I would have given this place five stars, but unfortunately due through a series of events in regards to my tint job, I could not. I went here with my significant other because I have heard good things about the tint quality and work. Upon walking into the store there is a counter for assistance and then a wall where the tint colors were neatly laid out. Javier assisted us and we told him we had an appointment for my car, in which for some reason was not written down for the day. After showing him the confirmation of our appointment, he took some time and decided that he could take us in for the tint job. That was very professional of him to do. He explained to us the colors of tint and which he suggested. Once I decided on the color of tint I wanted, he told me the car will be ready in the afternoon. Everything was good and dandy. Upon returning to pick up my car, I saw it parked in front and the tint job had really met my expectations. Everything looked sleek and perfect. I had bad luck with my previous tint job, so this really made me stoked. We walked in to pay for his services. Once we finished all that we were ready to go home. I unlocked my car with my car key and noticed that there was an issue. When I brought my car to his shop, my locks and my car alarm were working. When I got my car back, the locks would not respond to my car key nor would they auto lock/unlock from the inside button pads. My car alarm was not responsive either. I sat in my car and tried several times and my car key, none of my lock/unlock buttons worked at all. The only way I could get the doors to unlock/lock was to literally put my key into the car door handle lock and manually do it myself. My significant other and I walked back into his shop and asked him why the car locks were not working automatically or with the key. He quickly answered "I didn't do anything to your car except for the tint." I was frustrated because I love my car and I know when something is wrong with it. We told Javier one final time that my car was fine before we took it here. Javier did not bother to give us much attention and added "maybe it will go away in a few days" before retreating into his store. My significant other and I sat in front of the shop for a while, figuring out what to do. We decided to leave because Javier's tone of voice was not very nice compared to the morning when he was helping us. When I drove home, my airbag sensor light also lit up and would not go away. It was stressful to think about what he did to my car. I observed my car for two days to see if what Javier said about it going away in a few days was true. Nothing changed. I decided to drive out to a mechanic to look into my car because of these issues. After inspecting it, he told us that the car door panels were REMOVED and when they were put back onto my car, the person who did that, screwed it right back on the wires. Since the wires hit the metal, it short fused to the ground and disabled my car locks and also flagged my airbags. I couldn't believe it. The mechanic repaired my car problem and stated that whoever did my tint took off my car doors for some reason in order to apply it. After paying for the mechanic to repair my car, I thought that because Javier took great care in helping me with my tint job the day of, he would be open to helping me share the cost for the repair that unfortunately happened during his tint job. My significant other tried to see him at the store to talk to him in regards to this, but for some reason, even when the store was stated to be open for normal business hours, he was not at the shop. Since it is difficult for us to drive out again, my significant other contacted Javier through the phone the next day. He was able to reach him through phone and discussed with him the details of what had happened. Javier denied that he removed the car door panels and he stated he only pushed on the rubber molding of the car (which he did not really explain why he did that either). My s/o offered for him to speak with our mechanic since he could give more details regarding the situation, but Javier retorted that we shouldn't have gone to the mechanic without his knowledge, and we should have brought it to his attention that day but we already tried to tell him the day we got my car back from the tint job. He said he would not pay anything unless he looks at the car himself and removes the car door panels himself to check if it was his fault. The thought of having this person who I thought cared about his customers, dismantle my car a second time, just spiraled me down through another set of possible car issues. I thought he would accept to help alleviate some of the additional financial burden that came from this after seeing the diagnosed problem, but I guess it's just ours to bear. Even though his place offers lifetime warranty for the the tint, I will not be returning here. I am too worried something else will happen to my car. read more

