After throughly reading the reviews, I decided to give the business a chance. I'm from out of state and was in desperate need of new tint. Mine was over 4 years old and recently someone broke into my vehicle through the rear passenger window. He took about 4 hours to remove the old tint and install the new tint. Absolutely zero damage to rear window defrosters. First walking in, the owner was incredibly nice and respectful. We talked for about 15 minutes about things in the area. Simultaneously he was on a phone call with DoorDash support, which was totally fine. He was multitasking. Some previous reviews are written by impatient and immature people. The owner is a nice guy with TONS of experience and knowledge. Patience goes a long way. When I went to pick up my vehicle there were quite a lot of bubbles in each window which initially was unsettling. But after day 3, they're all gone and I am extremely happy with the product and service. Trust in the guy with over 20 years experience. Called through the week and scheduled an appointment for our truck with Dre. We were scheduled for a day that was closed but Had a 4pm appointment. We arrived at 3, not expecting our vehicle to be started on early but merely to drop the truck off until Dre was ready to do the vehicle. We were out running errands so decided to just get him the keys. My husband and I heavily respect small businesses but Dre was initially rude stating when I called, it's only 3pm when we were only dropping it off. This should have been the red flag. There were some bubble spot and Dre stated give it a few days, truck was tinted on Sunday and by Wednesday it was one spot where it was a bubble and it popped and literally light comes through that hole. Apparently, my husband called to speak with Dre about it and Dre basically went on about " how my husband must have let the window down or hit it with a seatbelt" ...nonetheless when my husband asked to bring it back he stated to my husband " do you not understand what I am saying to you"! At this point, my husband felt disrespected as anyone should. Dre basically told him to wait two weeks before bringing it back. If you want to deal with someone who is rude and doesn't stand on his own warranty policy, go to this place. Do not go here! Got my windows tinted here 2 weeks ago, came back because they said the tint had a lifetime warranty and there was already bubbles after 2 weeks. Totally unprofessional and unprepared. My experience today was almost deja vu from previous customer experiences. Based on the reviews. Made a 10:00 appointment and was prepared to drop off the car and pick it up later in the day. The shop sign posted stated that the hours were from 10:00 - 6:00. The owner/ operator showed up at 10:35 with a strong odor of marijuana on him. Began arguing with myself and other customers. Ordered us to get out of his shop. This guy doesn't need to be in business, totally unprofessional. How he has been able to sustain his business with these practices is beyond me. Please avoid Jordan's Window Tint. read more

Terrible customer service! When you make an appointment it doesn't mean anything, you are still on his time frame even if you drop your car off early. He's the only one working there apparently so he stops to take phone calls and speak to walk ins making your job take even longer. He doesn't open or close at the time post and he closes for lunch. Extremely unprofessional. I'm really not sure how he is still in business to be honest. He asked for my help when offering a service. Excuses, lies, and ignorance. BEWARE! My son scheduled to have his windows tinted on his new truck he just bought. We walked in the store and the smell of marijuana hit you in the face like a brick! The man who came around from behind the wall said he was not "Jordan" but he had had this business for 20+ years. He had no record of our appointment not any recollection of speaking to my son even though they had talked on the phone three times prior to us driving an hour and 20 minutes there. The man was as high as a kite while we were talking to him. I left and immediately called my husband who told me to turn around and pick the truck back up. So I call him back and told him to stop and we would be getting the truck. He asked why and I said that we looked deeper into the online reviews and discovered that he had a reputation of a 4 hour job turning into 6 hours and we didn't have that time. He said what does it matter if at the end of the day you have tinted windows?? When we got back to pick it up he was belligerent. My sons window wouldn't roll down so we had him come out to the vehicle where he got very confrontational and accused me of videoing his business (which I didn't). I had my husband on FaceTime because I felt so uncomfortable with this man. All around bad experience. Horrible customer service and something shady is going on here. He did explain that the window wouldn't roll down because of the glue which was still on the window from where he had started the removal of the old tint. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service!!! If you have the means to take your vehicle to another shop, I highly recommend that you do just that! Jordan the owner is VERY unprofessional and DOES NOT value his customers. My husband and I had the worst experience attempting to get window tinting on my SUV. First off, he was an hour late, then when we walked into the store, we were greeted by a loud marijuana smell. He was in the back and when he came to the front of the store, he gave us a lame excuse, that he had a friend who had a flat tire and that was the reason he was late. No apology, but just went right into asking the other lady that was there to get service what time her appointment was. Both of us had 10:00 a.m. appointments, but he kept saying ours was at 10:30 according to his scheduling book. I then told him that we booked/confirmed the appointment online on his site for 10:00 and he replied "yeah, we don't check that"...I then replied "well why have that option available, if you don't use it?"...Guess that upset him, because it was all downhill from there. I asked my husband if he was ready to leave and Jordan told us "you can leave, that's fine". I felt very disrespected because I was not speaking to him, only my husband. We then proceeded towards the door and Jordan came from around the counter and proceeded toward us. Of course my natural defense kicked in and I turned around to tell him to back off. We exchanged a few words, it got pretty intense, and then my husband and I left...I have been advised by multiple locals that this man has issues and this is not the first time they heard of customer disputes with him. His first shop was shutdown, due to allegedly selling drugs out of it. A friend of mine had work done at this shop and said that she has bubbles on her tinted windows, so he doesn't do good work either. Please don't patronize this shop, I support independent businesses, but this business is one that should definitely be shut down for good! This place is a joke. I read the horrible reviews (more on yelp) but decided against my better judgment to give them a shot for tinting the two front windows of my new car. I messaged them of Facebook Thursday and set up a time to get the tint completed at 11am Saturday. I show up and the one guy there had no idea what was going on. He kept asking if it was set for today, am I sure it was 11am, was I sure it was today and kept saying ok but I'm not ready. I can't do it right now and questioning me if I was sure it was today. I showed him the message and he said he and one other person have access to the page so obviously there was a lack of communication. I was frustrated by the lack of unpreparedness and 100 questions to ensure I had the right place, date and time. He asked if I was going to drop it off and I said yes but I would like to see tint options and quality options and he said I'm getting there but you won't let me talk. I said I'm frustrated with the customer service and he told me to get out of his store. He opened the door and told me 5 times to get out all while I was trying to explain to him I wanted to see my options prior to leaving my car. I told him that the reviews on the store were spot on and I'll take my business else where. After I left he kept messaging me on Facebook a picture of some sign that said the appointment time was only a drop off time. No big deal, again I was going to drop it off anyways. I also said he needed to evaluate his costumer service and he said he did care. I told him I'll post our conversations on Facebook and he said he didn't care about reviews and that they had been in business for 22 years. I asked if he was the owner. He said no. I asked for the owners name and he refused to give it to me and said the owners name was mine. I will pay more for tint or ANY audio equipment before I do business with Jordans. I will not recommend this place and will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else. I was going to get both cars done by this business and I called to ask what brand of tint does he use and he didnt want to tell me. The only thing that he kept saying was what difference does it make it has a lifetime warranty. If a customer is paying for a service they deserve a right to know what is going on their vehicle. I have had nothing but a Great experience when it came to finding a place to get all my cars needs! Not only does Jordan's window tinting and accessories do window tinting, he installs car alarms, stereo systems, Bluetooth accessories, liscence plates, window visors, car strips, etc. I have had two cars tinted in Radcliff (one being done in 2005 and still looks good) at his shop and multiple other things done and I have been pleased thus far. I recommend any & everybody that has a car need, go to Jordan's window tinting in the Radcliff plaza by Big Daddy's Tattoo and he will make sure you are satisfied.
