My drivers side powered window cable snapped. I searched for the closest car window repair shop, never had to use such a service so I wasn't sure what to expect however I did watch a YouTube video before heading that way to see if I could do it myself but I didn't have the tools on hand. After deciding to get it "professionally" done I came to this shop. I waited about an hour and a half (standing by my car cuz I noticed some shady behavior around my car) only for them to tell me they received the wrong part and I have to come back the next day. That they'll call me or better yet I should call them to see if they have received the replacement part. Now mind you...I've been extremely patient and quiet but watchful. I KNOW they didn't HAVE to drill a hole on the inside of my door to hold a wooden block to "hold up the window so it won't break until we can repair it" dafuq! that's 3! Then after like 45 minutes I noticed the guy left my key turned on but not all the way on so if I hadn't turned it off my battery would've drained. All of a sudden this guy comes back passes by my car takes a look at the dash sees the lights off looks at me to see if I'm looking and continues to walk away. The whole time he kept talking to this other guy and whispering back and forth and trying to block my view of the car and what he was doing. Ok, so now they didn't even put everything back in place on my door until they "fix it completely" which just seems like a ploy for me to bring it back to THEM. They even left my other windows down and the power to those cut off, had I not tried to roll up my other windows before leaving I would've realized too late and been caught all night with my windows down on the street. SMH.I just wanted to get home after such horrible service and being out in the heat the whole time. The way I was made to feel is horrible ngl kind of feels like its because they saw a single female taking care of business so take her money and time. I WAS interested in adding an alarm system and tinted windows but after that yeah, no thanks. I'm sure there's other businesses that treat their customers with respect and dignity no matter their gender. Telling all my friends and family AND sharing MY experience on all social media. I took it back to the shop they told me the radio is bad but they only cover 90 days I would have to buy another one from them, on the receipt it doesn't say anything about a 90 day warranty. Long time customer, multiple cars over the years. They do amazing work on interiors! Absolutely flawless work. Had them do both repairs and custom fabrications. Unbeatable prices to go with great work. That said. The window tint part has gone downhill fast. I've gone from recommending them for tint to avoid at all costs. It's like the window tint guys just don't care about your car at all. I have a 4 channel dash camera setup so I got to watch the horror later. They lean on it like it's a wall. With tools hanging all over them and out of their pockets. They overspray the soap water everywhere then make hand prints in it. So you get back a car with "ok" tint and full of scraps and blades. Covered in soap spots and the most f'ed up lines ever on the edges of the tint. Took a month of cleaning and buffing to get car back up to 100%. I wouldn't mind going thru all that if the tint were amazing. So in summary. Great interior guys. Avoid tint shop section at all costs if you like your car. I can not give an honest review regarding the quality of this establishments work, because I never made it that far. Let me explain: I stopped by this business about a week ago to to get an estimate for a couple of seats for my fitness equipment that had worn out and tattered from daily use. The gentleman whom attended to me (whom I am sure is also the owner) inspected the seats and gave me an estimate. He then explained that the current covers on the seats were of low quality vinyl (from China) and that he would be cutting from a large piece of actual leather to replace and re-upholster. Hence the low quality in the torn seats. I understood his explanation and agreed completely with the quality of work/craftsmanship he was offering to me within that price point/estimate. And so... I stop by today at about 4pm... approached the same gentleman/owner of the establishment and he then proceeds to take both seats and begin writing up a receipt. I think great. And then I proceed to ask him a few more questions regarding the quality of the leather he would be utilizing as a replacement---here is where the whole situation becomes confrontational. He says he never quoted me for a leather re-upholstering of the seats. That I am wrong. I remind him that he mentioned that he would have to cut from a large piece of the cowhide and that is why he was giving me the price point we had agreed upon. He then begins to raise his voice in front of his employees and other customers and claims he never Appraised the work at the price point we had agreed upon. The situation was uncomfortable and embarrassing to say the least. I proceed to ask for my seats back --as I refuse to work with businesses or establishments that not only do not adhere to honest and transparent business practices, but also do not have the slightest notion of what it is to treat others with respect. He then practically pushes them onto my hands atop of the counter between us. He easily could have handled this whole issue in a respectable and considerate manner. He chose not to. Future customers beware: Get EVERYTHING in writing here! Appraisals and all!! And look forward to absolutely no thoughtful customer service from a true despot. read more

