Four days later Steve calls and says it's ready. I get there and guess what? It wouldn't work correctly. It did at first, then it wouldn't. So I left it. The next business day I get a call that it's ready. Seems going from a 9mm thickness to a 7mm thickness was causing an issue. But Steve repaired it, and it works great! Much faster then it EVER was. Everything was saved, and life is good. Especially when repairing was so much cheaper than buying new. And now we have Windows 10. I like! He and his wife are super nice, and good at what they do.
