They also gave me a note for my employer in regards to the condition of my car! They did a complete inspection of my vehicle and emailed me the report, including pictures of the things they found wrong. I had no idea that my brakes were close to being bad, as well. They submitted a claim to my warranty company, but it got denied. That's a story for the review I wrote on that company's page. Luckily, Christian Brothers uses Affirm to allow you to finance your balance due. They walked me through how to sign up for it, and once everything was set, got to work on my car. I am very glad that they provide shuttle service if you live in the area. I took my car in at 7AM, and the work was completed around 4:30PM. I didn't have to sit in their waiting area all that time. I picked up my car and was only gone for about 5 minutes when I received a call from them. There has been some missed communication, and the guys in the shop had not done the alignment I had paid for. They told me to bring my car by any time to get it done. I give them a lot of credit for that phone call. They could have easily pocketed my money without performing the service, but they were honest about it.
