Needed some speakers and networking work performed in my home. Edwin came out a few weeks back to survey the home and made some recommendations. I'm a pretty tech-literate guy so I made sure I looked up model numbers and reviews of the gear in the quote I was being given. Rest assured, what's being installed is being sold to you at competitive pricing for the marketplace and it's going to be quality equipment. I needed a new WiFi unit to be deployed, so I now have an enterprise-grade wireless AP thanks to them. I cheered seeing the improvement in my speed within my home as I have a lot of walls blocking my desktop computer from our older wireless access point. I also needed my speaker set up repaired. We bought our home with bad wiring issues in the sound system that needed to be replaced. Antonio and Andrew were there to do speaker and AV set up. They totally replaced the existing wiring with new drops in the ceiling and mounted some really nice new speakers. It took a bit of fiddling to get everything sounding correct again, but Antonio went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and fixed. If you end up hiring AV Guy you're going to be working with a very professional, yet fun group of people. They're passionate about what they do and they do a thorough job of making sure you're pleased with their work. I've never high-fived a contractor before until I worked with these guys. Owners care about the quality and integrity of their product. Corresponded with Stacy (owner's wife) throughout the entire process and she was very helpful in providing me options to make my home projector system possible within my fixed budget. Very prompt and definitely cared about my satisfaction. Day of installation and results were average at first with the screen and speakers being placed off centered because of the previous set-up by the previous homeowner. The technicians were incapable of moving the speakers. I was very dismayed by the results at first. We contacted Stacy and she understood the situation. Her husband (Edwin) was sent to the rescue and resolved all problems. There was an issue with the universal remote and he took care of that as well. I had 2 tvs mounted inside my house and was very pleased with the service and professionalism. I then contacted them to install my tv on my back patio and they did a great job. Then I had them come out and install 2 speakers in my back yard and was very pleased. Antonio came every time and has been wonderful. If I have a question he is very responsive in calling me back.
