Nobody ever wants to have a problem that requires medical attention, but the staff at Mercy Health were amazing! I have worked in healthcare for over 15 years, so I know good care when I see it. Everyone from the techs, nurses, nurse practitioner, registration staff, and the doctor were all kind, quick, and thorough with my stepmother's care. The staff assessed, treated, and discharged my stepmother in a timely manner and made sure they gave us clear discharge instructions and directions for follow-up care. Rating from F to A+++, I would give them an A+++. I would definitely recommend this hospital for your care needs.

The ambulance arrived, cleaned off the blood and transported me to this place. I cannot imagine a worse level of medical "care". They put me on a bed in the ER, hooked me up to a monitor and took my vitals. And left me. After an indeterminate amount of time (apparently most of the staff were dealing with the woman in the next bed who "fell" and was screaming for demerol because that's what her doctor ALWAYS gives her), a doctor came in, poked me in the ribs a few times and said he would need an x-ray. After more waiting, they rolled me down the hall to radiology, where I was x-rayed. Turns out the ribs were not broken, so they gave me an anti-inflammatory shot and sent me home. Never cleaned or dressed my cuts and abrasions. Never even did a cursory exam for concussion. Told me if the ribs didn't feel better soon, I should follow up with my primary care physician.

Well she lives only about 20 minutes from Erin, so the doctor that did her surgery, wanted her to go to the nearest hospital, and just have a CT scan done, to make sure that she didn't have a blood clot in her lungs. She got there between 4:30 and 5:00 pm. it was 3 hours later that they finally got around to doing anything for her. Then only to tell her that she was dehydrated and that he had to run some fluids in before he could do the CT scan. He ask her why did she come there instead of going to Vanderbilt where she had the surgery, she told him that the doctor just wanted her to go to the closest hospital just to have the CT scan run. This Dr. Lye I think was his name a African American doctor said to her so Vanderbilt wants us to take care of their problems. He was very rude to her. Just about scared her to death he told her that she had something wrong with her artery, and that they will need to call lifefligh. He did not have enough common sense to know that he was looking at where they had repaired her heart. Then he went on to say that he was going to try something else, so after putting fluids in her he started her on Lasix, this was around 11:00 pm. About 12:30 am., he decides to transfer her to Vanderbilt, only after the doctors in Nashville were not getting any feedback from him they requested him to transfer her to Vanderbilt, needless to say at 3:00 am. He finally sent her to Nashville. So would I ever recommended this hospital to anyone, no way, and I will let everyone I know the treatment she got there I have never seen any hospital that a person coming in with known heart problems that they did not see them right away. So I would suggest, if you need anything done go to Dickson, and bypass this Hospital all together. I would like to give this hospital a -star rating.

My daughter was sick, and we brought her to Fast Pace for help…read more They charged us $150 but didn't perform any real tests--just a vague assessment and prescribed some medications, including two allergy treatments (a spray and tablets) and a liquid cold medicine that causes drowsiness. That night, my daughter took the liquid medicine to sleep. The next morning, after I gave her the allergy spray, she suddenly began coughing uncontrollably, and her face and neck turned red. She couldn't breathe. We immediately called Fast Pace, and the doctor told us to come back right away. We drove 30 minutes in a panic, only to be treated horribly. They demanded another $150 before even checking my daughter. I explained we had already paid and that they had told us to come back for urgent care. They still refused to help and claimed the doctor wasn't available. The staff became extremely rude and literally forced us--my entire family--out of the clinic. They even threatened to call the police if we didn't leave. This experience was shocking and disgraceful. They took our money, gave poor treatment, and showed no care or responsibility. We had no choice but to rush to the Clarksville ER for real medical attention. I strongly warn everyone: stay far away from this place. The staff is unprofessional, heartless, and unethical. What they did was not only shameful but dangerous. We will never return, and I hope no other family has to go through what we did.

I visited the Fast Pace Urgent Care in Murray on 3/11/23. My symptoms included a sore throat,…read moreheadache & neck pain. I told the doctor that my son had strep throat a couple weeks prior & I assumed I had caught it from him. She advised me there were no rapid strep tests in office, but they could do a swab & send it off to be tested. She said she would prescribe an antibiotic for me to treat it as strep & the clinic would call to let me know the lab results once they received them.  When my husband went to pick up my prescriptions, one of them was for a drug that I'm allergic to, which had been previously reported to Fast Pace. On 3/13, I received a call informing me that my strep test was positive & to continue the antibiotics I was prescribed. On, 3/25, I received 2 EOBs from my insurance company. Both were regarding my visit to Fast Pace on 3/11. One reflected an office visit & special services, but had a note that the insurance company needed "complete medical records from the doctor/facility to complete this claim." The 2nd EOB listed 35 Laboratory Services & listed my total cost as $606.55. Upon contacting Fast Pace, I was told that the swab was sent to Health Track Rx & I would need to contact them for billing information. After viewing the more detailed EOB information on my insurance company's website, I see that the lab actually did run 35 tests on that one swab. Several of the things they tested for were unclear, but I was able to make out that, in addition to strep, they also tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes & staph. WHAT IN THE WORLD?! I contacted a representative from my insurance company who reached out to Fast Pace. She said that it would be sent to Fast Pace management for review & they would contact me once a decision was made. I went to Fast Pace & requested a copy of my medical records for that visit & it clearly states what I reported to the doctor at my appointment....sore throat, headache, neck pain & that my son had strep 2 weeks prior. It also lists my medication allergy & states the "plan" which consisted of throat lozenges, ibuprofen or acetaminophen, salt water gargles, etc. WHY would they order 30+ tests?! Especially for all kinds of STDs? I'm still waiting for them to contact me, but considering one of their representatives said it's "common", I'm not very optimistic about it. I was pleased with the service we received on previous visits, but this is absolutely unacceptable.
