL speakers with a LED headlight upgrade. Herman took great care of me and my car. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and how they didn't look at me like I was just a dumb girl. They installed my new wolf box 900 Pro and new speakers. Came to this shop to fix some work that I had gotten for my car at a different shop. One speaker wasn't working and the whole audio system needed to be tuned. They checked my car and figured out what was wrong and also tuned the sound for me. They charged me a reasonable price for the labor and parts they had to change. They also communicated with me after checking the car before going though with any changes. Gave this guy a chance because he had good reviews and was very close to home, I needed a new radio and backup camera in two cars, I also talked to Sam about putting new headlights and LED bulbs on my Tacoma. I decided to let him do the headlights first since it was reasonable and get to the radios later depending on the results of the first job. What a joke, I'm never going back. In hindsight I now realize that Sam just told me everything I wanted to hear to get the sale. The lightbulbs were installed upside down by his employee he says. Took it out at night and it was unsafe to drive. There was literally no light in from of my truck, all the lights were up in the trees along the dark road I went down. I originally went in because my radio had been dead for months, Sam changed me 25 dollars to check it out and said that the radio was dead, turns out that while arguing with him about the headlights I noticed that some corrosion was building up on my car battery so after work one day I went home and disconnected the battery cables and cleaned everything up, to my surprise after I reconnected everything my radio and backup camera worked. Sam either didn't know how to trouble shoot a problem with the radio ( his business) or he misled me to sell me a new radio and camera, either option is very bad and he and his shop will never get business from me again. PS- after each time he touched my truck I found something loose or just forgotten to be put back. Beatz really deserves 0 stars. Beware. Also, I put my old lightbulbs back in, the LED's were very bad quality and not what I was promised. read more

when the radio in my 2000 vehicle died i saw great yelp reviews on beatz car audio. at 77 years old i am not proficient with digital and told sam i wanted sirius fm plus bluetooth on my steering column. he said no problem and quoted $619.38 after i paid in adcance. after picking up my car i was unable to operate the bluetooth on my steering column. when i returned he said there was a problem with my old steering column controls. he has not offered to return the $150 cost of the controlpro 5 interface ,which he has retained and will resell. sam was very nice and likable but my alzheimer partner and i would have appreciated the refund read more