He's straight forward, honest and respectful. Unfortunately he doesn't do audio anymore but If you need tint and you want the absolute best service and product then this is your place. Let me start off by saying Javier is f**cking awesome!! This man runs this business by himself so give him a break and understand he only does appointments to make sure he has time to do what you want done himself and that you get your vehicle back soon after. I've taken both my cars to him, but most recently I took my new car to him. The back windows were already tinted and I wanted the front windows 1 level down from the back. He did just that and had my car back to me a couple hours later. He matched the tint perfectly and I love the way it came out!! So I wanted to leave this place a five star review because they did a amazing job on my windows for my Ford fusion. He also told me that if I came back he would do the front windshield for $80. I ended buying another vehicle and ended coming back around a year later to get all the windows tinted on my Honda pilot including my windshield and also schedule a appointment to get my ford's windshield done. He told me that my Ford would cost 150 and I told him about the discount he previously gave me and he said he could take $20 off which I was fine about, it had been a year. So he took my Honda and applied the tint to all the windows. After that was done he decided to insult me and my car and went on to say how disgusting the car was and how their was dog hair everywhere (probably the door jams) but I thought it was funny because I don't own a dog and have never had any animals in my car and ontop of that I had a window regulator replaced and my mechanic had no problems. But after he went on about how horrible my car is and how if he knew how disgusting it was he wouldn't have done it. It was funny because I had just gotten it detailed 3 days before I took it here. He then gave me the key and I drove over to Starbucks to just get a look at everything, look at the doors and open everything up to see the difference and he DESTROYED the car. The carpets are torn up, they are now completely black, my seats have shoe prints on them. They never installed my interior door handle back on they spilt something all over the seats and had marked up the outside paint with some nasty stuff. The also broke my window switch in the driver seat. So I ended up going back but they had just closed up so I ended up calling the next morning to cancel the windshield appointment for my 2018 Ford Fusion and I told them the situation and they apologized and then said that again it was my fault because my car was so bad and had a bunch of hair everywhere but they did say they would fix, just "bring it on by" but I live an hour away so that wasn't really an option. So we hung up and then the owner called and again apologized and said they would give me a really good discount on my windshield and I could take my Honda pilot their anytime to have it cleaned up and fixed. So I decided to keep the appointment because I thought he'd give me a good price now. So I got there and he took the keys and went on again about how the car was nasty when they got it but they had no problem cleaning it up for me, ended up making me feel bad about something THEY did. So I ended up seeing the tint and he told me I couldn't reinstall my dash camera because it would cause issues to the tint which was I would install it on the dash or something. He then charged me the SAME AMOUNT that he already said, no discount no nothing he took twenty off like he said he would because I was a repeat customer. Finally when I got to my car it was all hazy from them installing the tint which I understood but after that I noticed that they had cracked the windshield but again they were closed now at this point. So I ended up calling and then the next day which now is yesterday may 19th 2021 I called probably a dozen or so times throughout the day because they said they were open but then I decided to drive out there but I had to pay to get a baby sitter because I have two kids and wanted to get there before they closed so I ended up driving about 55 minutes there to find a make shift sign that they put up that day (picture included) saying "we are closed today". It would've been nice if they posted that online on the website on Google, their answering machine anything. So I ended up them drive an hour and twenty minutes back home. I then called him today may 20th and he told me basically it isn't his fault that my window was cracked. He said "you wanted the tint installed" luckily I had my fiancé recording the conversation on her phone because it was just completely unprofessional and rude. The ONLY pro is that the tint does look good as long as you don't mind having a cracked windshield and then end up replacing the windshield and getting it retinted somewhere else. I could never recommend that you go there unless you have some Uber luxurious vehicle that is in impeccable, showroom condition so that you don't get complained to about it being disgusting and nasty. I had originally scheduled an appointment with a place next door and after a good 1 1/2hr of waiting and a customer going off on a worker for bad quality work on his window I got up and went to them. Javier greeted me and explained different prices and types of tint. Although they had the shop full of cars he took my truck in was done in a couple hours!!! The prices are very good and by far less than other shops nearby and the quality of their products and work is amazing. I've had my windows tinted for 1yr now and they are still intact. No fading, peeling, or bubbles. I've already sent over some people and they are as pleased as I am. Highly recommend this place. read more

Took my truck here for some tint work. They had prices advertised for 89.99 but actually charged me 160+tax. They broke my defroster and they failed to notify me! The hispanic guy with hair slicked back is super rude. Wont even give you a warm welcome. I went when they were having lunch and i said "hello" and the guy yelled out. DUDE YOUR GONNA HAVE TO WAIT!! Twice i been there dude had a attitude problem. My second trip there was to install a module for my stereo. When i left my tvs didnt work. I went back and had to book an appointment for a week ahead. I went to this shop because of the good reviews it got. So i figure i give it a shot. I walk in and instead of being greeted first, I ended up greeting the sales associate first. He then picks up the phone to make a call. Right away I could tell this isn't going to be a good customer service experience. While Im looking around, this "sales associate" was still on the phone and there was just awkward silence, because he was not even talking on the phone! He was just staring into space and looked bored. When he finally hangs up (because he was on a important phone call with no one on the other line), he asked me what i was looking for. I told him i was looking for a car alarm for my truck. He gives me a run down on the products he has and pricing. When i asked him if there was any type of sale or discount. He replied back with a stuck up sales man attitude. I understand that the high end car alarms are pricey but it doesnt hurt to ask for a some kind of discount. I was down to buy the alarm system but the way he spoke to me and how he just looked like he didnt wana be there. Turned me away. I understand this guy wanted to make a sale, but the way he was trying to sell me on it, FAILED. Hopefully who ever runs this business reads this and brings it to this sales associates attention. Despite the name, I actually came here to get a car alarm installed. I tried dropping in, but I ended up having to make an appointment for a different day. All in all, a good experience. Javier, whom I believe is the owner, is very upfront and honest, which was great. He didn't try to give me the "hard sell" routine, trying to upgrade me, which was cool. They were able to complete the work and managed to clean up the wiring mess from the previous car alarm installation from a different company. The shop is clean and they have a really comfortable waiting area, complete with a t.v. to watch, while you wait. read more

I had called these people earlier this week for uninstalling an alarm [they didn't install it. Mine goes back to Circuit City which isn't in business any longer]. I set my appointment up for Saturday @ 11 as I work Mon-Fri 9-5. WHY, WWWWWHHHHHYYYY do they call me at 1125am on Friday and leave a message asking me to give them a courtesy call!?!?! I call back and tell them that I would NEVER set up my appointment during working hours! I told the guy that I set my appt up for Saturday. He QUICKLY jolted "I'm booked on Saturday" without [I'm sure] of even looking at his schedule... which wouldn't surprise me as they mis-scheduled me. Then he followed "Call me back next week." Uh, no. I'd say I'd like to be fair in my rating, but seeing as this man seemed a bit PISSED at ME for their EFF-UPS, I'll *NEVER* be visiting. Complete crap!!! These guys dont know what theyre doing at all. I wanted limo tint for my rear doors and rear windshield they didnt even remember what i specifically requested when i made my appointment. When he went to remove my rear tint to reapply new tint he got halfway done and says he cant remove it because it will "take too long"?? He goes on also saying he cant remove the rear windshield tint because if he does I won't have a radio or defrosters in rear. So now my rear windshield looks worse than it did when I came to them. I came in because of bubbles in rear and ticket I got for front windows tinted. Now I have a halfway removed tint in rear, looks ripped and ghetto. Then tells me they can't help me. Really made me mad about their service. Then they still charged me for removal of tint I wounldnt recommend this place to any family let alone any friends these guys are not experienced enough to handle foreign vehicles. read more
