I came about a week ago to upgrade my phone from a 12 to a 14. I dealt with the manager for both encounters, and with a sales rep very briefly who somehow also managed to be rude in a span of 2 seconds. I was asked if the phone was broken or damaged, and I made sure to let her know the back of phone was slightly cracked. she literally said "no that's not a problem". She even threw away my old for me case so I know she laid eyes on it. She handled the phone many times to transfer all the data so it's very frustrating how she felt so comfortable being so deceiving. She never mentioned anything about the price being altered because it was cracked which really took me by surprise, because most times you will see a decrease in the deal. It took about two hours for all of my data to transfer to my new phone so she told me to come back when I was ready to erase everything from the old phone and finalize the upgrade. I'm a busy woman and couldn't come back the next few days. So Fast forward today, I take the phone in and the sales rep who was not the same manager I dealt with the first encounter mentioned the phone being cracked and said i would only be getting $350 for the phone rather than the full 700$ rolled over to the new phone, which is NOT what I was told. I told her the manager saw the crack and never mentioned anything about there being any alterations with the price. This sales rep literally said "my manager is pulling in and will deal with you, I have other customers to tend to" and that was that. The manager just so happened to be pulling up in that moment. When she came in she was instantly rude with her approach. I told her I showed her the crack and that she said there wouldn't be a problem with it. She looked me dead in the face and said "I never saw that, you never showed that to me". YALL. This woman was being so hateful when I told her yes she did see it, she even threw away my case. The fact that she was able to stand there and hatefully lie to my face is why I'm leaving a bad review, I wasn't even upset about the price decease I just wanted them to be honest about the initial encounter. To top it off I haven't been receiving picture messages and brought that to her attention. If you are having these problems don't waste your time for their help because her response was that she's a sales rep not a tech support and proceeded to help other customers. Sorry for the Novel but if you are looking to upgrade your phone, buy a phone, or do any business with AT&T retail, don't risk a bad encounter with this place and these people. They are not friendly, and will most likely deceive you and make you look like an angry customer. Then I needed to order a new iPhone from the site because they were out at the stores. Site glitched a bit but I finally got through the process, chose the protection insurance and paid for my device to be delivered. Received the phone and activated. All worked well. A couple weeks later I'm on the app as I realized I should install it before another payment was due. Well all the phone info on app was wrong. Wrong devices for the wrong numbers. Said I had open orders and could not use app or site. I call customer service. They advise that it doesn't say what my "open order" is. And THE INSURANCE ON THE BRAND NEW PHONE IS NOT ACTIVE? Umm. What? My expensive phone doesn't have coverage?? Spent 2.5 hours on the phone talking to 2 employees, 2 supervisors and 1 manager. They will not correct the mistake and apply insurance. They also don't know when "open enrollment" will be so I can MAYBE add later. I also cannot return the phone so I can spend my money and move to another carrier. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company.

Our Speed Queen washer is simply the best by far of any I've ever had or known about. It is made in Wisconsin and you can tell the quality right away. It is super simple to use, quiet and does not require some special soap. I love the beautiful stainless tub and everything else about it. We will never get anything else and when we need a dryer, it will be a Speed Queen as well. We also got an upright freezer. It is not as big as our old one, but is very well made and has features inside that make it very useful. As beautiful as the washer is, this freezer is just cute. We love it. Lastly, we bought a GE double oven gas range. It is beautiful and everything on it works wonderfully. No longer burning everything, even on low heat and a very less than even good oven, like we had with our, not very old well known brand from China. This beautiful range is also easy to understand as well as working perfectly. We are so happy with everything and look forward to buying some of their beautiful lighting, etc. as needed.
