Since then, my battery has repeatedly died, leaving me stranded and needing jump starts on several occasions. Having to rely on strangers for help after investing that much money has been incredibly stressful. When I first reached out with my concerns, I didn't feel like my issue was prioritized. Instead of being able to have what appeared to be an installation-related problem addressed promptly, I had to wait several days for an appointment. I barely made it back to the shop, where I was told everything looked fine and that I should be good to go. Unfortunately, I got home and experienced the exact same issues. Now I have to bring my vehicle back yet again to have it looked at a third time. I understand that diagnosing electrical problems can take time, but this experience has been a nightmare. I feel the situation could have been handled with more urgency and better communication, especially considering I paid for a service that has left my vehicle unreliable.