So I'm a first time customer here and I bring in a car and I said hey there's another Upholtery Shop and if they can Fix both my electric windows for $500 So the owner says yeah we can do it In fact they couldn't do it because after months of my car sitting at the supposed to shop and then getting it back my driver window rolls up really slow and then the owner says oh yeah that's your motor We only were fixing the window regulators And I'm like? If I give you $500 you better fix everything in everything so my windows will roll up properly so basically I had to bring it back and be like I need you to fix this driver window Now mind you after they supposedly fixed my window I was like hey you know what my convertible top won't go back down can you fix it And of course the owner was like yeah we can fix it so he orders to Motors which cost me about 350 and when I get back to pick up my car he's like oh we couldn't fix it you have to take it to a dealership and was trying to charge me 550? So when my car was sitting here for two weeks because they were trying to fix the driver window they actually couldn't fix it So the car set another two weeks before I had to go up in there and be like is my window fixed yet? And he's like oh yeah I'm trying to see if the guy can come down today and see about it and I'm like dude it's been two weeks it's only one window? So I had to argue the fact that if you can't fix this give me my money back and of course he pulls out a lot of money all cash and gives me about 250 bucks because he couldn't fix my window and he gave me another 150 back because he couldn't fix my convertible top Mind you when I first brought the car in it was sitting in their shop probably almost 4 months and when I did get the car back the window wasn't working and they didn't fix the top so when I got my money back the owner tried to tell me well he doesn't ever want to see me again and I'm like? Really? I'm thinking of myself and I told him you can't even do the job and now you're frustrated because you had to give me money back because you couldn't do the job you said you were going to do? This place is such a joke I am just so surprised how they get so much business but I understand that my car sat for a long time because he was probably doing more important and bigger projects which meant more money in his pocket My advice if you have something small or you need to fix something on your car don't bring it to this place... But after this last experience in which the workers started to talk trash about me, my finances and other things and saying very things has really disappointed me. My Toyota Sequoia's front seats needed to be reupholstered. I only needed the seat part done - the back's were fine. The seat top was leather and the sides were vinyl. Gustavo spent so much time with us trying to match the leather on our 18 year old car, which was quite a task. When we went to pick it up, we were so impressed with the workmanship and the fact that Gustavo decided to do the whole seat in leather because he wanted to make sure everything matched. They showed me all the options and also offered some other ways to save money by mixing materials, etc. BEST price available. I contacted a TON of places throughout Northern and Southern California. In and Out at the time promised. They also did some custom work on my headrests for me, on the house. There were SOME imperfections, but so slight that no one else will notice. I was charged $30 for half of a yard of vinyl for a seat. Well I had asked for half of a yard but was told I was getting a little bit more than half of a yard. I thought he was hooking me up, the way he said it. I took said vinyl to a family friend for upholstery, and told me I should have payed no more than $12 for.... and wasn't even cut correctly. Apparently I was given "a little bit more than half of a yard" because it wasn't even the appropriate width!!! Understanding the bold print on my receipt reading NO REFUNDS, I called to explain the situation. I was told to bring the fabric in for a refund. When I arrived, I learned the person who I spoke on the phone with happened to be the same person who overcharged me. I don't think this man knew I understand Spanish because he aggressively asked the guy who had helped me originally in Spanish if he was the one who rang me up, as if he was to blame for the issue. He did help me find the vinyl but he wasn't the one who over charged me! So then I ask if I can just exchange my expensive, useless vinyl for a different fabric for a different part of a