First, there's not much choice in Abilene. Second, they've been doing installs for me since the 1980's. Still the original owner, hi Larry. Some original employees, hi Kyle! They put a new head unit and 4 speakers in my work truck. Good sound at a decent price. From stock to blow your eardrums, Audiomagic can do it. If only I still had the crewcab dually. The 3 amps and 2 12" subs made Metallica sound so good! Maybe that's what's wrong with my hearing. Anyway, price is what you would expect, and service is good. I do recommend them. read more

Might of been a bad day when I popped in but the customer service/etiquette was non existent. I made the one hour and so minutes drive up based on the positive reviews and this shop being the closest Pioneer dealer listed. I walked in...checked to see if they had the double din I was looking for on display which it wasn't. I walked up to the register as the employee/owner was walking to the back. While I was standing there right at the register another customer comes up with a speaker box (looked to be previously helped). Employee/owner comes back rings the guy up which was understandable but then another customer came up to pay right behind him. The thing that baffled me was there was no "be with you in a minute" "let me get this guy real quick"...nothing...a complete lack of acknowledgment that I was standing there (in front of the register) waiting to be helped. I ended up just walking out. If a customer can't even get the most common customer service/etiquette what would make a customer want to leave their car at this shop and trust it would be cared for while it's getting taken apart for an install. I just ordered the HU myself and will get it installed somewhere else. This might be a good/decent shop buy in my experience...it looks like the employees need to take a class or two in customer management/interactions. Bad for business. read more

Think I got a good day, because the guys at Audiomagic were great. I came in at the very end of the day, and they stayed open late to help me out. Pointed me in the right direction and helped me find exactly what i was looking for (deck). Didn't try to sell me on anything extra and even provided know-how on some installation questions. Great service here. As I was trying to decide what I needed in my truck, they worked with me and gave suggestions and let me listen to demo set in their sound room. The results were phenomenal. I kept trying to spend more (I'm in my truck all day and wanted superior sound) as I was on the lower end of my budget, but they insisted the equipment spec'ed would give me the sound I craved.
