I feel very lucky to have a place like AudioLab so close to where I live. I've been building a very modest hi-fi system over the past five years and the staff has been so helpful guiding me through the journey. Each time I come in for another to my system they take time explaining the differences between various levels of equipment and have helped me get the best bang for my buck at every step. Before coming across AudioLab, like others, I would read reviews, watch YouTube videos and then order something off a website. Often I would pick up equipment that was either not up to par or just didn't correctly fit into my ecosystem. Now, I feel like my decisions are much more informed by a group of people that know what I currently have in my set up in which direction or piece of equipment would give me the best results and the best match. Sometimes it's also just really nice to walk in there and hear some of those incredible systems in action. I just replaced my entire Home Theater system with components I purchased from Audiolab and I could not be happier with the sales person and the installers. One word can be used to describe the whole team: professionals. From advise from my sales rep (Dale) to advice from the install team (Dan and Bob), I have been able to put together a "dream" system that sounds fantastic. Everyone was knowledgeable about each of the components and I went with their recommendations on many of the components. Considering that my initial venture was to simply replace my 12 year old speakers, it tells you a lot that I ended up replacing my entire system because I was so pleased with each new recommendation that was made to improve my system. I recently decided to replace a high end system that went away 12 years ago. I've been a high end retail salesman for 25 years but had to get out due to medical reasons. I decided on the Audiolab Omnia. I called Audiolab (the store) and spoke to Eric. He was extremely helpful and honest. I was looking at prices and he offered me a reasonable discount and free shipping. He had one in stock that wasn't subject to idiotic tariffs. So at 2:56pm he got his shipping department to get it out before 3pm cut off. I had the unit in perfect new condition 4 days later. Very impressive customer service, he contacted me to follow up on my thoughts about it. I've managed two high end stores so I am critical of good customer service. I had a great experience here from customer service to the professional installation of my 65" OLED TV and SONOS surround sound system. The techs mounted my TV on the wall and setup the SONOS and it was very clean professional looking! I had an issue with the TV a few weeks later and called up Nick who was eager to help me out and they swapped out the TV for a brand new one. Service was excellent and transparent. Nick kept me up to date with my order and was quick to answer my questions thru emails and text! Shoutout to Nick and big props to John who helped me out with my SONOS. If you're buying audio equipment on-line, you're wasting time and money. Buy it online, listen, and a few months later, you're either returning or selling to get the item you really want . . . on and on. This is the real deal. Eric was fabulous at pointing me in the right direction after in-depth discussions about my audio space, musical interests, etc. In the comfort of a nice, leather chair and an hour or so of listening to my playlist, I finally purchased the perfect audio setup. I researched the Parasound New Classic 2250 v.2 stereo amp, I decided it was in my budget and liked the reviews I read. I find your site on line and chatted with Daniel , one of your audio experts on line.I found Daniel to be very knowledgeable & helpful in going my stereo system. I've dreamed of a pair of Revel Salon2s for over a decade. Now that Revel is phasing out the Salon2s for their new flagship PerformaBe F328Bes, I finally got my chance.
