Audio Source was just what I was looking for in a remote start! They went above and beyond to make up for a previous bad experience at another business. They had my starter in within an hour and it works perfectly! Not to mention, the place I originally took it to messed with my wiring and audio source fixed their mess and left it in factory condition. Absolutely the worst experience you could have. Avoid this place at all cost. Went in with an amp error on my cd player, guy comes out and says it's all fixed but my speakers were crappy and quoted me 390$ to replace them. I told him no I just needed the cd player working. He said he would go get my car came back 25 minutes latter I paid him and got in the car 30 seconds latter my cd player quit working and the same error came up. Absolutely worthless audio place. Did not do what they said and charged me anyways.it was clear they just wanted the extra money for speakers. Drove it right down the road and it was fixed in minutes. These guys are awesome! I had an issue with the stereo in my truck. They pointed me towards an Alpine replacement with a back up camera. Added some tweeters and a small amp and the sound is incredible. I priced the Alpine deck on Crutchfield and Audio Source was cheaper, plus it came with the back up camera. Installation is flawless! Finally decided to get that perfect sound in my truck. When I went to pick up my truck I let them know I found the receiver for a better price. I expected a no hassle price match only to be refused what was promised by the sales guy Matt. Matt really didn't seem to be knowledgeable with how the new unit worked. No problem as I thought I could figure it out myself. What I learned was there was history left in the browser from when it was in the display. What? This was a new unit....NOT!!! I returned to the store and spoke to the owner. He was nice and agreed to have it exchanged for a new unit. After having the new unit installed by Matt I found the firmware wasn't installed and the crossover wasn't setup. I didn't want to have to deal with Matt again as he really has attitude; so, I finished the setup that I overpaid Audio Source to do. The system was fairly priced; but, the install cost was way too high. Selling a unit out of the display as a new product, bad customer service, high installation price and lack of product knowledge equals me never going back there again. read more

Went here a few years back and spent quite a bit of money to have a new system complete with blue tooth installed in my older bmw. I talked at length to the manager about using the amp in the new stereo as opposed to using the BMW power amp just because the factory amp in the car was quite old at this point. We both agreed the amp in the new Kenwood would be a better choice at this point. I was also told the mic for the blue tooth would be routed up my a-pillar and come out right above my head for best results. I was excited to get my car back and enjoy my new system. The results were underwhelming. The sound was okay, but not great. There was a popping every time I turned it on, and it distorted at a much lower volume than anticipated. I bought a nice Kenwood head, and 4 of their upper end speakers. I expected more. Also I noticed the mic was mounted in my instrument cluster, not at the top of the a-pillar as I was told. The installer told me this location helps with wind noise. I suspected he just didn't want to fish the wire thru, but was anxious to give it a try. Well, it didn't work very well there because people could barely hear me. I returned a few days later to ask about the popping and was told this is normal. Over the months it bothered me that it popped and so one day I decided to investigate. I pulled the stereo out and my jaw dropped. Not only did they not use the built in amp as agreed, they also ran a POWERED signal to the input side of the BMW amp. This amp was clearly designed to only get a line level signal. No wonder it popped and distorted. They did this to avoid some tough wiring. 3 hours later I had run new speaker wire, to all 4 speakers. The system sounded GREAT! ! I went in to complain and they basically told me to get over it. They didn't believe me until I offered to pull the stereo out right then and show them. They then refunded me $20.00. That's all because they gave me discounted install because I bought so much. I didn't spend thousands, but I spent over $600 and got a discount on a crappy install. Never again. read more

Great place! The guys here work their tails off. I brought my impala in for some amp issues and they were more than willing to work with me on my timeline. I decided to wait for my vehicle and look around a bit. They have everything you can think of pretty much. While waiting, I seen the salesman help out over a dozen people and was very highly educated. There was another comment on here that said the prices are high. I checked while I waited and they are very competitive with other companies that offer the same services they do. The only thing that I have to say about that though is you get what you pay for. Sure you can find anything cheap on the internet, but these guys stand behind their products. I am very pleased with the service that I received and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Audio Source for your services! You did a great job on my vehicle and it sounds absolutely awesome! Two weeks after: It has been two weeks since I was first in Audio Source. I went back again today and I was even more pleased with the service I received today than before! I had an amp installed and some subs. They got my vehicle in and out within two hours. While I was waiting they would periodically come out and give me a heads up of how things were coming along. I would recommend these guys to anyone. 5 months after initial install: It has been 5 months since Audio Source has installed the system in my car. Everything is working and looking great! Worthless!!! RIPOFF Artist...Scammers...like a shady mechanic who breaks more shit so you have to keep coming back but never actually does the job... Spent a ton money in this store over the years...I work for one of the biggest car dealers in Indiana...sent tons of customers there...I go in to have them install GPS and a new head unit because my other one stopped working...get home and my subwoofers don't work...they worked perfectly before...go in talk to "Bryan" or however you spell it...try's to charge me $35 more dollars after just spending $425...to check all my speakers that I already asked him to check, to see if they were all working working...he goes " I didn't even know you had sub woofers" told him "how could you have checked all my speakers then" they worked fine before I brought my truck in to have a new radio put in...leaves tools in my truck, so I ask him how sure can he be if they did what they say they did if they can't remember to take their tools with them or check all my speakers ..absolutely the worst customer service...work ethic...and I will never spend a dime in that store nor will I have vet recommend them to anyone...we work hard enough for our money...we don't need ripped off by stores we pay to do a job right the first time... read more