car seat. They said yes! We head outside to my car to find a match. The first sample wasnt that good, so he heads back inside for more samples. I then find myself waiting in my car for a good 20-30 minutes. When he came back out, he only had 2, maybe 3 shades that were somewhere in the ballpark of what I needed but not much to choose from at all. I don't know anything about auto upholstery, I just assumed there would be more fabric at an auto upholstery shop. So, I was not refunded nor exchanged anything since they could not supply a fabric to replace the one they originally overcharged me with. Don't waste your time at this place. Good Afternoon Everyone, I am leaving a message to detail my experience of having my car audio installed on my new vehicle. I was originally was referred by Eddie from Auto Depot Car Dealership in Fontana, CA because he said that Fontana Auto Upholstery does great work with car Audio and installation. Indeed, my friend Eddie was correct. Fontana Auto Upholstery did a great job on installing my car audio equipment. Damion was the gentlemen who take care of me Fontana Auto Upholstery. What I had requested to be installed was really basic: One new 12inch Kenwood sub in a box, Mounting my amp, mounting my Audio Control LC2 adapter, and installing my bass knob to my stock system which, all of the components were already bought myself and brought to Fontana Auto Upholstery. Damion said nothing that I was asking for would be problem. He gave me an idea of where he would install certain components in my car before I left it with him. When returning to pick up my vehicle, the installation turned out great and had no complaints with their work or with the car audio sound. Damion was very professional in telling me the days and times that were best to come by, how long the install would take, and sticking with the estimate that he quoted me. He even installed better RCA wires for free than that of what he originally quoted ($110) me which, would of cost an additional $10. I appreciated that. His price was reasonable and was able to match what I was quoted at another car audio shop. My car was completed at the time he mentioned also. He gave me a copy of my receipt and went over the 90-day warranty period before I left his business. He said that even I need something beyond the 90-day period, they would take care of me no matter what. That is important to me because I look this kind of transaction as developing a personal relationship that should last for years. Again, thanks for everything. I will be promoting and referring others that I know to this business because of the great work and service completed on my vehicle. read more

Between my husband and I, we've had the windows of three vehicles tinted here. Although they've always done an excellent job on the tint, their cleanliness leave something to be desired. They've left trash and RAZOR BLADES in my car, on my seats. I nearly sat on one. When they cleaned the windows after I complained about the lack of cleanliness, all they did was smear the windows. We will definitely be looking for a different business to tint our windows in the future. read more

I had a boat cover made last year it was supposed to be sunbrella material which is typically used in better boat covers and I got a small tear and took it in to have it repaired somewhere else and they said that's not sunbrella material. Took my old car here to have the top done they ruined all of my molding around the top front window and back window got glue on my paint glue on the interior of my car I bought it in clean received it dirty they did not take care of it whatsoever. I now have to have a full detail done that's going to cost over $300 to have the glue and the sealant that they left on my custom paint job and side moundings, I would not recommend this place to anyone I don't care how long they have been in business. At the beginning I was told it would take two days it took 4 1/2 and all I got was excuses every time I pass by the car was not being worked on they left it outside underneath a tree that is in the back and it got stuff all over the car which they did not clean I was very upset when I picked up my car and then there was a rush job for them to try and clean it.My molding all now has to be replaced and it's not cheap for the type of car that I have. He still charged full price even though he knows what they did. Don't go there. read more

We were able to get an appointment the next day and it was done in less than 6 hours. They work fast and did an amazing job on the car headliner. The colour matched well, and it showed that they pay attention to details. They are also honest. The prices are very reasonable! Pretty cheap! They replaced my headliner in under an hour (even though they estimated it to be around 4 hours)! I think this was because they had 3 guys working on it at the time. The fabric was beautifully put on and it looked new! The only flaw I noticed was that part of the interior plastic frame of my car was sticking off a little but I used a little bit of heavy duty glue and it looks great!
