"Don't come in my body shop, homie.", was his first initial words to me! Looking confused, I responded, "I was just delivering your packages here. That's all." I couldn't even finish what I was saying to him and he said it again... A little more aggressive this time: "You don't ever come into my body shop again! That goes upfront!" I was gonna grab it, but honestly his attitude was a complete reach from the start. So I said, I'm gonna just leave it here sir. Thank you have a nice day. This man yelled behind me, "So you're just gonna leave it here after I told you not to leave my shop?" "Yes. Have a great rest of your day." I responded. He then said y'all are a bunch of GD idiots. I responded back, oh yeah? He yelled back "Yeah! F*ck you dumb N*GG*R!" I called my boss and apparently, I'm not the only person he's done this to. In fact, the reason I was delivering his stuff is because he did the same thing to another female driver and she felt afraid to go back. This happened before 11am. Not only will this man never get another delivery from this company, he was recorded on camera being violent to me and the proper authorities have been notified. Oh and for the record, sir you are a chicken nugget of a man to insult me like that for no reason at all!

After he left the car was dead because the batter had drained during his time detailing it. I had called him to see if he could give the car a jump and he said he couldn't and refused to take responsibility for draining the battery (how else was it dead after 90 minutes of detailing with the doors open?).
