Great experience, had a battery going dead after sitting for 4 days. Always thought the aftermarket stereo was the culprit but couldn't exactly prove it. When I thought I had the proof- the owner explained my theory not so true but offered to perform voltage checks & monitored vehicle shut down mode for a good part of day. He then he looked at vehicle for the 2nd time. He did find the camera not working correctly and some suspect parts that had been installed by his shop back in 2019, did an update on head unit . He then told me "No charge on labor or parts"- which was huge as I've been thru 2 batteries. You just don't find this service anymore. I've had a major LED light replacement-every old light bulb on my 2005 Dodge Ram, and it was a huge job for them to get it to work right, and my truck looks great-they did a great job. I've had a stereo replacement with backup camera, bluetooth connectivity, and usb port, also cab over lights installed, and everything works great. I also had this shop put a bully bar on my truck, and it's done perfect and looks great. They really do a great job, nothing is 'wonky' or lacking in effort. Going back to get them to put a leveling kit on my ride and who knows what else. They are my go to shop, I trust them to do a great job. Was able to find a guys in Canada who makes a custom wiring harness to integrate the video signal on my navigation DVD rom to work with the Rydeen camera. I haven't spent a dime here but what I'm about to share should make you think twice about going anywhere else. A month ago I took my Lexus SC430 to have the back Speakers checked and replaced at Pacific Stereo in Riverside. They sat in my car and said the back side speakers needed replacement as well as the subwoofer. The cost was $397 for the sides and $250 for the sub. I thought it was a little on the high end. Came to Precision was quoted $187 for the sides and $90 for the sub. This is the best part, I asked Darryl to check it out prior to installing and he did. After he got in the car and listened to the system ten different ways, he said I didn't need anything and that it was simply an adjustment. It needed nothing ! Wow ! Honesty and integrity are rare forms of business these days and I highly commend how they do business. Thanks for stepping up and walking away from a $300 bill. I have used Precision Sound for years from my Jeep, shop trucks, and have referred several customers there too. Daryl is a legit dude.

Long story short screen on F150 went out, called precision and upgraded to a new system. Weeks later AC went out, took it back to precision they worked on it for hours decided it's the truck. Offered to put stock stereo back in so we can take it into Ford for warranty. Took it to Ford got AC fixed and again went BACK to precision to get the new system put back in and at no hesitation they did at no additional cost. The amount of time they spent helping us try to fix a problem that wasn't even because of their stereo and not charging me any additional money is incredible. You just don't find a company like this. The guys are extremely nice and helpful and most of all honest. Also I'd like to add I drove from Irvine and every mile and minute was worth it! Wow!! Darryl did a quick troubleshoot of the situation, found a couple burnt fuses and replace them in less then 15 minutes!! Which really speaks about his skill level and knowledge. I swear in no time my stereo was out of the dash and put back in and bumping sweet Tunes again!! His shop was nothing less than perfect,it was clean had everything you would need. The man wasn't trying to sell me anything extra. Darryl gave me a very wallet friendly deal!! In which I sorely needed, work has been slow. How this all started, Long story short my wife took the kids to a drive-in movie, and they had a blast!! However the big speakers and amplifiers killed the battery dead forever!! lol... I had to get a new battery!! So The lady with the family in the car next to my wife was so nice to give her a jump. Unfortunately they mixed up something, not sure but my wife had to get the truck towed out of there. I was away at Havasu for work at the time when I found out. My wife felt terrible, I rarely agree with her driveing the truck because she puts a seat all the way forward and is only comfortable driving right on top of the steering wheel... lol.
