Very straight-forward and easy system to use, and the company's responses to events are within seconds. Chuck, who has been with CPI for several years, is not only a terrific installer/technician who knows his job from top to bottom, but is always so happy to explain to the customer everything he's doing, and answer their questions and concerns thoroughly. He also ensures that his customers have all the security features that they want/need, prior to leaving their homes. He's also very intelligent and a lot of fun to be around. On the other hand, Michael S., who initially installed the CPI system in my current home, simply came in, did his work, and never really bothered to explain ANYTHING to me, unless I asked him a specific question. Even then, his response was very brief. And, thanks to Chuck, I just found out yesterday that, for 3 years, I was being charged for a security feature that Michael had neither offered me nor installed.
